the movable part comprises a fixing frame (5) and a sliding table (6), wherein the fixing frame (5) is fixedly arranged on a cross rod (11), the sliding table (6) is transversely and slidably arranged on the fixing frame (5), the power element is in transmission connection with the sliding table (6), a first L-shaped sliding groove (51) is formed in the side face of the fixing frame (5), a first chute (61) is formed in the side face of the sliding table (6), a first connecting frame (31) is fixedly arranged on the lower end face of the supporting plate (3) outside the fixing frame (5), a first sliding rod (310) is transversely arranged at the lower portion of the first connecting frame (31), the first sliding rod (310) is arranged in the first chute (61) in a penetrating mode, a first rectangular limiting block (311) is fixedly arranged on the first sliding rod (310), and the first rectangular limiting block (311) is located in the first L-shaped sliding groove (51);
