s2, when ultraviolet lamp light irradiation is needed to be carried out on water in the clean water tank 1, the second motor 25 is turned off, the first motor 12 is started, the output shaft of the first motor 12 drives the reel 13 to rotate, the reel 13 drives the circular plate 6 to move upwards through the driving belt 14, the driving belt 14 drives the reel 13 to rotate at the moment, when the circular plate 6 moves upwards, the balls 19 roll in the first arc-shaped groove 20 and extrude the sliding rod 17, the sliding rod 17 extrudes the arc-shaped elastic sheet 21 until the balls 19 are separated from the first arc-shaped groove 20, at the moment, the balls 19 slide on the outer side of the rotating shaft 4 until the balls 19 move into the second arc-shaped groove 23, the first motor 12 is turned off, water is injected into the cavity 2, and the water surface is kept below the brush 8;
