Claims (5)

1. A protective mounting device for a machine tool, comprising:
the first mounting piece (1) is at least partially sleeved on the machine tool spindle and is provided with a first mounting part (13) for mounting a first guard, and the first guard can move in a telescopic mode in the first mounting part (13) along a first direction;
the second mounting pieces (2) are arranged at two ends of the first mounting piece (1) and are provided with second mounting parts for mounting second protection, and the second protection can move in a telescopic manner along a second direction relative to the second mounting parts;
the fixing pieces (3) are arranged at two ends of the first mounting piece (1) and can be connected with a machine tool beam in a mounting way, and are used for fixedly connecting the second mounting piece (2) with the first mounting piece (1);
the first mounting piece (1) is also provided with a third mounting part for mounting a third protection along a first direction, and the third protection can move in a telescopic manner along a second direction relative to the third mounting part;
the first mounting piece (1) comprises a first mounting plate (11) extending along a first direction and a second mounting plate (12) extending downwards in an inclined direction and arranged on one side of the first mounting plate (11), and forms a dihedral angle with the first mounting plate (11) with an obtuse angle;
the first mounting part (13) is arranged on the second mounting plate (12), and the third mounting part is arranged on the plate surface of the first mounting plate (11);
the second mounting piece (2) comprises a connecting plate (23) and an armor mounting plate (22);
one side of the connecting plate (23) is provided with a clamped part (21), and the clamped part (21) is matched and connected with the second mounting plate (12);
the armor mounting plate (22) is vertically arranged on one side, far away from the clamped part (21), of the connecting plate (23);
the second mounting piece (2) is also provided with a clamped part (21) and a water guide plate (24), and a clamping adjusting position (211) is arranged in the clamped part (21);
the clamped part (21) is clamped and fixed at least partially by the first mounting piece (1) and the fixing piece (3), and the clamping adjusting position (211) can adjust the clamped size of the clamped part (21);
the second mounting piece (2) further comprises a water guide plate (24);
the water guide plate (24) is respectively connected with the connecting plate (23) and the lower side edge of the armor mounting plate (22), and forms a dihedral angle with the connecting plate (23) with an obtuse angle;
the first mounting part (13) is a hollow groove formed in the second mounting plate (12);
the second mounting part is a side plate surface of the armor mounting plate (22) opposite to the clamped part (21);
the connecting plate (23), the water guide plate (24) and the armor mounting plate (22) form a triangular pyramid-shaped three-dimensional structure;
the device also comprises a first guide piece (4) extending along a first direction and a second guide piece (5) extending along a second direction;
wherein the lower edge of the machine tool armor arranged along the first direction is in sliding contact with the first guide piece (4);
the lower edge of the machine tool armor arranged along the second direction is in sliding abutting connection with the second guide piece (5);
the second mounting (2) has a receiving slot facing the spindle of the machine tool.
2. The machine tool protection mounting device according to claim 1, characterized in that the clamping adjustment position (211) is a U-shaped hole open in the clamped portion (21) in a first direction;
matching holes corresponding to the U-shaped holes are respectively formed in the first mounting piece (1) and the fixing piece (3);
the matching hole can be fixedly connected with the U-shaped hole through the plug connector.
3. The machine tool guard mounting device according to claim 1, wherein the fixture (3) comprises:
a docking arm (31) having a docking portion (311) that is docked with the side edges of the first mounting plate (11) and the second mounting plate (12);
a fixed arm (32) vertically arranged on one side of the butt joint arm (31) opposite to the butt joint part (311);
the fixed arm (32) further comprises a sub-arm which is connected with the butt-joint arm (31) to form a triangular structure.
4. A machine tool guard mounting device according to claim 3, wherein the docking arm (31) and the fixing arm (32) each have a fixing portion (321) perpendicular to the first direction;
and a fixing hole site fixedly connected with the station to be installed is formed in the fixing part (321).
5. A machine tool comprising a machine tool body and a machine tool guard mounting device according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
