It should be noted that, the situation that the communication connection with the private network base station cannot be established currently may be that the current communication channel is unavailable, the signal is unstable, other users currently occupy the private network to communicate, the trunking system side cannot process the call request in time currently, and the like, which is not limited herein.
Specifically, if it is determined that the communication connection with the private network base station can be established, step S104 is executed; if it is determined that the communication connection cannot be established with the private network base station, step S105 is performed.
Optionally, in another embodiment of the present application, an implementation of step S103, as shown in fig. 2, includes:
s201, judging whether feedback information of the private network base station for the call request is received in a first preset time.
The feedback information indicates that the private network base station is in an idle state or a non-idle state.
Specifically, under the conditions that the current communication channel is unavailable, the signal is unstable, and the like, the terminal held by the user may not receive the feedback information of the private network base station for the call request within the first preset time, and then step S204 is executed; if it is determined that the feedback information of the private network base station for the call request is received within the first preset time, step S202 is executed.
S202, judging whether the feedback information indicates that the private network base station is in an idle state.
Specifically, if it is determined that the feedback information indicates that the private network base station is in an idle state, step S203 is executed; if the feedback information is determined to indicate that the private network base station is in a non-idle state, for example: step S204 is executed when other users currently occupy the private network for communication, etc.
S203, establishing communication connection with the private network base station.
Specifically, after the terminal held by the user successfully establishes a communication connection with the private network base station, the user may request assistance from the private network base station in a plurality of ways, for example: the voice is sent to inform the user of emergency conditions, location information of the user, and the like, and the method is not limited herein.
S204, determining that communication connection cannot be established with the private network base station.
Optionally, in another embodiment of the present application, an implementation manner of step S103, as shown in fig. 3, includes:
s301, judging whether feedback information of the private network base station for a call request is received in a first preset time.
The feedback information indicates that the private network base station is in an idle state or a non-idle state.
It should be noted that, the first preset time is a default time set by the terminal when leaving the factory, and may be set and changed by the user according to the requirement of the user, which is not limited herein.
Specifically, if it is determined that the feedback information of the private network base station for the call request is not received within the first preset time, step S305 is executed; if it is determined that the feedback information of the private network base station for the call request is received within the first preset time, step S302 is executed.
It should be noted that the implementation procedure of step S301 is the same as that of step S201 described above, and reference may be made to each other.
S302, judging whether the feedback information indicates that the private network base station is in an idle state.
Specifically, if it is determined that the feedback information indicates that the private network base station is in an idle state, step S303 is executed; if the feedback information is determined to indicate that the private network base station is in a non-idle state, for example: currently, other users are occupying the private network for communication, etc., step S304 is performed.
