本发明涉及贴板技术领域,特别涉及一种水性聚氰胺树脂木皮,包括如下步骤:S1:木皮半成品工艺:制胶→配胶→置入木皮→修颜色→第一次浸渍→第一次干燥→第二次浸渍→第二次干燥→冷却裁剪,得到半成品木皮;本发明中,本申请通过对天然木皮/科技木皮的预制,采用浸渍工艺实现涂层的包裹,在木皮加工过程中,省去了现有技术中对天然木皮/科技木皮表面喷油漆的工艺,全程无甲醛添加,大大降低了甲醛含量,保护环境,同时加工更加便捷。

技术领域
本发明涉及贴板技术领域,特别涉及一种水性聚氰胺树脂木皮。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,家具的需求量越来越大,而且大众审美越来越挑剔,无论是新的板材家具,还是一些不够美观的实木家具,其组成的板材或木板结构都需要进行贴皮工序,不仅能起到美观作用,还能作为保护层,有效保护内部的材料,使其更加经久耐用。
现有技术中,一般会采用纸皮包覆在板材或者木板外的方式进行贴皮,而为了保证纸皮的美观,会采用喷漆工艺在其表面喷漆,会产生大量甲醛,且喷漆后的纸皮凝固后,可塑性会大大降低。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本申请提出了一种水性聚氰胺树脂木皮,主要解决现有技术中基板在加工时,实木板、木皮需要采用喷漆工艺,会产生大量甲醛、气味,并且采用喷漆工艺后的可塑性降低等问题。
一种水性聚氰胺树脂木皮,包括如下步骤:
配胶→置入木皮→修颜色→第一次浸渍木皮表面→第一次干燥→第二次浸渍木皮表面→第二次干燥→冷却裁剪,得到水性聚氰胺树脂木皮;
优选的,所述配胶由水性聚氨酯树脂、辊涂树脂助剂、固化剂、脱模剂、渗透剂、除尘剂按比例混合而成。
优选的,所述水性聚氰胺树脂采用三聚氰胺和甲醛缩聚而成的三聚氰胺甲醛树脂,随反应物摩尔比不同产生不同产物,在弱碱性或中性介质中,三聚氰胺与甲醛按摩尔比1:(2~3)时则生成二羟甲基三聚氰胺和三羟甲基三聚氰胺。三羟甲基三聚氰胺初缩物溶于水,经浓缩干燥为白色固体后则难溶于水,需加热至80℃才能溶解;
生成羟甲基三聚氰胺,在酸性介质中脱水则生成二聚体羟甲基三聚氰胺,并可自身进一步每摩尔二聚体脱出1mol甲醛;羟甲基三聚氰胺反应脱水生成二聚体,二聚体继续反应则形成体型结构的树脂交联物。
优选的,所述第二次浸渍材料采用三聚氰胺甲醛树脂加耐磨漆混合制成。

本发明中,本申请通过对天然木皮/科技木皮的预制,采用浸渍工艺实现涂层的包裹,在木皮加工过程中,省去了现有技术中对天然木皮/科技木皮表面喷油漆的工艺,全程无甲醛添加,大大降低了甲醛含量,保护环境,同时加工更加便捷。

本发明公开了一种水性聚氰胺树脂木皮,本领域技术人员可以借鉴本文内容,适当改进工艺参数实现。特别需要指出的是,所有类似的替换和改动对本领域技术人员来说是显而易见的,它们都被视为包括在本发明。本发明的木皮贴板工艺已经通过较佳实施例进行了描述,相关人员明显能在不脱离本发明内容、精神和范围内对本文所述的方法和应用进行改动或适当变更与组合,来实现和应用本发明技术。
为了使本领域的技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
一种水性聚氰胺树脂木皮,其制作工艺在于:
S1:木皮半成品工艺:配胶→置入木皮→修颜色→第一次浸渍木皮表面→第一次干燥→第二次浸渍木皮表面→第二次干燥→冷却裁剪,得到水性聚氰胺树脂木皮;
作为本实施例的进一步优选,配胶由水性聚氨酯树脂、辊涂树脂助剂、固化剂、脱模剂、渗透剂、除尘剂按比例混合而成。
作为本实施例的进一步优选,三聚氰胺甲醛树脂由三聚氰胺和甲醛缩聚而成,随反应物摩尔比不同产生不同产物。在弱碱性或中性介质中,三聚氰胺与甲醛按摩尔比1:(2~3)时则生成二羟甲基三聚氰胺和三羟甲基三聚氰胺。三羟甲基三聚氰胺初缩物溶于水,经浓缩干燥为白色固体后则难溶于水,需加热至80℃才能溶解。其稳定性差,在高温或微碱性介质中都易产生聚合反应,故不宜久存。在相同条件下若甲醛摩尔数为6~12,则生成六羟甲基三聚氰胺及其它缩聚物。生成的六羟甲基三聚氰胺树脂(HMM)的稳定性较高,在中性水溶液中可保持数天。
生成羟甲基三聚氰胺,在酸性介质中脱水则生成二聚体羟甲基三聚氰胺,并可自身进一步每摩尔二聚体脱出1mol甲醛;羟甲基三聚氰胺反应脱水生成二聚体,二聚体继续反应则形成体型结构的树脂交联物。
三聚氰胺胶的特点是化学活性高,热稳定性好,耐沸水性,耐化学药品性和电绝缘性好,耐热性和耐水性优于酚醛树脂皎和脲醛树脂胶,但固化后三聚氰胺胶层脆性大,未固化的胶贮存期短,所以它很少单独使用,一般经改性使用。常用改性方法在三聚氰胺树脂合成过程中加入适量的对甲苯磺酰胺,所得树脂可用于塑料比饰板表层浸渍、贴合等,也可在三聚氰胺树脂台成过程中适当加入乙酸,而制得改性三聚氰胺一甲醛的胶黏剂,其用途同前者。
作为本实施例的进一步优选,第二次浸渍材料采用三聚氰胺甲醛树脂加耐磨漆混合制成,其浸渍在木皮的外层,可有效提高木皮的耐磨性。
作为本实施例的进一步优选,木皮由天然木皮/科技木皮制作而成。
综上所述:本申请通过对天然木皮/科技木皮的预制,采用浸渍工艺实现涂层的包裹,在木皮加工过程中,省去了现有技术中对天然木皮/科技木皮表面喷油漆的工艺,大大降低了甲醛,保护环境,同时加工更加便捷;
同时鉴于表面可塑性的要求经过天然木皮或科技木皮加工缝合,然后再在表面涂布水性聚氨酯树脂,起到抗刮的保护作用;水性聚氨酯树脂涂布在木皮表面后,木皮还能够进行包覆卷曲,可塑性相较于纸皮的更好。
需要说明的是:上述中修颜色为:当木皮色差大的需要加颜色的时候用加,颜色色差不大的不用加。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种水性聚氰胺树脂木皮,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
木皮成品工艺:配胶→置入木皮→修颜色→第一次浸渍木皮表面→第一次干燥→第二次浸渍木皮表面→第二次干燥→冷却裁剪,得到水性聚氰胺树脂木皮。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性聚氰胺树脂木皮,其特征在于:所述配胶由水性聚氨酯树脂、辊涂树脂助剂、固化剂、脱模剂、渗透剂、除尘剂按比例混合而成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种水性聚氰胺树脂木皮,其特征在于:所述水性聚氰胺树脂采用三聚氰胺和甲醛缩聚而成的三聚氰胺甲醛树脂,随反应物摩尔比不同产生不同产物,在弱碱性或中性介质中,三聚氰胺与甲醛按摩尔比1:(2~3)时则生成二羟甲基三聚氰胺和三羟甲基三聚氰胺,三羟甲基三聚氰胺初缩物溶于水,经浓缩干燥为白色固体后则难溶于水,需加热至80℃才能溶解;
生成羟甲基三聚氰胺,在酸性介质中脱水则生成二聚体羟甲基三聚氰胺,并可自身进一步每摩尔二聚体脱出1mol甲醛;羟甲基三聚氰胺反应脱水生成二聚体,二聚体继续反应则形成体型结构的树脂交联物。
