Claims (10)

1. A machine tool guard mounting device, comprising:
the first mounting part (1) is at least partially sleeved on a main shaft of the machine tool and is provided with a first mounting part (13) for mounting a first protection, and the first protection can move telescopically in the first mounting part (13) along a first direction;
the second installation parts (2) are arranged at two ends of the first installation part (1) and are provided with second installation parts for installing second shields, and the second shields can move relative to the second installation parts in a telescopic mode along a second direction;
the fixing pieces (3) are arranged at two ends of the first mounting piece (1), can be mounted and connected with a cross beam of a machine tool, and are used for fixedly connecting the second mounting piece (2) with the first mounting piece (1);
the first mounting part (1) is further provided with a third mounting part for mounting a third protection along the first direction, and the third protection can be opposite to the third mounting part in the second direction in a telescopic motion mode.
2. The machine tool protection mounting device according to claim 1, characterized in that the second mounting part (2) further has a clamped part (21), and a clamping adjusting position (211) is arranged in the clamped part (21);
the clamped part (21) is clamped and fixed at least partially by the first mounting piece (1) and the fixing piece (3), and the clamping size of the clamped part (21) can be adjusted by the clamping adjusting position (211).
3. The machine tool protection mounting device according to claim 2, characterized in that the clamping adjustment position (211) is a U-shaped hole opened in the clamped portion (21) in a first direction;
the first mounting piece (1) and the fixing piece (3) are respectively provided with a matching hole corresponding to the U-shaped hole;
the mating holes can be fixedly connected with the U-shaped holes through the plug connectors.
4. The machine tool guard mounting arrangement according to claim 3, characterized in that the first mounting (1) comprises:
a first mounting plate (11) extending in a first direction;
the second mounting plate (12) extends along the oblique downward direction and is arranged on one side of the first mounting plate (11), and a dihedral angle with the first mounting plate (11) is formed, wherein the included angle of the dihedral angle is an obtuse angle;
the first installation part (13) is a hollow groove formed in the second installation plate (12).
5. The machine tool guard mounting device according to claim 4, characterized in that the second mounting (2) comprises:
the clamping part (21) is arranged on one side of the connecting plate (23), and the connecting plate is matched and connected with the second mounting plate (12) through the clamping part (21);
the armor mounting plate (22) is vertically arranged on one side, away from the clamped part (21), of the connecting plate (23);
the second mounting part is a side plate surface of the armor mounting plate (22) back to the clamped part (21).
6. The machine tool guard mounting arrangement according to claim 5, characterized in that the second mount (2) further comprises a water deflector (24);
the water guide plate (24) is connected with the connecting plate (23) and the lower side edge of the armor mounting plate (22) respectively, and forms a dihedral angle with the connecting plate (23) with an included angle of an obtuse angle.
7. The machine tool guard mounting device according to claim 4, characterized in that the fixture (3) comprises:
a butting arm (31) having a butting portion (311) which butts against the side edges of the first mounting plate (11) and the second mounting plate (12);
the fixed arm (32) is vertically arranged on one side, back to the butting part (311), of the butting arm (31);
the fixing arm (32) further comprises a sub-arm which is connected with the butt joint arm (31) and forms a triangular structure in shape.
8. The machine tool guard mounting device according to claim 7, characterized in that the abutment arm (31), the fixed arm (32) each have a fixing portion (321) perpendicular to a first direction;
and a fixing hole position fixedly connected with a station to be installed is arranged in the fixing part (321).
9. The machine tool guard mounting device of any one of claims 1~8 further comprising a first guide (4) extending in a first direction, a second guide (5) extending in a second direction;
wherein the lower edge of the machine tool armor arranged along the first direction is in sliding abutting contact with the first guide piece (4);
the lower edge of the machine tool armor arranged along the second direction is in sliding abutting contact with the second guide piece (5).
10. A machine tool comprising a machine tool body and a machine tool guard mounting device as claimed in any one of claims 1~9.
