the fans (11) are arranged in the multiple groups of mutually connected multipurpose ring plates (5), one group of the multiple groups of mutually connected multipurpose ring plates (5) directly blows against the heating point (13), or the multiple holes (10) of two groups of the multiple groups of mutually connected multipurpose ring plates (5) are opened, wherein one group is used for butting the fans to blow and the other group is used for exhausting.

controlling the movable bottom plate (1) to walk in the ground cage inner space (9); the distance determined in the previous step is moved to the position closest to the heating point (13);
at the moment, the sealing rubber (8) is inflated through the comprehensive wire pipe (7), and the sealing rubber (8) can be matched with the inner wall of the channel of the ground cage (2) through inflation;
the first plate (3) and the second plate (4) form a relatively closed space because the closed rubber (8) is inflated to be capable of being matched with the inner wall of the passage of the ground cage (2), so that the air quantity loss is avoided in the space (9) inside the ground cage;
at the moment, the fan is started to ventilate, one group of multipurpose ring plates (5) in the plurality of groups of mutually connected multipurpose ring plates (5) directly blows against the heating point (13), or two groups of multipurpose holes (10) in the plurality of groups of mutually connected multipurpose ring plates (5) are started, wherein one group is used for butting the fan to blow and the other group is used for exhausting; taking away the heat of the heating point;
