Claims (10)
1. A local closed multifunctional grain depot cage internal ventilation trolley based on an aboveground cage is characterized in that,
the ventilation trolley comprises a movable bottom plate (1), wherein walking wheels are arranged below the movable bottom plate (1), a walking power part (6) is arranged on the movable bottom plate (1), and the movable bottom plate (1) can walk in a channel of an above-ground cage (2); the passage of the ground cage (2) is the internal space (9) of the ground cage;
the ground cage (2) is an arc-shaped air duct combined in a series;
two plates, namely a first plate (3) and a second plate (4), are arranged on the movable bottom plate (1); the first plate (3) and the second plate (4) are both semicircular plates, sealing rubber (8) is uniformly mixed on the semicircular plates, the sealing rubber (8) is communicated with a comprehensive line pipe (7), the comprehensive line pipe (7) is an inflation pipe, and the comprehensive line pipe (7) is connected with an inflation pump; when the movable bottom plate (1) is positioned in the passage of the ground cage (2), the sealing rubber (8) is inflated to be matched with the inner wall of the passage of the ground cage (2);
a plurality of holes are arranged on the body of the ground cage (2);
a plurality of groups of mutually connected multi-purpose ring plates (5) are arranged between the first plate (3) and the second plate (4), and the parts of the mutually connected multi-purpose ring plates (5) contacting the upper surface of the movable bottom plate (1) are welded with the upper surface of the movable bottom plate (1);
the multi-purpose ring plates (5) connected with each other are respectively provided with multi-purpose holes (10).
2. The underground cage-based ventilation trolley in the partially closed multifunctional grain depot cage according to claim 1, wherein the multipurpose holes (10) are threaded holes; the fan base plate can be installed through the threaded hole.
3. The multi-functional aboveground cage-based ventilation trolley for the cage interior of a partially closed multi-functional grain depot according to claim 1, characterized in that the multi-purpose holes (10) are light holes in which plugs (12) can be inserted.
4. The ventilation trolley in the locally closed multifunctional grain depot cage based on the aboveground cage as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the walking power part (6) is a walking power part which can be remotely controlled.

The ventilation trolley in the cage of the local closed multifunctional grain depot based on the aboveground cage as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that a pulling rope is bound on the movable bottom plate (1), and the end part of the pulling rope can be arranged outside the inner space (9) of the aboveground cage.

The ventilation trolley in the cage of the local closed multifunctional grain depot based on the aboveground cage as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that a distance sensor is arranged at the end of the moving floor (1), by means of which distance sensor the position of the moving floor (1) can be determined.

The ventilation trolley in the cage of the multi-functional grain depot based on the ground cage as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that fans (11) are arranged in a plurality of groups of the multi-purpose ring plates (5) connected to each other, one group of the multi-purpose ring plates (5) in the plurality of groups of the multi-purpose ring plates (5) connected to each other blows directly against the heating point (13), or two groups of the multi-purpose holes (10) in the plurality of groups of the multi-purpose ring plates (5) connected to each other are opened, wherein one group is used for connecting the fans for blowing and the other group is used for air draft.
8. The ventilation trolley in the locally closed multifunctional grain depot cage based on the aboveground cage as claimed in claim 7, characterized in that the fan (11) comprises a plurality of or one fan comprises a plurality of air outlets corresponding to the multipurpose holes (10).
9. A local closed multifunctional grain depot cage internal ventilation method based on an overground cage is characterized in that,
use of the trolley according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of;
firstly, determining a point position of abnormal heating, namely a heating point (13), by using a grain condition temperature measuring system;
a fan (11) is arranged inside or on a plurality of groups of multi-purpose ring plates (5) which are connected with each other; plugging the unused multipurpose holes (10) by using plugs (12); according to the heating point determined by the grain condition temperature measuring system, the corresponding ground cage is judged, and the judgment mode is to select the ground cage closest to the heating point (13); selecting the corresponding nearest ground cage; meanwhile, the distance which the moving bottom plate (1) needs to move when approaching the heating point is judged;
controlling the moving base plate (1) to walk in the inner space (9) of the ground cage; walking the vehicle to the position closest to the heating point (13) by the distance determined in the previous step;
at the moment, the closed rubber (8) is inflated through the comprehensive line pipe (7), and the inflated closed rubber (8) can be matched with the inner wall of the channel of the cage (2);
the air volume loss in the inner space (9) of the ground cage is avoided because the sealing rubber (8) is inflated and can be matched with the inner wall of the channel of the ground cage (2) to form a relatively closed space between the first plate (3) and the second plate (4);
at the moment, the fan is started to ventilate, one group of multi-purpose ring plates (5) in the multi-purpose ring plates (5) which are connected with each other directly blow against the heating point (13), or two groups of multi-purpose holes (10) in the multi-purpose ring plates (5) which are connected with each other are opened, wherein one group is used for blowing the fan and the other group is used for exhausting air; the heat of the heating point is taken away;
after the temperature of the heating point is reduced by the grain condition temperature measuring system, the ventilation and the air release are stopped, and the movable bottom plate (1) is pulled out or automatically driven by power.
10. The method for ventilating in the cage of the local closed multifunctional granary based on the aboveground cage according to claim 9, further comprising the step of monitoring pests at the bottom of the granary by using the movable bottom plate (1), wherein glue is coated on the movable bottom plate (1), the movable bottom plate (1) is placed in the corresponding position of the inner space (9) of the aboveground cage for a period of time, pests falling from the holes of the aboveground cage (2) can be stuck in the glue, and whether the pests are grown and which pests are in the corresponding position of the granary body can be determined after the pests are pulled out.
