The fuel oil burner is arranged at the top of a furnace body, a smoke outlet is formed in one side of the top of the furnace body, a high-efficiency inner fin heating pipe is distributed in a heat exchange chamber, a lower pipe orifice of the fin heating pipe is communicated with the bottom of the combustion chamber, an upper pipe orifice of the fin heating pipe is communicated with the smoke outlet, a heat-conducting medium (water, antifreeze or heat-conducting oil) is filled between the heating pipe and the furnace body through a heat-conducting medium supplementing pipeline and enters a plate heat exchanger through a heat-conducting medium outlet pipe, and then the heat-conducting medium enters the heat exchange chamber of the furnace body through a circulating pump and a heat-conducting medium inlet pipe in a circulating manner; cold water is introduced into the plate heat exchanger through one path of the cold water inlet pipe to be heated and is discharged from the hot water outlet pipe, the hot water outlet pipe is connected with the constant-temperature water mixing valve, the other path of the cold water inlet pipe is connected with the constant-temperature water mixing valve, and cold water and hot water are mixed and then enter a shower pipeline to meet the requirements of hot water bathing; the heat-conducting medium is used in the heat exchange chamber of the furnace body for a long time, so that loss is avoided, the heat-conducting medium is supplemented through a heat-conducting medium supplementing pipeline when the heat-conducting medium needs to be increased, the heat-conducting medium enters the plate heat exchanger through the heat-conducting medium outlet pipe, and then enters the circulating pump through the heat-conducting medium inlet pipe to be connected with the circulating pump to enter the heat exchange chamber of the furnace body again for circulation.
