Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an industrial cleaning agent, in particular to a neutral water-based industrial cleaning agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Currently, in the category of water-based cleaning agents for the metal industry, cleaning agent products generally fall into three categories: the acidic cleaning agent is prepared by dissolving inorganic acid or organic acid, metal corrosion inhibitor, surfactant and other components in water. The other is alkaline cleaning agent, which is prepared by dissolving components such as strong alkali or alkaline salt and surfactant with water. The other is neutral cleaning agent which does not contain strong acid and strong alkali and is prepared by compounding various surfactants.
The acidic cleaning agent product contains inorganic acid or organic acid components, so that the cleaning product is over-corroded easily due to overlong cleaning time or unclean rinsing with clear water, equipment is corroded by the acidic cleaning agent product after long-term use, the acidic cleaning agent product has large influence on skin, and allergy and red swelling are easy to occur.
The alkaline cleaner product is easy to corrode the skin due to the strong alkali or alkaline salt component, and the damage and the influence on the skin after long-term use are also great.
Although the pH value of the neutral cleaning agent product is 5.5-8.5, the neutral cleaning agent product basically does not corrode cleaning products and equipment, but the cleaning effect is not good as that of an acidic cleaning agent and an alkaline cleaning agent.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the shortcomings of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a neutral water-based industrial cleaning agent for solving the problem of poor cleaning effect of the neutral cleaning agent in the prior art, and also provides a preparation method of the neutral water-based industrial cleaning agent. The neutral cleaning agent adopts a compound system consisting of an anionic surfactant, a cationic surfactant, a zwitterionic surfactant and a nonionic surfactant, and can play a role in synergism; compared with a single surfactant, the compound system has more excellent detergency and rust removal performance.
In order to attain the above and other related objects,
in a first aspect of the invention, a neutral water-based industrial cleaning agent is provided, which comprises the following components: 1 to 20 weight percent of anionic surfactant, 0.5 to 2 weight percent of cationic surfactant, 10 to 30 weight percent of nonionic surfactant, 1 to 10 weight percent of zwitterionic surfactant, 0.5 to 5 weight percent of pH regulator, 1 to 10 weight percent of organic solvent, 0.01 to 0.1 weight percent of defoaming agent and 10 to 55 weight percent of water;
the anionic surfactant is at least one of alpha-olefin sodium sulfonate, N-oleoyl poly-condensed sodium amino acid and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate;
the cationic surfactant is at least one of octadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride and hexadecyl pyridine bromide;
the nonionic surfactant is at least one of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, alkyl glycoside, octyl phenol-polyoxyethylene ether and nonyl phenol-polyoxyethylene ether;
the zwitterionic surfactant is at least one of cocoamidopropyl betaine and imidazoline amphoteric surfactant.
The neutral detergent is a phosphorus-free detergent, has excellent cleaning performance, can reach the cleaning level of more than 99.0 percent, hardly corrodes metals and has good stability. The neutral cleaning agent does not contain phosphorus, the added surfactant, the added auxiliary agent and the like are non-toxic and have good biodegradability, and the neutral cleaning agent is environment-friendly, has little pollution to water and can be popularized and used.
The neutral cleaning agent is not added with an acidic or alkaline cleaning agent, but the neutral cleaning agent still has excellent rust removal performance, and the surface is clean and free of rust after cleaning.
