Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the nursing bed further comprises a turning-over mechanism, a third mounting opening for mounting the turning-over mechanism is formed in the middle of the back supporting plate 11, and a third fixing rod in the same direction as the bed body is arranged in the middle of the opening; the turnover mechanism comprises a first side turning plate 14, a second side turning plate 15, a third electric push rod 16 and a fourth electric push rod 17, wherein the first end of the first side turning plate 14 is hinged with a third fixed rod, the first end of the second side turning plate 15 is hinged with the third fixed rod, the first side turning plate 14 and the second side turning plate 15 are rotated to be coplanar with the bed plate, and a third mounting opening is filled; a third electric push rod 16 acts on the first side turning plate 14, a fourth electric push rod 17 acts on the second side turning plate 15, a first push block is arranged at the power output end of the third electric push rod 16, the first end of the first push block is fixedly connected with the power output end of the third electric push rod 16, the second end of the first push block is arc-shaped, the arc surface of the second end of the push block is abutted against the bottom of the first side turning plate 14, and the fixed end of the third electric push rod 16 is fixedly connected to the bedstead 1; a power output end of the fourth electric push rod 17 is provided with a second push block, a first end of the second push block is fixedly connected with the power output end of the fourth electric push rod 17, a second end of the second push block is arc-shaped, an arc surface of the second end of the push block is abutted against the bottom of the second side turning plate 15, and a fixed end of the fourth electric push rod 17 is fixedly connected to the bedstead 1; the arrangement of the fourth electric push rod 17 and the arrangement of the third electric push rod 16 are symmetrical about the axis of the bed body in the front-back direction.
Specifically, when the nursed needs to turn over to the right, the third electric push rod 16 is started, the pushing block fixed by the power output end of the third electric push rod 16 pushes the first side turning plate 14 to rotate around the third fixing rod, the maximum rotation angle of the first side turning plate 14 is 90 degrees, and then the nursed is helped to turn over to the right. When the nursed needs to turn over to the left, the nursing is completed by the fourth electric push rod 17 and the second side turning plate 15, and the working principle is the same as that of turning over to the right.
So, help is turned over by the caregiver, and the activity health alleviates health overall pressure, promotes blood circulation, prevents that body part pressurized from forming bedsore and endangering by caregiver life health. The maximum rotation angle of the side turning plate is 90 degrees, so that the nursing person can be helped to turn over. The second end of the push block is arc-shaped, so that the push block can push the side turnover plate to rotate conveniently. The second end of the push block is abutted against the bottom of the side turnover plate, so that the back support plate 11 can be prevented from being limited to rotate.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, the mounting frame has two rotating shaft fixing seats 22 inside, and the free ends of the two rotating shaft fixing seats 22 are respectively used for rotatably mounting the first rotating shaft 8 and the second rotating shaft. Therefore, the stability of the rotating shaft is improved.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 3, the nursing bed further includes a drainage box 32, an outward U-shaped opening is opened at a side of the drainage box 32, a horizontal baffle is arranged on an outer wall of the drainage box 32, and a bottom of the horizontal baffle and a bottom of the opening are located on the same plane; the middle part of the first curved leg plate 3 is provided with a placing opening 31, when in excretion, an opening of the excretion box 32 is placed forwards in the placing opening 31, the bottom of the excretion box 32 extends into the placing opening 31, and the bottom of the horizontal baffle plate is contacted with the top of the bed board. So, easy operation on the one hand is convenient for by the excretion of caregiver, and on the other hand is convenient for the nursing staff to clean.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 4, the nursing bed further comprises a backrest 19 and a pedal 20, after the leg bending mechanism is detached from the bed frame, one end of the backrest 19 is detachably and fixedly connected with a first end of the first leg bending plate 3, the backrest 19 is positioned above the first leg bending plate 3, one end of the pedal 20 is detachably and fixedly connected with a second end of the second leg bending plate 4, and the pedal 20 is positioned on one side of the second leg bending plate 4 away from the bracket. Therefore, the comfort degree of the leg bending mechanism in use after being changed into a wheelchair is improved.
Preferably, a control panel (not shown) is arranged at the front end of the bed frame 1, and the first electric push rod 7, the second electric push rod 13, the third electric push rod 16, the fourth electric push rod 17 and the double-shaft motor 10 are all connected with the control panel through electric wires, and the control panel is connected with a power supply through a power cord. Therefore, the operation of each mechanism is convenient to control through the control panel.

Claims (10)

1. An automatic nursing bed for assisting in turning over and running is characterized in that,
the bed comprises a bed frame (1) and a leg bending mechanism, wherein a bed board for bearing a human body is arranged at the upper part of the bed frame (1), and a first mounting opening for mounting the leg bending mechanism is formed in the rear half part of the bed board;
the leg bending mechanism comprises a walking wheel (21), a bracket (2), a first leg bending plate (3), a second leg bending plate (4), a first power source, a first transmission assembly, a second power source and a second transmission assembly;
the support (2) is detachably and fixedly installed on the bedstead (1), the support (2) comprises an installation frame and supporting legs fixedly arranged below the installation frame, the travelling wheels (21) are rotatably installed at the bottoms of the supporting legs, the first curved leg plate (3) covers the installation frame, the first end of the first curved leg plate (3) is hinged with the installation frame, the first end of the second curved leg plate (4) is hinged with the second end of the first curved leg plate (3) to form a target hinge position, the target hinge position is located on one side of the installation frame, the second curved leg plate (4) is rotated to be coplanar with the first curved leg plate (3), and a first installation opening is filled together;
the first power source is used for driving the first transmission assembly, the first power source and the first transmission assembly are both arranged on the support (2), and the power output end of the first transmission assembly is connected with the bottom of the second curved leg plate (4); the first power source works and drives the second curved leg plate (4) to rotate through the first transmission assembly;
the second power source is used for driving a second transmission assembly, the second power source and the second transmission assembly are both arranged on the bracket (2), the power output end of the second transmission assembly is connected with the bottom of the first curved leg plate (3), and the power output end of the second transmission assembly is connected with the first transmission assembly; when the first curved leg plate (3) and the second curved leg plate (4) are coplanar, the second power source works, and the target hinge position is driven to protrude upwards through the first transmission assembly and the second transmission assembly.
2. The turn-over assist operated automatic care bed as recited in claim 1,
a first guide rail is arranged at the bottom of the first curved leg plate (3), a second guide rail is arranged at the bottom of the second curved leg plate (4), and when the first curved leg plate (3) and the second curved leg plate (4) are horizontally coplanar, the first guide rail and the second guide rail are in the same direction, and the directions of the first guide rail and the second guide rail are the same as the direction of the bed body;
the second transmission assembly comprises a first rotating shaft (8), a first coupler (9) and a first connecting rod (5); the first end of the first rotating shaft (8) is rotatably arranged on the mounting frame, and the second end of the first rotating shaft (8) is fixedly connected with the power output end of the second power source through a first coupler (9); the first end of the first connecting rod (5) is fixedly connected to the first rotating shaft (8), the second end of the first connecting rod (5) is rotatably connected with a first sliding block, the first sliding block is connected with the first guide rail in a sliding mode, and the first sliding block moves linearly along the first guide rail;
first transmission assembly includes second connecting rod (6) and push rod, the first end and first connecting rod (5) of second connecting rod (6) are articulated, the second end of second connecting rod (6) is articulated with the first end of push rod, the first end of push rod is rotated and is connected with the second slider, second slider and second guide rail sliding connection, the second slider is linear motion along the second guide rail, the second end of push rod is articulated with inside first dead lever (23) of installation frame, the power take off end and the push rod fixed connection drive push rod of first power supply are linear motion.
3. The automatic turn-over supporting nursing bed as set forth in claim 2,
the first power source is an electric motor fixed at the second end of the push rod, and the electric motor and the push rod are combined to form a first electric push rod (7); the second power supply is double-shaft motor (10), the second transmission assembly further comprises a second rotating shaft and a second coupler, a first transmission shaft of the double-shaft motor (10) is fixedly connected with a first coupler (9), one side of a second transmission shaft of the double-shaft motor (10) is sequentially and fixedly connected with the second coupler and the second rotating shaft, and the arrangement of one side of the second transmission shaft is symmetrical with the arrangement of one side of the first transmission shaft about the transverse axis of the double-shaft motor (10).
4. The automatic nursing bed for assisting turning operation according to claim 1,
the excrement discharging device is characterized by further comprising an excrement discharging box (32), wherein an outward U-shaped opening is formed in the side portion of the excrement discharging box (32), a horizontal baffle is arranged on the outer wall of the excrement discharging box (32), and the bottom of the horizontal baffle and the bottom of the opening are located on the same plane;
a placing opening (31) is formed in the middle of the first curved leg plate (3), when the drainage is carried out, an opening of the drainage box (32) is placed forwards in the placing opening (31), the bottom of the drainage box (32) extends into the placing opening (31), and the bottom of the horizontal baffle is in contact with the top of the bed plate.

the bed plate is provided with a first mounting opening for mounting the back support mechanism;
the back supporting mechanism comprises a back supporting plate (11), a third connecting rod (12) and a second electric push rod (13), one end of the back supporting plate (11) is hinged to the end part, close to the middle part of the bed plate, of the second mounting hole, a third guide rail is arranged at the bottom of the back supporting plate (11), the back supporting plate (11) is rotated to be coplanar with the bed plate, the back supporting plate (11) fills the second mounting hole, and meanwhile, the direction of the third guide rail is the same as that of the bed body;
the first end of third connecting rod (12) is rotated and is connected with the third slider, third slider and third guide rail sliding connection, the second end of third connecting rod (12) is articulated with inside second dead lever (18) of bedstead (1), rectangular hole has been seted up at third connecting rod (12) middle part, the power take off end fixedly connected with fourth slider of second electric putter (13), fourth slider sliding connection is downthehole in rectangular, the stiff end and bedstead (1) fixed connection of second electric putter (13).
6. The turn-over assist operated automatic care bed as recited in claim 5,
the turning-over bed further comprises a turning-over mechanism, a third mounting opening for mounting the turning-over mechanism is formed in the middle of the supporting plate (11), and a third fixing rod in the same direction as the bed body is arranged in the middle of the opening;
the turnover mechanism comprises a first side turnover plate (14), a second side turnover plate (15), a third electric push rod (16) and a fourth electric push rod (17), wherein the first end of the first side turnover plate (14) is hinged with a third fixed rod, the first end of the second side turnover plate (15) is hinged with the third fixed rod, the first side turnover plate (14) and the second side turnover plate (15) are rotated to be coplanar with the bed plate, and a third mounting opening is filled;
a first push block is arranged at the power output end of the third electric push rod (16), the first end of the first push block is fixedly connected with the power output end of the third electric push rod (16), the second end of the first push block is connected with the bottom of the first side turning plate (14), and the fixed end of the third electric push rod (16) is fixedly connected to the bedstead (1); a second push block is arranged at the power output end of the fourth electric push rod (17), the first end of the second push block is fixedly connected with the power output end of the fourth electric push rod (17), the second end of the second push block is connected with the bottom of the second side turning plate (15), and the fixed end of the fourth electric push rod (17) is fixedly connected to the bedstead (1); the arrangement of the fourth electric push rod (17) and the arrangement of the third electric push rod (16) are symmetrical about the axis of the direction of the bed body.
7. The automatic turn-over supporting nursing bed as set forth in claim 2,
the mounting frame is internally provided with two rotating shaft fixing mounting seats (22), and the free ends of the two rotating shaft fixing mounting seats (22) are respectively used for rotatably mounting a first rotating shaft (8) and a second rotating shaft.
