The invention relates to the technical field of yarn manufacturing, in particular to a formula of antibacterial nylon yarn which changes color when exposed to light and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In the field of textile yarns and related fabrics, cellulose attracts a wide range of consumers in a rich and colorful color and style. The color-changing yarn fabric can present various colors under the irradiation of an ultraviolet light source. The yarn fabric recovers the natural color of the yarn indoors or after being shielded from ultraviolet radiation. The colorful and changeable yarn and the fabric thereof lead fashion and trend.
The existing color-changing yarn has poor weather resistance and wear resistance, high color-changing powder consumption and weak lasting color-changing effect, so that the production cost is high, the service life is short, and the price and quality requirements of consumers can not be met.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides the following technical solutions, which mainly include:
a formula of antibacterial nylon yarn capable of changing color when exposed to light specifically comprises the following materials, 20-30% of antibacterial cotton fiber, 10-20% of sunlight color changing material raw powder, 0.5-1% of light stabilizer, 6-8% of toner, 10-20% of transparent fiber, 15-20% of yarn, 1-3% of dispersant, 0.1-3% of catalyst, 1-3% of thickener, 3-5% of softener, 1-2% of penetrant and the balance of water.
Preferably, the yarn is one or more of cotton, viscose, terylene, acrylic, nylon, wool, silk, flax and ramie yarn.
Preferably, the preparation method of the antibacterial polyamide yarn capable of changing color when being subjected to light comprises the following steps of:
s1: dissolving the toner and the sunlight color-changing material raw powder, and adding a proper amount of water to stir to form slurry A;
s2: adding a dispersing agent, a catalyst, a thickening agent and a penetrating agent into the obtained slurry A to form slurry B;
s3: spraying the sizing agent B to the surfaces of a plurality of yarns uniformly to obtain a yarn A which changes color when being exposed to light;
s4: mixing and stirring a light stabilizer, a softening agent and water, soaking the photochromic yarn A in the mixture for 1-2 hours, and drying;
s5: winding a layer of transparent fiber on the surface of each dried photochromic yarn A to obtain a photochromic yarn B;
s6: winding a plurality of photochromic yarns B on the outer layer of the antibacterial cotton fiber to obtain photochromic yarns C;
s7: and (3) soaking the yarn C which changes color when being subjected to light in a softener for 1-2h, drying to obtain a finished product, and collecting by using a take-up machine.
Preferably, the center of the antibacterial nylon fiber is arranged in the way of changing color when being subjected to light, a plurality of pieces of color-changing yarns are wound on the outer side of the antibacterial cotton fiber, the outer cladding of the color-changing yarns is transparent fiber, and the center cladding of the color-changing yarns is the color-changing yarn A.
According to the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the process is simple, the production efficiency is high, the produced color-changing yarn is extremely personalized in design and bright and rich in color, the colorful core wire is naturally formed in the polyester staple fibers with various colors, and the central cladding with light variability is matched, so that the color of the color-changing yarn is extremely changed, the outer cladding of the transparent fibers enables the color-changing yarn to have more three-dimensional effect, high color fastness and difficult color fading, has tensile elasticity, is difficult to pilling and has a good use effect.
