the glue supply mechanism comprises a gear pump, wherein the gear pump comprises a pump shell arranged in a rectangular shell, an upper gear and a lower gear arranged in the pump shell, an upper gear shaft penetrating through the upper gear and two ends of which are arranged on the rectangular shell, a lower gear shaft penetrating through the lower gear and two ends of which are arranged on the rectangular shell, and a stepping motor arranged on the rectangular shell and connected with the lower gear shaft; the pump shell comprises a front half shell and a rear half shell which are connected through screws, wherein a rectangular glue outlet facing to the glue outlet is formed in the front half shell, the rear half shell is fixed on the rectangular shell, a storage cavity communicated with the feeding side of the gear pump is formed in the rear half shell, a feeding pipe joint is arranged on the storage cavity, and an electric heater for heating glue is arranged in the storage cavity; the feeding pipe joint is connected with a sizing material conveying pipe of the sizing pump;
the glue-discharging width adjusting mechanism comprises an adjusting screw rod which is arranged on the rectangular shell and is parallel to the length of the glue-discharging nozzle, a hand wheel which is arranged at the end part of the adjusting screw rod, a left F-shaped sealer and a right F-shaped sealer, wherein the left F-shaped sealer and the right F-shaped sealer are respectively formed by a first sealing plate which is in sliding sealing fit with the inner cavity of the glue-discharging nozzle, a second sealing plate which is in sliding sealing fit with the end face of the inlet of the glue-discharging nozzle, and a third sealing plate which is in sliding sealing fit with the rectangular glue-discharging nozzle on the front half shell of the gear pump, and the second sealing plate and the third sealing plate are connected to the first sealing plate; the adjusting screw is provided with a first thread section matched with the first sealing plate of the left F-shaped sealer and a second thread section matched with the first sealing plate of the right F-shaped sealer, and the rotation directions of the first thread section and the second thread section are opposite; an upper sealing plate in sliding sealing fit with the upper end surfaces of the left F-shaped sealer and the right F-shaped sealer and a lower sealing plate in sliding sealing fit with the lower end surfaces of the left F-shaped sealer and the right F-shaped sealer are arranged on the inner side surface of the rectangular shell, and the upper sealing plate and the lower sealing plate are also attached to the end surfaces of the rectangular glue outlet on the front half shell of the gear pump;
the glue-spraying distance adjusting mechanism comprises guide groove blocks arranged on the left side and the right side of the bottom of the rectangular shell, a straight guide rail arranged on the platform and in sliding fit with the guide groove blocks, a screw hole seat arranged on the platform, a threaded push rod matched with the screw hole seat, and a connecting sleeve arranged on the bottom of the rectangular shell and connected with the front end of the threaded push rod, wherein the threaded push rod is in rotary fit with the connecting sleeve;
the scraping mechanism comprises a supporting plate arranged on the bottom surface of the platform and a sizing material recovery disc arranged on the supporting plate, one surface of the sizing material recovery disc, facing the decoration mould, is an inclined scraping surface, guide plates which are in sliding fit with the supporting plate front and back are arranged on two sides of the bottom of the sizing material recovery disc, and screws for applying pressure to the guide plates to fix the sizing material recovery disc are arranged on the supporting plate.
