Specifically, when the cared person needs to turn right, the third electric push rod 16 is started, the push block fixed at the power output end of the third electric push rod 16 pushes the first side turning plate 14 to rotate around the third fixed rod, and the maximum rotation angle of the first side turning plate 14 is 90 degrees, so that the cared person is helped to turn right. When the cared person needs to turn left, the fourth electric push rod 17 and the second side turning plate 15 complete the operation principle is the same as that of turning right.
Thus, the body of the cared person is helped to turn over, the body is moved, the whole pressure of the body is relieved, the blood circulation is promoted, and the bedsores formed by local pressure of the body are prevented from damaging the life and health of the cared person. The maximum rotation angle of the side turning plate is 90 degrees, so that the turning effect of a cared person can be ensured to be helped. The second end of the pushing block is arranged in an arc shape, so that the pushing block can conveniently push the side turning plate to rotate. The second end of the pushing block is abutted with the bottom of the side turning plate, so that the rotation of the supporting backboard 11 can be prevented from being limited.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, the mounting frame has two rotating shaft fixing mounting seats 22 inside, and free ends of the two rotating shaft fixing mounting seats 22 are used for rotatably mounting the first rotating shaft 8 and the second rotating shaft respectively. Preferably, as shown in fig. 4, the nursing bed further includes a backrest 19 and a pedal 20, wherein after the leg bending mechanism is detached from the bed frame, one end of the backrest 19 is detachably and fixedly connected with the first end of the first leg bending plate 3, the backrest 19 is located above the first leg bending plate 3, one end of the pedal 20 is detachably and fixedly connected with the second end of the second leg bending plate 4, and the pedal 20 is located at one side of the second leg bending plate 4 away from the support. Thus, the comfort level of the leg bending mechanism is improved when the leg bending mechanism is converted into a wheelchair.
Preferably, the front end of the bed frame 1 is provided with a control panel (not shown), and the first electric push rod 7, the second electric push rod 13, the third electric push rod 16, the fourth electric push rod 17 and the double-shaft motor 10 are all connected with the control panel through electric wires, and the control panel is connected with a power supply through a power wire. Thus, the operation of each mechanism is conveniently controlled by the control panel.

the device comprises a bed frame (1) and a leg bending mechanism, wherein the upper part of the bed frame (1) is provided with a bed board for bearing a human body, and the rear half part of the bed board is provided with a first mounting opening for mounting the leg bending mechanism;
the leg bending mechanism comprises a travelling wheel (21), a bracket (2), a first leg bending plate (3), a second leg bending plate (4), a first power source, a first transmission assembly, a second power source and a second transmission assembly;
the support (2) is detachably and fixedly arranged on the bedstead (1), the support (2) comprises a mounting frame and supporting legs fixedly arranged below the mounting frame, the travelling wheels (21) are rotatably arranged at the bottoms of the supporting legs, the first leg bending plates (3) are covered on the mounting frame, the first ends of the first leg bending plates (3) are hinged with the mounting frame, the first ends of the second leg bending plates (4) are hinged with the second ends of the first leg bending plates (3) to form target hinge positions, the target hinge positions are located on one side of the mounting frame, and the second leg bending plates (4) are rotated to be coplanar with the first leg bending plates (3) to jointly fill the first mounting opening;
the first power source is used for driving the first transmission assembly, the first power source and the first transmission assembly are both arranged on the bracket (2), and the power output end of the first transmission assembly is connected with the bottom of the second leg bending plate (4); the first power source works and drives the second leg bending plate (4) to rotate through the first transmission component;
the second power source is used for driving the second transmission assembly, the second power source and the second transmission assembly are both arranged on the bracket (2), the power output end of the second transmission assembly is connected with the bottom of the first leg bending plate (3), and the power output end of the second transmission assembly is connected with the first transmission assembly; when the first leg bending plate (3) and the second leg bending plate (4) are coplanar, the second power source works, and the first transmission assembly and the second transmission assembly drive the target hinge position to be upwards protruded;
the bottom of the first leg bending plate (3) is provided with a first guide rail, the bottom of the second leg bending plate (4) is provided with a second guide rail, and when the first leg bending plate (3) and the second leg bending plate (4) are horizontally coplanar, the first guide rail and the second guide rail are in the same direction, and the directions of the first guide rail and the second guide rail are the same as the direction of the bed body;
the second transmission assembly comprises a first rotating shaft (8), a first coupler (9) and a first connecting rod (5); the first end of the first rotating shaft (8) is rotatably arranged on the mounting frame, and the second end of the first rotating shaft (8) is fixedly connected with the power output end of the second power source through a first coupler (9); the first end of the first connecting rod (5) is fixedly connected to the first rotating shaft (8), the second end of the first connecting rod (5) is rotationally connected with a first sliding block, the first sliding block is in sliding connection with the first guide rail, and the first sliding block moves linearly along the first guide rail;
the first transmission assembly comprises a second connecting rod (6) and a push rod, the first end of the second connecting rod (6) is hinged to the first connecting rod (5), the second end of the second connecting rod (6) is hinged to the first end of the push rod, the first end of the push rod is rotationally connected with a second sliding block, the second sliding block is in sliding connection with a second guide rail, the second sliding block moves linearly along the second guide rail, the second end of the push rod is hinged to a first fixing rod (23) inside the installation frame, and the power output end of the first power source is fixedly connected with the push rod to drive the push rod to move linearly.

the first power source is a motor fixed at the second end of the push rod, and the motor and the push rod are combined to form a first electric push rod (7); the second power source is a double-shaft motor (10), the second transmission assembly further comprises a second rotating shaft and a second coupler, a first transmission shaft of the double-shaft motor (10) is fixedly connected with the first coupler (9), one side of a second transmission shaft of the double-shaft motor (10) is sequentially and fixedly connected with the second coupler and the second rotating shaft, and the arrangement of one side of the second transmission shaft and the arrangement of one side of the first transmission shaft are symmetrical with respect to the transverse axis of the double-shaft motor (10).

the first end of third connecting rod (12) rotates and is connected with the third slider, third slider and third guide rail sliding connection, and the second end of third connecting rod (12) is articulated with inside second dead lever (18) of bedstead (1), and rectangular hole has been seted up at third connecting rod (12) middle part, and the power take off end fixedly connected with fourth slider of second electric putter (13), fourth slider sliding connection in rectangular downthehole, the stiff end and the bedstead (1) of second electric putter (13) fixed connection.
