Abstract
本发明提供一种方法和装置,用于把装饰物压实粘结到铸件上,这种方法包括放装饰物的下周边表面、它的上表面用胶处理过,把铸件放在装饰物上方以便铸件的周边部分被粘结,把装饰物的外侧部分粘结到铸件与之对应的部分,按压装饰物的内侧部分靠在铸件与之对应的部分以便把内侧部分粘结到铸件中与之对应的部分,同时,随着按压步骤,把装饰物的周边部分压入铸件内的压实凹槽内。
Description
本发明涉及一种方法和装置,用于把一件装饰物粘结到一个铸件的粗糙表面上,同时,把装饰物的周边部分压实在铸件的凹槽里。
在应用装饰物的传统方法里,例如对于小汽车的门,当装饰物被粘结在粗糙的铸件上时或装饰物的周边部分被压实在铸件的凹槽里时,总有一些缺陷。这是因为把装饰物放在或压紧在粗糙表面上会有困难,同时装饰物当被压时有可能在铸件上在凹槽确定的方向上移动,致使它不能制成为一种给定的形状。本发明的设计正是考虑了这些问题。本发明的目的在于提供一种装置和方法能够使装饰物很容易地放入并压紧在铸件上而不向铸件的一侧滑移,从而实现满足要求的压实粘结。
上述目的能够通过本发明的方法和装置实现。本发明包括把一个具有胶的装饰物的下周边表面放在一个下部铸模上,把一个铸件放在装饰物上部,目的在于能首先把装饰物的外侧部分粘结到铸件中与之对应的中分上,然后,按压装饰物的内侧部分使之靠在铸件上与之对应的部分,目的在于把装饰物的内侧部分粘结到铸件上与之对应的部分,同时在按压过程中,把装饰物的周边部分压实在铸件的压实凹槽里。此装置的特征在于具有一个下部内侧铸模2和一个下部外侧铸模6,均设置在下基板1上,一个设置在下基板1上的接收铸模12,一个上部铸模13设置在下基板1上方,它的下表面的位置与下部内侧铸模2下部外侧铸模6和压实叶片8的上表面相对应,一个设置在下基板1上方,用以压紧铸件16的部件14,其位置与接收铸模12相对应,一个上基板15,其中装有上部铸模13和压紧部件14,从基板15上悬挂下来,上基板15相对于下基板1可上下移动,第一螺旋弹簧4沿着下部内侧铸模的外周边表面设置。用以弹性地支撑下部外侧铸模6,以便下部铸模6的上表面与铸件16中与之对应部分的下表面之间的距离小于下部内侧铸模2的上表面与铸件16中与之对应部分的下表面之间的距离。第二螺旋弹簧10沿着压实叶片8的外周边表面设置,用以支撑用于铸件16的接收铸12,以便压紧接收铸12的上表面。
由于采用了上述方法,本发明操作如下:首先,上表面(背面)经过处理带有胶的装饰物的周边部分放在下部铸模上,然后在装饰物上方放置一个铸件,其上,上部铸可以移下,它首先与铸件16的上表面接合。随着进一步的向下运动,上部铸13和下部外侧铸6压实铸件和装饰物18。这样,首先由于下部外侧铸模和上部铸模的加压,装饰物的周边部分粘结到铸件上,然后,整个装饰物被压靠在铸件上并由上部铸模和下部内侧铸模使其粘结在铸件上,同时装饰物的周边部分和铸件彼此压紧,最后装饰物的周边部分由压实叶片压入铸件的凹槽内。
图1是本发明的一个具体实施例的正面剖视图,表示上部和下部铸模有一定间距的状态,装饰物的一部分将要粘到铸件上与之对应的部分。
图2是此具体实施例的正面剖视图,表示装饰物已经粘结到铸件上的状态。
现在将详述本发明的一个具体实施例。一个下部内侧铸模2固定在下基板1的中央位置上、它具有与一个被处理过的铸件的外形相对应的粗糙表面或凹面和凸面。许多导体引缸3沿着下部内侧铸模2的周边以相互适当的间隔垂直设置在下基板1上。螺旋弹簧4被放入导引缸3的内部,在第一螺旋弹簧4的每一个的面上浮动地设置一个第一活塞杆5,以便活塞杆5可以通过缸3自由滑动而其底部紧靠在弹簧4上。一个环状的下部外侧铸模6设置在第一活塞杆5的上端以便它环绕在下部内侧铸2的周边。外侧铸模6被向上推动,使得当上基板15位置较低时,外侧铸模部分如下面所详述的首先与上部铸模13的相对应部分接合。换句话说,外侧铸模6相对于内侧铸模2缓缓升起,致使下部外侧铸模6的上表面和铸件16中与之相对应部分的下表面之间的距离小于下部铸模2的上表面在和铸件16中与之相对应部分的下表面之间的距离。因此,外部铸模6能首先顶住并粘结装饰物18的周边。一个环状的压实叶片8由一个在下基板1上沿着下部外侧铸模6的周边的支座7支撑着向上延伸到一个适当的高度。
许多第二导引缸9以相互适当的间隔(未示出)垂直设置在沿着下基板1的压实叶片8的周边。第二螺旋弹簧10被放入导引缸9的内部。在第二螺旋弹簧10的每一个的上部浮动地设置一个第二活塞杆11,以使杆11能通过缸9自由滑动而其底部紧靠在弹簧10上。一个环状的接收铸模12设置在第二活塞杆11的上端,因此它环绕在压实叶片8的周边,上基板15可以上下移动地设置在下基板的上方。在上基板15的下表面安装有一个上部铸模13,它的位置与下部内侧铸模2、下部外侧铸模6和压实叶片8相对应,所有这些零件的上表面与上部铸模13的下表面互相补充,同时,上基板15的下表面装有一个铸件压紧部件14,它的位置与接收铸模12相对应。接收部件12的上表面和部件14的下表面之间的距离小于下部外侧铸模6的上表面和上部铸模13中与之相对应部分的下表面之间的距离。
图1表示了这样构成结构的一种情况,其中,上表面(背面)已应用有粘结剂的装饰物18放在下部铸模的上部。(装饰物18的周边部分被支撑在下部外侧铸模6和下部内侧铸模2上)同时,铸件16设置在装饰物18和环状接收铸模12的上部。下一步,上基板15被移下,压紧部件14下降克服螺旋弹簧10的力,直至铸件16的周边部分被压紧在部件14和铸模12之间。然后,铸件16和装饰物18的周边部分下降,克服螺旋弹簧4的压力直至它们被压紧在上铸模13和下部外侧铸模6之间以便粘结。之后,铸件16和装饰物18的剩余部分由上铸模13和下部内侧铸模2的啮合而粘结,同时,随着啮合,压实叶片8被压入铸件16的压紧凹槽17内,完成压实粘结。由此导致图2的情形,此时基板15的下移运动已经停止。
在上述最后的一步,因为装饰物18的周边部分的每一个均压紧在上铸模13和下部内侧铸模2之间以便粘结。所以铸件、装饰物和铸模的啮合不会产生装饰物朝向铸件的一边移动。装饰物18已经被压实粘结于其上的已完成的铸件16在上基板15被移开之后被取出。
正如从以上描述中可以看到的,因为本发明的结构致使首先用胶处理过的装饰物的周边部分以给定的位置压紧在铸模之间,然后,装饰物的剩余部分被压实粘结在铸件上,尽管铸件的表面粗糙,但它具有良好的效果,装饰物能以给定的位置被压实粘结而不偏离一边。
Claims (3)
1.一种在铸件上压实粘结装饰物的方法,包括把一个用胶处理过的装饰物的下部周边表面放在下部铸模上,
把一个铸件放在装饰物的上方,以便首先使装饰物的外侧部分粘结到铸件中与之对应的部分。
按压装饰物的内侧部分,使其紧靠在铸件中与之对应的部分,以便使内侧部分粘结到铸件中与之对应的部分。
同时随着按压步骤把装饰物的周边部分压入铸件中的压实凹槽内。
2.一种把装饰物压实粘结到铸件上的装置,其特征在于:
设置在一个下基板1上的一个下部内侧铸模2和一个下部外侧铸模6,
一个压实叶片8沿着外侧铸模6的周边设置,
一个接收铸模12设置在下基板1上方,
一个下部铸模13设置在下基板1上方,其下表面位置与下部内侧铸模2,下部外侧铸模6和压实叶片8的上表面相对应,
部件14用于压紧铸件16,它设置在下基板1上方,它的位置与接收铸模12相对应,
一个上基板15相对于下基板1可上下移动,其上安装有上部铸模13和压紧部件14并从基板1上悬挂下来,
第一螺旋弹簧4沿着下部内侧铸模2的外周边设置,用来弹性支撑下部外侧铸模6以便下部铸模6的上表面与铸件16中与之相对应部分的下表面之间的距离小于下部内侧铸模2的上表面与铸件16中与之相对应部分的下表面之间的距离,
第二螺旋弹簧10沿着压实叶片8的外周设置,用来支撑用于铸件16的接收铸模12以便压紧接收铸模12的上表面。
3.如权利要求2中所述的一种装置, 其特征在于第二螺旋弹簧的设置目的在于接收铸模12的上表面和部件14的下表面之间的距离小于下部外侧铸模6的上表面与上部铸模13中与之对应部分的下表面之间的距离。
