The self-service catering equipment can realize full-automatic cooking operation and control by adopting PLC programming, take out refrigerated food to be processed by a mechanical arm, place the food into a microwave oven, and rapidly heat and bake the food in a microwave mode; furthermore, according to the type of the food, the food processed by the microwave oven can be selectively sent to a barbecue device (charcoal fire oven) for secondary barbecue, so that the taste and mouthfeel of the food can be effectively improved. The invention can realize the full automation of the whole food cooking and processing flow, does not need manual participation in the process, not only improves the processing efficiency of barbecue, but also reduces the potential damage of open fire barbecue to the environment and human body, and effectively improves the quality and efficiency of food processing.

(2) Controlling the microwave oven to start, and baking the food by using microwave and hot air;
(3) After the microwave oven finishes baking, controlling a first mechanical arm to take out food in the microwave oven and placing the food in a cache area of a workbench;
(4) Controlling a second mechanical arm to transfer the food in the cache region to a barbecue device for secondary barbecue;
(5) After the barbecue device finishes baking, the second mechanical arm is controlled to take out the baked food, and the baked food is placed into a lunch box and then transferred to an output window.
11. A food processing method according to claim 9 or 10, wherein: the microwave oven is internally provided with a microwave generator and a heater, and the barbecue process can be controlled by setting microwave quantity, microwave time, heating temperature and heating time.
