(D) After the jelly and floccule in the water are removed, the water flow treated in the flocculation tank 1 is sent into the gravity sedimentation tank 2 through the transmission water pump 7, the water suction pipe 4 and the sedimentation tank water inlet pipe 8, and a medicament for sedimentation is put into the gravity sedimentation tank 2, so that impurities dissolved in the treated water form sediment to be separated out from the water and remain on the bottom surface of the gravity sedimentation tank 2, the precipitated water is sent into the inner side of the disinfection water tank 3 through the sedimentation tank water outlet pipe 9 and the disinfection tank water inlet pipe 10 which are connected with the transmission water pump 7, and at the moment, chlorine or disinfectant is introduced into the disinfection water tank 3 by staff to disinfect the water entering the disinfection water tank 3;
(E) The sterilized water extract is conveyed to the inside of the secondary treatment water tank 11 through the transparent conveying water pipe 601 exposed to sunlight, chlorine in the water is separated out through the insolation of the sunlight when the water flow passes through the conveying water pipe 601, the separated chlorine flows into the W-shaped air dispersing connecting pipe 602 through the connecting air holes 604 on the upper surface of the conveying water pipe 601, and then is discharged to the outside through the air dispersing holes 603 on the bottom surface of the W-shaped air dispersing connecting pipe 602, so that residual chlorine in the sterilized water flow can be quickly eliminated without influencing the conveying of the water flow;
(F) The water flow after disinfection and chlorine precipitation enters the inner side of the secondary treatment water tank 11, enters the reverse osmosis purification tank 13 through the connecting water pipe 12 after secondary treatment of the secondary treatment water tank 11, and enters the water storage tank for storage after being filtered by the reverse osmosis component in the reverse osmosis purification tank 13.
Further, the outer end face of the rotary cleaning plate 503 is attached to the inner wall of the flocculation tank 1, the bottom face of the rotary cleaning plate 503 is attached to the inner bottom face of the flocculation tank 1, and a rubber pad is arranged on the outer end face of the rotary cleaning plate 503.

the air dispersing mechanism (6) comprises three conveying water pipes (601), two ends of each conveying water pipe (601) are respectively connected and fixed with the disinfection water tank (3) and the secondary treatment water tank (11), connecting air holes (604) are formed in the upper surface of each conveying water pipe (601), a W-shaped air dispersing connecting pipe (602) is arranged between each conveying water pipe (601) and the adjacent conveying water pipe (601), two ends of each W-shaped air dispersing connecting pipe (602) are communicated with the corresponding connecting air holes (604), and air check valves (605) are arranged in two ends of each W-shaped air dispersing connecting pipe (602);
the flocculation tank is characterized in that a transmission water pump (7) is arranged in the middle of the flocculation tank (1) and the gravity sedimentation tank (2), the gravity sedimentation tank (2) and the disinfection water tank (3), a water suction pipe (4) is arranged at one end of the transmission water pump (7) positioned in the middle of the flocculation tank (1) and the gravity sedimentation tank (2), the other end of the water suction pipe (4) extends to the lower part of the flocculation tank (1) and is connected with a water outlet on the bottom surface of the flocculation tank (1), a sedimentation tank water inlet pipe (8) is arranged at the other end of the transmission water pump (7), a sedimentation tank water outlet pipe (9) is arranged at one end of the transmission water pump (7) positioned in the middle of the gravity sedimentation tank (2) and the disinfection water tank (3), a disinfection tank water inlet pipe (10) is arranged at the other end of the transmission water pump (7), and the disinfection tank water inlet pipe (10) is connected with the disinfection water tank (3).
The flocculation basin (1) is provided with a flocculation salvaging mechanism (5) in the middle, the flocculation salvaging mechanism (5) comprises a supporting beam (501), hydraulic rods (506) are arranged below two ends of the supporting beam (501), the hydraulic rods (506) are buried in the inner wall of the flocculation basin (1), a rotating motor (516) is arranged inside the middle of the supporting beam (501), a rotating gear (515) is arranged at the top end of the rotating motor (516), a transmission gear (514) meshed with the rotating gear is arranged on one side of the rotating gear (515), a driving rotating shaft (511) is arranged in the middle of the transmission gear (514) in a penetrating manner, a first supporting ring (512) is arranged outside the bottom end of the driving rotating shaft (511) in a penetrating manner, a top connecting block (505) is arranged below the supporting beam (501), a center column (502) is arranged below the top connecting block (505), a second rotating gear ring (5072) is arranged on one side of the top end of the center column (502), and the top end of the first rotating gear ring (505) is fixedly connected with the first rotating ring (5071), and the top end of the first rotating ring (5071) is welded on the outer side of the center column (5072);

(B) Then, a power supply of the rotating motor (516) is switched on and started, at the moment, the rotating motor (516) can drive the driving rotating shaft (511) to synchronously rotate through driving the rotating gear (515) and the transmission gear (514), the driving rotating shaft (511) can drive the first driving gear (508) and the second driving gear (510) on the outer side of the bottom end of the driving rotating shaft to synchronously rotate when rotating, the first driving gear (508) can drive the first rotating gear ring (5071) which is directly meshed with the first driving gear ring to rotate when rotating, so that the first rotating gear ring (5071) drives the rotating connecting ring (504) and the rotating cleaning plate (503) which is fixed on the outer side of the rotating connecting ring (504) to rotate around the axis of the central column (502), and the second driving gear (510) can drive the converting gear (509) to synchronously rotate when rotating, and at the moment, the rotating connecting ring (504) can drive the other rotating cleaning plate (503) to synchronously rotate around the axis of the central column (502) to do opposite circumferential motion with the other rotating plate (503);

(D) After the jelly and floccule in the water are removed, the water flow treated in the flocculation tank (1) is sent into the gravity sedimentation tank (2) through the transmission water pump (7) and the water suction pipe (4) and the sedimentation tank water inlet pipe (8), and a medicament for sedimentation is put into the gravity sedimentation tank (2), so that the impurities dissolved in the treated water form sediment to be separated out from the water and remain on the bottom surface of the gravity sedimentation tank (2), the precipitated water is sent into the inner side of the disinfection water tank (3) through the sedimentation tank water outlet pipe (9) and the disinfection tank water inlet pipe (10) which are connected with the transmission water pump (7), and then the staff is led into chlorine or disinfectant into the disinfection water tank (3) to disinfect the water entering the disinfection water tank (3);
(E) The sterilized water is conveyed to the inside of the secondary treatment water tank (11) through a transparent conveying water pipe (601) exposed to sunlight, chlorine in the water is separated out through insolation of the sunlight when the water flows through the conveying water pipe (601), the separated chlorine flows to the inside of a W-shaped air dispersing connecting pipe (602) through a connecting air hole (604) on the upper surface of the conveying water pipe (601), and then is discharged to the outside through an air dispersing hole (603) on the bottom surface of the W-shaped air dispersing connecting pipe (602), so that residual chlorine in the sterilized water can be quickly eliminated without affecting the conveying of the water;
