Abstract
The invention discloses a plant beverage for alleviating hangover and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of beverage preparation. The plant beverage is prepared from cordyceps militaris, mesona chinensis benth, chrysanthemum, sea buckthorn, exocarpium citri rubrum, spina date seed, citric acid, sodium citrate, food essence, potassium sorbate, sucralose and erythritol by reasonably matching medicinal and edible raw materials, is a plant beverage with excellent flavor, and has the effects of dispelling the effects of alcohol, nourishing the stomach, tonifying the spleen, refreshing and restoring consciousness, and has an excellent effect of dispelling the effects of alcohol.

According to doctors of different generations, wine belongs to damp-heat toxic evil, is frequently drunk and has the symptoms of alcohol impairment such as accumulation of damp-heat toxin in middle-jiao, dampness-heat stagnation, soil accumulation and wood depression, incoordination between liver and stomach, qi stagnation and damp-heat accumulation in stomach and stomach or in hypochondrium, and stomach fullness, hypochondriac pain and the like.

It is mainly composed of pungent and cool exterior-releasing herbs or heat-clearing and fire-purging herbs, and combined with aromatic herbs to resolve dampness, move qi and remove food stagnation for alleviating hangover.
In order to prevent and alleviate the influence of drinking on the body, various foods or medicines have been developed for alleviating hangover, so as to wake up from a drunk state more quickly and effectively and restore consciousness. The existing anti-inebriation products generally comprise several types of chemicals, traditional Chinese medicine preparations and health care products, the health care products produced by adopting the raw materials with homology of medicine and food basically do not generate side effects on human bodies, and can realize rapid and effective anti-inebriation under the condition of reasonable formula, so the research and development of the anti-inebriation products with homology of medicine and food becomes a focus of attention.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the prior art, the invention aims to provide a plant beverage for alleviating hangover and a preparation method thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
in a first aspect of the invention, a plant beverage for alleviating hangover is provided. The plant beverage is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-40 parts of cordyceps militaris, 30-80 parts of mesona chinensis benth, 5-30 parts of chrysanthemum, 10-40 parts of spina date seeds, 10-40 parts of red tangerine peel, 10-40 parts of sea buckthorn, 1-3 parts of citric acid, 1-3 parts of sodium citrate, 15-25 parts of food essence, 2-4 parts of potassium sorbate, 0.2-0.5 part of sucralose, 48-72 parts of erythritol and 6000-7000 parts of purified water.
Preferably, the plant beverage consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-35 parts of cordyceps militaris, 40-60 parts of mesona chinensis benth, 10-20 parts of chrysanthemum, 20-30 parts of spina date seed, 20-30 parts of red tangerine peel, 20-30 parts of sea buckthorn, 1.5-2.5 parts of citric acid, 1.5-2.5 parts of sodium citrate, 17-20 parts of food essence, 2.5-3.5 parts of potassium sorbate, 0.3-0.4 part of sucralose, 55-65 parts of erythritol and 6300-6700 parts of purified water.
Further preferably, the plant beverage is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25 parts of cordyceps militaris, 60 parts of mesona chinensis benth, 15 parts of chrysanthemum, 25 parts of spina date seed, 25 parts of sea-buckthorn, 25 parts of exocarpium citri rubrum, 2 parts of citric acid, 2 parts of sodium citrate, 18 parts of food essence, 3 parts of potassium sorbate, 60 parts of erythritol, 0.3 part of sucralose and 6500 parts of purified water.
Preferably, the food essence is one or more of green lemon essence, jasmine essence and sweet osmanthus essence.
In the plant beverage, various raw material medicines have active ingredients for relieving alcoholism, and the plant beverage has a synergistic effect after reasonable compatibility. Wherein:
the Cordyceps militaris belongs to Cordyceps of Maitake family, also called Cordyceps militaris, cordyceps militaris. Cordyceps militaris contains various physiologically active substances such as Cordyceps polysaccharide, cordycepin, cordycepic acid, protein, amino acid, superoxide dismutase and the like. Has uric acid reducing, antitumor, antiviral, antioxidant, liver function improving, immunity regulating, sexual function protecting, and radioprotective effects.
The Mesona chinensis Benth is an annual herbaceous plant of Mesona of Labiatae, the sample of Mesona chinensis Benth contains carbohydrate about 70%, less protein, fat, pigment, and various minerals, and flavonoids have effects of inhibiting tumor cell growth and lowering blood pressure; the polysaccharide has the function of enhancing the body immunity; the essence can be used for tranquilizing mind, removing toxic substance, and promoting diuresis; the microelements have effects of inhibiting free radicals, resisting aging, and resisting cancer.
The chrysanthemum has the effects of dispelling wind, clearing heat, improving eyesight and detoxifying, and is mainly used for treating headache, dizziness, conjunctival congestion, heart and chest dysphoria with smothery sensation, furuncle, toxic swelling and the like.
The sea buckthorn is dry mature fruit of sea buckthorn of Elaeagnaceae, is sour and astringent in taste, warm in nature, and capable of entering spleen, stomach, lung and heart channels, has the effects of clearing lung, eliminating phlegm, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, and is used for improving peripheral circulation failure caused by extravasated blood, improving gastrointestinal environment, reducing blood fat and promoting intestinal tract peristalsis.
The semen Ziziphi Spinosae is dry mature seed of Ziziphus jujube Mill of Rhamnaceae, and has sweet and sour taste and mild property. The spina date seed, which belongs to liver, gallbladder and heart channels, is rich in a large amount of fatty oil, protein, sterol, triterpenes, spina date seed saponin and various vitamins required by a human body. Has effects in nourishing liver, calming heart, tranquilizing mind, arresting sweating, and can be used for treating vexation, insomnia, polydipsia, sweating, reducing serum cholesterol, increasing high density lipoprotein, regulating arrhythmia, and protecting myocardial cell.
In a second aspect of the present invention, a method for preparing a plant beverage for alleviating hangover is provided, which comprises the following steps:
(1) Mixing Cordyceps militaris, mesona chinensis Benth, flos Chrysanthemi, exocarpium Citri rubrum, fructus Hippophae and semen Ziziphi Spinosae, adding purified water, soaking, and heating to obtain extractive solution;
(2) Cooling the above extractive solution, and filtering to obtain filtrate;
(3) Uniformly mixing citric acid, sodium citrate, food essence, potassium sorbate, erythritol, sucralose and purified water with the filtrate obtained in the step (2) to obtain a mixed solution;
(4) Sterilizing the mixed solution to obtain the plant beverage for relieving hangover.
Preferably; in the step (1), the mass ratio of the total mass of the cordyceps militaris, the mesona chinensis benth, the chrysanthemum, the exocarpium citri rubrum, the sea buckthorn and the spina date seed to the purified water is 1: (8-12).
Preferably, the soaking time in the step (1) is 0.5-1.5h, and the micro-boiling is carried out for 1-5h.
Preferably, the temperature of the extract in step (2) is cooled to 40-50 ℃.
Preferably, the sterilization temperature in the step (4) is 115-125 ℃, and the sterilization time is 10-15s.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
compared with the existing product formula and technology, the plant beverage for relieving alcoholism is based on the monarch, minister, assistant and guide theories of traditional Chinese medicine, cordyceps militaris with the effects of strengthening body resistance and consolidating foundation is used as a monarch drug, mesona chinensis with the effects of clearing heat and removing toxicity and chrysanthemum with the effects of dispelling wind and clearing heat are used as ministerial drugs, sea buckthorn with the effects of clearing lung and eliminating phlegm, tangerine peel with the effects of regulating qi and relieving epigastric distention, eliminating dampness and eliminating phlegm are used as adjuvant drugs, and spina date seed with the effects of calming and tonifying qi is used as a guide drug. The anti-inebriation effect of the plant beverage is not the superposition of the effects of all the components, but is embodied by the mutual matching of monarch drugs, ministerial drugs, adjuvant drugs and conductant drugs, and the comprehensive anti-inebriation effect exceeds the superposition of all the components. The formula of the invention selects raw materials which are homologous in medicine and food, is reasonable in collocation, and is a plant beverage which has excellent flavor, has the effects of dispelling the effects of alcohol, nourishing the stomach, tonifying the spleen, and refreshing the brain.

It should be noted that the following detailed description is exemplary and is intended to provide further explanation of the disclosure. Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this application belongs.

Mixing Cordyceps militaris, mesona chinensis, flos Chrysanthemi, exocarpium Citri rubrum, fructus Hippophae and semen Ziziphi Spinosae, adding 750 parts of purified water, soaking for 1 hr, heating, and slightly boiling for 1.5 hr to obtain extractive solution; cooling the extractive solution to 45 deg.C, and filtering to obtain filtrate; mixing the filtrate with citric acid, sodium citrate, green lemon essence, potassium sorbate, erythritol, sucralose and the rest purified water uniformly to obtain a mixed solution, and sterilizing the mixed solution at 120 deg.C for 13s to obtain the plant beverage for relieving hangover.
Example 2
Weighing 40 parts of cordyceps militaris, 80 parts of mesona chinensis benth, 30 parts of chrysanthemum, 40 parts of exocarpium citri rubrum, 40 parts of sea buckthorn, 40 parts of spina date seed, 3 parts of citric acid, 3 parts of sodium citrate, 25 parts of green lemon essence, 4 parts of potassium sorbate, 0.5 part of sucralose, 72 parts of erythritol and 7000 parts of purified water.
Mixing Cordyceps militaris, mesona chinensis Benth, flos Chrysanthemi, exocarpium Citri rubrum, fructus Hippophae and semen Ziziphi Spinosae, adding 2700 parts of purified water, soaking for 1 hr, heating, and slightly boiling for 1.5 hr to obtain extractive solution; cooling the extractive solution to 45 deg.C, and filtering to obtain filtrate; mixing the filtrate with citric acid, sodium citrate, green lemon essence, potassium sorbate, erythritol, sucralose and the rest purified water uniformly to obtain a mixed solution, and sterilizing the mixed solution at 120 deg.C for 13s to obtain the plant beverage for relieving hangover.
Example 3
Weighing 25 parts of cordyceps militaris, 60 parts of mesona chinensis benth, 15 parts of chrysanthemum, 25 parts of exocarpium citri rubrum, 25 parts of sea buckthorn, 25 parts of spina date seed, 2 parts of citric acid, 2 parts of sodium citrate, 18 parts of lime essence, 3 parts of potassium sorbate, 0.3 part of sucralose, 60 parts of erythritol and 6500 parts of purified water.
Mixing scarlet caterpiller fungus, mesona chinensis, flos Chrysanthemi, exocarpium Citri rubrum, fructus Hippophae and semen Ziziphi Spinosae, adding 1750 parts of purified water, soaking for 1 hr, heating, and slightly boiling for 1.5 hr to obtain extractive solution; cooling the extractive solution to 45 deg.C, and filtering to obtain filtrate; mixing the filtrate with citric acid, sodium citrate, green lemon essence, potassium sorbate, erythritol, sucralose and the rest purified water uniformly to obtain a mixed solution, and sterilizing the mixed solution at 120 deg.C for 13s to obtain the plant beverage for relieving hangover.
Comparative example 1
Weighing 25 parts of cordyceps militaris, 2 parts of citric acid, 2 parts of sodium citrate, 18 parts of lime essence, 3 parts of potassium sorbate, 0.3 part of sucralose, 60 parts of erythritol and 5500 parts of purified water.
Adding 1750 parts of purified water into cordyceps militaris, soaking for 1h, heating, and slightly boiling for 1.5h to obtain an extracting solution; cooling the extractive solution to 45 deg.C, and filtering to obtain filtrate; mixing the filtrate with citric acid, sodium citrate, green lemon essence, potassium sorbate, erythritol, sucralose and the rest purified water uniformly to obtain a mixed solution, and sterilizing the mixed solution at 120 deg.C for 13s to obtain the plant beverage for relieving hangover.
Comparative example 2
Weighing 60 parts of mesona chinensis benth, 15 parts of chrysanthemum, 2 parts of citric acid, 2 parts of sodium citrate, 18 parts of lime essence, 3 parts of potassium sorbate, 0.3 part of sucralose, 60 parts of erythritol and 5500 parts of purified water.
Mixing Mesona chinensis Benth and flos Chrysanthemi, adding 1750 parts of purified water, soaking for 1h, heating, and slightly boiling for 1.5h to obtain extractive solution; cooling the extractive solution to 45 deg.C, and filtering to obtain filtrate; mixing the filtrate with citric acid, sodium citrate, green lemon essence, potassium sorbate, erythritol, sucralose and the rest purified water uniformly to obtain a mixed solution, and sterilizing the mixed solution at 120 deg.C for 13s to obtain the plant beverage for relieving hangover.
Comparative example 3
Weighing 25 parts of exocarpium citri rubrum, 25 parts of sea buckthorn, 2 parts of citric acid, 2 parts of sodium citrate, 18 parts of lime essence, 3 parts of potassium sorbate, 0.3 part of sucralose, 60 parts of erythritol and 5500 parts of purified water.
Mixing exocarpium Citri rubrum and fructus Hippophae, adding 1750 parts of purified water, soaking for 1 hr, heating, and slightly boiling for 1.5 hr to obtain extractive solution; cooling the extractive solution to 45 deg.C, and filtering to obtain filtrate; mixing the filtrate with citric acid, sodium citrate, green lemon essence, potassium sorbate, erythritol, sucralose and the rest purified water uniformly to obtain a mixed solution, and sterilizing the mixed solution at 120 deg.C for 13s to obtain the plant beverage for relieving hangover.
Comparative example 4
Weighing 25 parts of spina date seed, 2 parts of citric acid, 2 parts of sodium citrate, 18 parts of lime essence, 3 parts of potassium sorbate, 0.3 part of sucralose, 60 parts of erythritol and 5500 parts of purified water.
Adding 1750 parts of purified water into semen Ziziphi Spinosae, soaking for 1 hr, heating, and slightly boiling for 1.5 hr to obtain extractive solution; cooling the extractive solution to 45 deg.C, and filtering to obtain filtrate; mixing the filtrate with citric acid, sodium citrate, green lemon essence, potassium sorbate, erythritol, sucralose and the rest purified water uniformly to obtain a mixed solution, and sterilizing the mixed solution at 120 deg.C for 13s to obtain the plant beverage for relieving hangover.
Test example 1
120 mice are taken, and the male and female mice are half-half respectively, and are fasted and water is forbidden before the experiment.
The feed is respectively irrigated with 0.15 ml/(10 g of body weight) of 43-degree white spirit. The drunk mice were randomly divided into 6 groups of 20 mice each based on body weight, and the control group was fed with physiological saline 0.25 ml/(10 g of body weight), and the other 5 groups were fed with plant beverages 0.25 ml/(10 g of body weight) prepared in example 3 and comparative examples 1 to 4, respectively. The mice were observed for sobering up.

The time (min) when the intoxication symptom disappeared was recorded using the anti-normal reflex as an index, and the sobering-up state of the mice was as shown in table 1 below.

And (4) conclusion: as can be seen from Table 1, the mice in the control group and the test group showed a clear difference in their sobering-up after being fed with the white spirit. The sobering time of the white mice corresponding to the embodiment 3 is far shorter than that of the white mice corresponding to the comparative examples 1-4, which shows that the plant beverage realizes synergistic interaction through the combination of monarch drug, ministerial drug, adjuvant drug and messenger drug, and the anti-alcoholic effect is better.
Test example 2
The plant beverage prepared in example 3 was subjected to a human body efficacy use test.
After drinking, 58 volunteers who often drunk a large amount drunk 100ml of the vegetable beverage of example 3, and observed. The results of the human efficacy use test are shown in the table below.

The plant beverage according to claim 1, wherein the plant beverage comprises, by weight, 15-35 parts of cordyceps militaris, 40-60 parts of mesona chinensis benth, 10-20 parts of chrysanthemum, 20-30 parts of spina date seeds, 20-30 parts of tangerine peel, 20-30 parts of sea buckthorn, 1.5-2.5 parts of citric acid, 1.5-2.5 parts of sodium citrate, 17-20 parts of food essence, 2.5-3.5 parts of potassium sorbate, 0.3-0.4 part of sucralose, 55-65 parts of erythritol and 6300-6700 parts of purified water.
3. The plant beverage according to claim 1, wherein the food essence is one or more of green lemon essence, jasmine essence and osmanthus essence.
4. A method of preparing a vegetable beverage according to any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising the steps of:
(1) Mixing Cordyceps militaris, mesona chinensis Benth, flos Chrysanthemi, fructus Hippophae, exocarpium Citri rubrum and semen Ziziphi Spinosae, adding purified water, soaking, and heating to obtain extractive solution;
(2) Cooling the extractive solution, and filtering to obtain filtrate;
(3) Uniformly mixing citric acid, sodium citrate, food essence, potassium sorbate, erythritol, sucralose and purified water with the filtrate to obtain a mixed solution;
(4) Sterilizing the mixed solution to obtain the plant beverage for relieving hangover.
5. The method for preparing a plant beverage according to claim 4, wherein in the step (1), the mass ratio of the total mass of the cordyceps militaris, the mesona chinensis benth, the chrysanthemum, the exocarpium citri rubrum, the sea buckthorn and the spina date seed to the purified water is 1: (8-12).
6. The method for preparing a vegetable beverage according to claim 4, wherein the soaking time in the step (1) is 0.5 to 1.5 hours, and the micro-boiling is performed by heating for 1 to 5 hours.
7. The method for preparing a vegetable beverage according to claim 4, wherein the temperature of the extract liquid cooled in the step (2) is 40 to 50 ℃.
8. The method for preparing a vegetable beverage according to claim 4, wherein the temperature for sterilization in the step (4) is 115 to 125 ℃ and the sterilization time is 10 to 15 seconds.
