Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ink printing, in particular to an offset printing ink binder for offset printing ink, which can prevent printed matters from foaming after film covering, the offset printing ink and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the rapid development of the technical field of sheet-fed offset printing, various exquisite printed matters come into existence in due course, and the post-processing technology of the printed matters is diversified, such as the film-coating technology, and the current common film-coated packaging products comprise paper boxes, hand bags, chemical fertilizer bags, seed bags, adhesive labels and the like. The surface of the printed matter after being coated with the film is provided with a layer of thin and transparent plastic film, so that the surface is smoother, the fastness of the printed matter is improved, the service life of the printed matter is prolonged, and meanwhile, the plastic film plays a role in protection such as water resistance, stain resistance, wear resistance, folding resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and the like. At present, during the processes of cutting, impressing, storing, book covering, corrugating and book stacking after the printed matter is coated with a film, the bubbling phenomenon of sand-grain stripe-shaped, worm-shaped and tortoiseshell-shaped film bulges is easy to occur at the dark tone position of the printing multi-color plate overprinting and the thick and solid ink layer position. It brings great trouble to ink manufacturers and printing manufacturers.
There are many reasons for foaming during ink printing, and the following are the main reasons for ink printing:
(1) External causes of bubble generation: substances such as dust, oil stains and the like are attached to the surface of a printing stock; the ink has bubbles or uneven viscosity during printing; too fast or uneven printing speed.
(2) Bubble generation intrinsic factor: since the ink has a high viscosity and a high surface tension, a solvent such as gasoline in the ink is difficult to escape from the ink film and is retained in the ink layer. If the viscosity of the ink is low and the surface tension of the ink is small, bubbles disappear automatically, so that the phenomenon that ink marks of printed matters bubble does not occur, but the time is long.
Generally, extrinsic causes of foaming may be generated by methods that produce a common defoaming effect across the process, such as: bubbles are easy to generate due to stirring, and a three-roller machine is needed for grinding and defoaming; however, the method is more inherent in offset printing ink, and can prevent bubble generation by adopting a hydrophobic solvent and adding a proper amount of a defoaming agent, but generally, the added solvent remains in the ink and has unpleasant odor, and the added defoaming agent is difficult to degrade and pollutes the environment. Therefore, starting from the raw materials used by the offset printing ink, the method can prevent the offset printing ink from generating foaming in the production process of the printed matter film, can not pollute the environment, is biodegradable, has no toxic and harmful solvents with bad smell, and is safe and environment-friendly, thus being the invaluable hope of people.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the offset printing ink binder for the offset printing ink for preventing the printed matter from foaming after being coated with the film, the used raw materials are easy to obtain, and the prepared offset printing ink has the effect of effectively preventing the printed matter from foaming after being coated with the film when the raw materials are matched with each other.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a binder for offset ink, which prevents foaming of a printed matter after coating.
The invention also aims to provide the offset printing ink for preventing the foaming of the printed matter after film coating, and the offset printing ink uses the offset printing ink binder for the offset printing ink for preventing the foaming of the printed matter after film coating, thereby achieving the effect of preventing the foaming of the printed matter after film coating in use.
The fourth purpose of the invention is to provide a preparation method of the offset printing ink for preventing the printed matter from foaming after film covering, which has the advantages of simplicity, short production period, high efficiency and suitability for large-scale production.
In order to realize one of the purposes of the invention, the following technical scheme is provided:
an offset printing ink binder for offset printing ink for preventing foaming of printed matter after film covering comprises the following materials in parts by weight: 45 to 60 parts of vegetable oil, 35 to 50 parts of resin, 5 to 15 parts of mineral oil and 0.5 to 2 parts of gel.
Wherein the vegetable oil is a compound of tung oil and epoxidized soybean oil;
wherein the resin is a compound of rosin glyceride and rosin modified phenolic resin;
wherein the mineral oil is light industrial white oil;
wherein the gelling agent is aluminum distearate.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the tung oil to the epoxidized soybean oil in the vegetable oil is 3:1-2; when the proportion of the two meets the above limit, the prevention of the bubbling of the printed matter after the film coating is further improved.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the rosin glyceride to the rosin modified phenolic resin in the resin is 1:4-5; when the proportion of the two meets the above limit, the prevention of the bubbling of the printed matter after the film coating is further improved.
Furthermore, the epoxidized soybean oil is prepared by taking soybean oil, hydrogen peroxide, acetic acid, ion exchange resin, sodium hydroxide, sodium chloride and water as raw materials and reacting by using an ion exchange resin catalysis method; the epoxidized soybean oil performance parameters were: the color (platinum-cobalt colorimetric) is less than or equal to 170, the epoxy value is more than or equal to 6 percent, the iodine value is less than or equal to 5 percent, the acid value is 0.6mg/g, and the flash point (open cup method) is more than or equal to 280 ℃.
Further, the rosin glycerin ester is prepared by heating a mixture of rosin, glycerol and zinc oxide in a reaction kettle to 220 +/-10 ℃, stirring, continuously heating to 270 +/-10 ℃, slowly heating to 290 +/-10 ℃ within 2 hours (esterification stage), and finally continuously heating to 305 +/-10 ℃ for sampling and testing, wherein the test standard is as follows: color number (Gaster method) 8, softening point (Ring and ball method) 85 ℃, acid value 20mgKOH/g.
