The application provides an integrated hollow fiber membrane module of integrated backwash function can be so that membrane equipment need not to change the pipeline in the use through setting up of six-way valve, need not to dismantle the subassembly, can realize online backwash.

Background
The hollow fiber membrane is an important form of separation membrane, and has been widely applied to municipal, chemical and medical fields such as pure water purification, sewage purification, medicine purification, juice concentration and the like. In the long-term use of the hollow fiber membrane module, various impurities can be trapped on the surface of the membrane, so that the membrane pores are blocked by the impurities, and the separation performance of the membrane is reduced. For this reason, a membrane cleaning and regenerating process is often designed during the use of the membrane.
At present, when a hollow fiber membrane component is used for backwashing, a corresponding backwashing pipeline needs to be externally connected, and the pipeline connection is complex. Usually, when the hollow fiber membrane module is switched from a normal operation state to a backwashing state, a plurality of valve pipelines need to be adjusted in sequence, and the operation is complex. The existing hollow fiber membrane module has complicated backwashing pipeline connection, complicated backwashing operation, and easy damage to the membrane module and even membrane equipment due to slight errors in the operation process.

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provides an integrated hollow fiber membrane module integrated with a backwashing function.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
an integrated hollow fiber membrane module integrated with a backwashing function comprises a membrane module and a six-way valve; the membrane module comprises a membrane shell, membrane tows arranged in the membrane shell, water producing ports arranged at two ends of the membrane shell, and a water inlet and a concentrated return port arranged on the side wall of the membrane shell; three independent channels are arranged in the six-way valve; each channel is provided with a valve capable of controlling the channel; connectors are respectively arranged at two ends of each channel; the water producing port, the water inlet and the concentrated return port are respectively connected with connectors at one ends of three independent channels of the six-way valve.
The membrane modules are connected in parallel; the water producing ports of the membrane modules are communicated through water producing pipelines; the concentrated return ports of the membrane modules are communicated through concentrated return pipelines; the water inlets of the membrane modules are communicated through a water inlet pipeline; the water production pipeline, the concentration return pipeline and the water inlet pipeline are respectively connected with connectors at one ends of three independent channels of the six-way valve.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the application discloses integrated hollow fiber membrane module of integrated backwash function can need not to change the pipeline through setting up of six-way valve in the use for membrane equipment, need not to dismantle the subassembly, can realize online backwash. The membrane component is convenient to prepare, the membrane equipment is simplified to install, and the cost is lower. The six-way valve has high adaptability, and the original old equipment is convenient to replace. The membrane device is easy to integrate.

Fig. 1 shows an integrated hollow fiber membrane module integrated with backwashing function, comprising a membrane module 1 and a six-way valve; the membrane module comprises a membrane shell, membrane tows arranged in the membrane shell, water producing ports 2 arranged at two ends of the membrane shell, and a water inlet 3 and a concentrated return port 4 arranged on the side wall of the membrane shell; three independent channels are arranged in the six-way valve; each channel is provided with a valve capable of controlling the channel; connectors are respectively arranged at two ends of each channel; the water producing port, the water inlet and the concentrated return port are respectively connected with connectors at one ends of three independent channels of the six-way valve. In this embodiment, the liquid barrel is communicated with the water inlet 3 through the first water inlet connector 6 and the second water inlet connector 9 of the water inlet channel of the six-way valve 5 on the water inlet pipeline 14; meanwhile, the concentrated water port is communicated with the liquid barrel through a first concentrated return connector 8 and a second concentrated return connector 10 on a concentrated return channel of the six-way valve 5 on the concentrated return pipeline 15; and the water producing port is communicated with the water producing valve through a first water producing connector 10 and a second water producing connector 7 on a water producing channel of the six-way valve 5 on the water producing pipeline.
Fig. 2 shows a backwashing mode schematic diagram of an integrated hollow fiber membrane module integrating backwashing function, and the backwashing process comprises the following steps: a water producing port 2 and a second water producing port 12 of the membrane module are used as inlets of backwash liquid; meanwhile, the thick return port and the water inlet are communicated through a six-way valve; backwash liquid enters the membrane module from the liquid barrel 13 through two independent channels in the six-way valve 5 to clean the membrane module.
FIG. 3 shows the membrane module as a plurality in parallel; the water producing ports of the membrane modules are communicated through water producing pipelines; the concentrated return ports of the membrane modules are communicated through concentrated return pipelines; the water inlets of the membrane modules are communicated through a water inlet pipeline; the water production pipeline, the concentrated return pipeline and the water inlet pipeline are respectively connected with connectors at one ends of three independent channels of the six-way valve.

An integrated hollow fiber membrane module integrated with a backwashing function is characterized by comprising a membrane module and a six-way valve; the membrane component comprises a membrane shell, membrane tows arranged in the membrane shell, water producing ports arranged at two ends or one end of the membrane shell, and a water inlet and a concentrated return port arranged on the side wall of the membrane shell; three independent channels are arranged in the six-way valve; each channel is provided with a valve capable of controlling the channel; connectors are respectively arranged at two ends of each channel; the water producing port, the water inlet and the concentrated return port are respectively connected with connectors at one ends of three independent channels of the six-way valve.
