Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of diesel engines, in particular to an engine ignition timing device.
Background
Diesel engines are internal combustion engines fueled by diesel fuel. The diesel engine belongs to the compression ignition engine, which is often also referred to as diesel engine in the name of diesel, the main inventor. When diesel oil works, air sucked into a cylinder of the diesel engine is compressed to a high degree due to the movement of a piston, and reaches a high temperature of 500-700 ℃. Diesel engines can be classified according to different characteristics: the diesel engine is divided into a high-speed diesel engine, a medium-speed diesel engine and a low-speed diesel engine according to the rotating speed; diesel engines of direct injection type, swirl chamber type and precombustion chamber type are classified according to the type of combustion chamber; the method is divided into a supercharged diesel engine and a non-supercharged diesel engine according to the air inlet mode of an air cylinder; the gas pressure operation modes include single-acting type, double-acting type and opposed piston type diesel engines. The diesel fuel is mainly diesel oil, and is usually light diesel oil for high-speed diesel engines; light diesel oil or heavy diesel oil is used for medium and low speed diesel engines. The fuel oil is injected into the cylinder by the fuel injection pump and the fuel injector at high pressure, and the injected fuel oil is atomized and mixed with air for combustion.
Various problems can arise if the timing of the engine ignition is inaccurate, such as: the ignition early knock noise is serious, and the power is reduced; the ignition is late, the exhaust smoke is generated, the explosion is carried out, the temperature is quickly raised, the starting is difficult, the oil head is not well atomized, the engine oil is burnt, and blue smoke can be generated at low temperature.
If the ignition timing is not adjusted well or the ignition timing is not adjusted at all by feel and experience, the engine cannot be started normally if the ignition timing is not adjusted well.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides an engine ignition timing apparatus.
