Secondly, a preparation method of the offset ink vehicle is provided. And thirdly, providing the offset ink for preventing the foaming of the printed matter after the film coating and the preparation method thereof, wherein the key point of the offset ink is that the offset ink binder is used. The raw materials used for the offset ink binder are used in a matched mode, and the offset ink binder and the offset ink preparation method are simple to operate and suitable for large-scale production. The offset ink prepared from the offset ink binder can effectively prevent the foaming phenomenon of printed matter after film coating.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ink printing, in particular to an offset ink binder for offset ink for preventing foaming of printed matter after lamination, offset ink and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Along with the rapid development of the technical field of offset printing of single paper, various exquisite printed matters are produced when needed, and the post-processing technology of the printed matters is diversified and is produced, such as a laminating technology, and the common laminating packaging products at present comprise cartons, paper boxes, handbag bags, fertilizer bags, seed bags, self-adhesive labels and the like. The surface of the printed matter passing through the coating is smoother due to the fact that a thin and transparent plastic film is added on the surface, the fastness of the printed matter is improved, the service life of the printed matter is prolonged, and meanwhile, the plastic film has the protection effects of water resistance, pollution resistance, wear resistance, folding resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and the like. At present, after the printed matter is coated with films, in the dark tone positions of the overprinting of the printing multicolor plate during slitting, indentation, storage, book wrapping, corrugated pasting and book stacking, the foaming phenomenon of empty and empty film bulges in the shapes of sand grain stripes, worms and tortoiseshapes is easy to occur at the thick positions of the ink layers. Brings great trouble to ink manufacturers and printing manufacturers.
There are many reasons for foaming during ink printing, the following are the main reasons for foaming during ink printing:
(1) The external cause of bubble generation: the surface of the printing material is adhered with dust, oil marks and other substances; the printing ink has bubbles or uneven viscosity during printing; the printing speed is too fast or the printing speed is not uniform.
(2) Bubble intrinsic factor is generated: since the ink has a high viscosity and a high surface tension, the solvent such as gasoline in the ink is difficult to escape from the ink film and remain in the ink layer. If the viscosity of the ink is low, the surface tension of the ink is small, and the bubbles can disappear by themselves, so that the phenomenon of bubble generation of the ink marks of the printed matter can not occur, but the time is long.
Generally, the external cause of foaming may be by methods that produce general defoaming in the process, such as: due to stirring, bubbles are easy to generate, and the bubbles are required to be ground and defoamed by a three-roller machine; however, the offset ink itself is an intrinsic cause in many cases, and the prevention of bubble generation can be achieved by using a hydrophobic solvent, adding an appropriate amount of an antifoaming agent, etc., but generally, the added solvent remains in the ink and has an unpleasant smell, and the added antifoaming agent is difficult to degrade and pollutes the environment. Therefore, starting from the raw materials used by the offset ink, the phenomenon of preventing the offset ink from foaming in the production process of the printed matter coating is achieved, and the offset ink does not pollute the environment, can be biodegraded, has no toxic solvents with odor and bad smell, and is safe and environment-friendly.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, one of the purposes of the invention is to provide the offset ink binder for the offset ink for preventing the foaming of the printed matter after the film coating, the raw materials are easy to obtain, and the prepared offset ink has the effect of effectively preventing the foaming of the printed matter after the film coating when the raw materials are matched.
The second object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing an offset ink vehicle for offset ink, which prevents foaming after lamination of a printed matter.
The invention also provides the offset ink for preventing the post-lamination foaming of the printed matter, and the offset ink is used for the offset ink binder for preventing the post-lamination foaming of the printed matter, so that the effect of preventing the post-lamination foaming of the printed matter is achieved in use.
The fourth object of the invention is to provide a preparation method of the offset printing ink for preventing the foaming of the printed matter after film coating, which is simple, short in production period, high in efficiency and suitable for mass production.
In order to achieve one of the purposes of the invention, the following technical scheme is provided:
an offset ink binder for offset ink for preventing foaming after a printed matter is coated, which comprises the following materials in parts by weight: 45-60 parts of vegetable oil, 35-50 parts of resin, 5-15 parts of mineral oil and 0.5-2 parts of gel.
Wherein the vegetable oil is a compound of tung oil and epoxidized soybean oil;
Wherein the resin is a compound of rosin glyceride and rosin modified phenolic resin;
Wherein the mineral oil is light industrial white oil;
wherein the gel is aluminum distearate.
Preferably, the mass ratio of tung oil to epoxidized soybean oil in the vegetable oil is 3:1-2; when the ratio of the two components meets the above limit, the foaming of the printed matter is prevented after the film is covered, and the further improvement is obtained.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the rosin glyceride to the rosin modified phenolic resin in the resin is 1:4-5; when the ratio of the two components meets the above limit, the foaming of the printed matter is prevented after the film is covered, and the further improvement is obtained.
Further, the epoxidized soybean oil is prepared by taking soybean oil, hydrogen peroxide, acetic acid, ion exchange resin, sodium hydroxide, sodium chloride and water as raw materials and carrying out a catalytic reaction of the ion exchange resin; the performance parameters of the epoxidized soybean oil are: the color (platinum-cobalt color comparison) is less than or equal to 170, the epoxy value is less than or equal to 6%, the iodine value is less than or equal to 5%, the acid value is 0.6mg/g, and the flash point (open cup method) is more than or equal to 280 ℃.
Further, the rosin glyceride is prepared by heating a mixture of rosin, glycerol and zinc oxide in a reaction kettle to 220+/-10 ℃, starting stirring, continuously heating to 270+/-10 ℃ and then slowly heating to 290+/-10 ℃ in 2 hours (esterification stage), and finally continuously heating to 305+/-10 ℃ and then sampling and testing the mixture, wherein the test standard is as follows: color number (Gaucher method) 8, softening point (cycloball method) 85 ℃, acid value 20mgKOH/g.
