Abstract

一种多维度解析细胞表观基因组学的方法,该方法包括如下步骤:在细胞中利用ChiTag转座酶和常规Tn5转座酶,分别包埋不同的接头序列,在细胞水平上实现染色质开放区信息和特定蛋白结合序列信息的共同解析。该方法在研究与发育和/或疾病相关的细胞群体异质性和绘制细胞图谱、解析不同临床表征的肿瘤细胞、临床上研究肿瘤细胞演化和/或转移等方面具有重要应用前景。
