Description

Method for connecting household appliance to product server
Technical Field
The specification relates to the technical field of intelligent household appliances, in particular to a method for connecting a household appliance product to a product server side.
Background
Some household electrical appliances on the market can be connected to a product server through a built-in Wi-Fi module. When a user uses a product with a home appliance for the first time, the user usually needs to connect the home appliance to a product server for use.
Specifically, a user usually triggers the household appliance to start distribution, and when the household appliance starts distribution, the built-in Wi-Fi module is switched from a terminal Station mode to an Access Point (AP) mode; and the Wi-Fi module receives the distribution network information transmitted by the user in the AP mode. After the distribution network is completed, the Wi-Fi module needs to be switched from the AP mode to the Station mode, and is accessed to the network according to distribution network information in the Station mode, and then is connected to the product service end according to the domain name of the product service end.
However, a long time is required to pass from the distribution of the user to the connection of the household appliance to the product server, and the user experience is poor.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above technical problems, the present specification proposes the following technical solutions:
in a first aspect, a method for connecting a household appliance to a product server is provided, wherein the household appliance has an NFC module and a Wi-Fi module connected to each other; the method comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the steps that product application on user mobile equipment obtains distribution network information of a network to which the user mobile equipment is currently connected, and obtains an IP address resolved on the basis of a domain name of a product service end;
the product application calls an NFC module of the user mobile equipment, and writes the acquired distribution network information and the IP address into the NFC module of the household appliance;
the Wi-Fi module of the household appliance executes the following steps under the condition of being placed in the Station mode: monitoring the level of an induction signal between the NFC module of the household appliance and the NFC module of the user mobile equipment, reading distribution network information and an IP address in the NFC module of the household appliance when monitoring that the low level is changed to the high level, completing distribution network and connecting to the product server.
In the technical scheme of the first aspect, a user uses a product application installed on own mobile equipment to carry out network distribution on household appliances, so that the household appliances can be accessed to a network after completing the network distribution, and then the household appliances are connected to a product server.
Specifically, the NFC module of the household appliance is connected to the Wi-Fi module, which means that the Wi-Fi module can read and write a data area of the NFC module of the household appliance, and can also monitor an inductive signal between the NFC module of the household appliance and the NFC modules of other devices. On the user side, when the user needs to connect the household appliance product to the product server, the user can open the product application installed on the mobile device of the user. The product application acquires distribution network information of a network to which the mobile equipment is currently accessed, and resolves the IP address based on the domain name of the product service end. The NFC module of the user mobile equipment is called by the product application, the NFC connection is established with the NFC module on the household appliance product, and the distribution network information is written into the NFC module of the household appliance product by utilizing the NFC connection. And the product application also utilizes the NFC connection to write the IP address resolved based on the domain name of the product server into the NFC module of the household appliance.
On the product side, the Wi-Fi module of the household appliance does not need to be switched from the Station mode to the AP mode in the whole process, but can be kept in the Station mode. The Wi-Fi module of the household appliance can acquire distribution network information in the NFC module of the household appliance and the IP address of the product server when monitoring that the level of an induction signal between the NFC module of the user mobile device and the NFC module of the household appliance changes from low level to high level (which may indicate that the NFC module of the user mobile device is leaving the field, and may also indicate that the NFC module of the user mobile device writes distribution network information and an IP address into the NFC module of the household appliance), complete distribution network and connect to the product server.
Through the technical scheme of the first aspect, the time required for the process from the distribution of the network to the connection of the household appliance product to the product service end can be shortened, and the user experience is improved.
Firstly, the distribution network information of the network to which the user mobile equipment is currently connected is transmitted to the household appliance through NFC connection, and because the NFC technology has near field property (namely, the user mobile equipment and the household appliance are close enough to establish the NFC connection), the fact means that the user mobile equipment and the household appliance are in the same network environment, the distribution network information transmitted to the household appliance is the distribution network information of the same network environment, and the distribution network information adopted by the distribution network of the Wi-Fi module of the household appliance is the distribution network information of the network environment in which the household appliance is located. This further means that when the Wi-Fi module of the household appliance is in a network distribution, the Wi-Fi module does not need to switch to the AP mode to verify the distribution network information (the verification can detect a hotspot of the network corresponding to the distribution network information). The Wi-Fi module needs a long time (generally 2-3 seconds) to switch the mode (whether the mode is switched from the Station mode to the AP mode or from the AP mode to the Station mode), and if the mode switching is omitted, the time needed from the process that the user starts the distribution network to the process that the household appliance is connected to the product service end can be shortened.
Secondly, in the process that the Wi-Fi module of the household appliance is connected to the product service end according to the domain name, the step (usually 1-2 seconds) that the domain name resolution service end resolves the domain name and returns the domain name to the IP address of the Wi-Fi module of the household appliance is involved, and the IP address after the domain name resolution of the product service end is directly transmitted to the household appliance, so that the Wi-Fi module of the household appliance can be directly connected to the product service end according to the IP address of the product service end after the distribution network is completed and the network is accessed, and the time required by the process that the household appliance is connected to the product service end from the beginning of the distribution network of a user can be further shortened.
And thirdly, when the Wi-Fi module of the household appliance product monitors that the NFC module of the mobile device of the user is possibly leaving the field (at the moment, the NFC module of the mobile device of the user possibly just finishes information writing), the information is read from the NFC module of the household appliance product in time instead of waiting for a long time to read the information from the NFC module, so that the time required by the process from the distribution of the user to the connection of the household appliance product to the product server can be further shortened.
Further: the NFC module and the Wi-Fi module of the household appliance are integrated on the same circuit board.
The communication between the NFC module and the Wi-Fi module integrated on the same circuit board is more reliable, the communication delay is lower, and the time required by the process that a user starts to distribute a network to a home appliance and is connected to a product server can be further shortened.
Further: the distribution network information includes: a wireless network identifier and a wireless network password.
The distribution network information of the wireless network may be a wireless network identifier (e.g., SSID of a router) and a wireless network password.
Further: the method for acquiring the distribution network information of the network accessed by the product application comprises the following steps:
and the product application acquires the wireless network identification of the network which the user mobile equipment is currently accessed to from the operating system of the user mobile equipment and acquires the wireless network password input by the user.
In practical applications, the product application may not have the right to acquire the wireless network password from the operating system, and in such a case, the wireless network password needs to be input into the interface of the product application.
Further: the method for acquiring the IP address resolved based on the domain name of the product server by the product application comprises the following steps:
and the product application sends the domain name of the product server to a domain name resolution server and acquires the IP address returned by the domain name resolution server.
When a user operates the product application, the product application can send the domain name of the product service end to the domain name resolution server at the background and obtain the IP address returned by the domain name resolution server, the process is not perceived by the user, the time required in the process from the distribution of the network of the user to the connection of the household electrical product to the product service end cannot be accumulated, and the user experience is improved.
Further: the data area of the NFC module comprises a standard data area and a custom data area, the standard data area is configured to use a data exchange format defined by an NFC protocol, and the custom data area is configured to use a data exchange format customized by a household appliance manufacturer;
the product application calls the NFC module of the user mobile equipment, and writes the acquired distribution network information and the IP address into the NFC module of the household appliance product, and the method comprises the following steps:
the product application processes the acquired distribution network information and the format of the IP address into the self-defined data exchange format; and calling the NFC module of the user mobile equipment, and writing the distribution network information and the IP address with the customized data exchange format into a customized data area of the NFC module of the household appliance.
Therefore, even if the operating system of the user mobile device (controlled by the user mobile device manufacturer) has the write permission for the custom data area in the NFC module of the home appliance product, the operating system of the user mobile device cannot modify the data in the custom data area. The operating system of the user mobile device can only modify the data in the custom data according to the instruction of the product application, and the operating system cannot analyze the business meaning of the data modified by the instruction of the product application. Therefore, the data security of the household appliance manufacturer can be ensured.
Further: the steps executed by the Wi-Fi module of the household appliance under the condition of being placed in the Station mode further comprise:
when the change from a high level to a low level is monitored for the first time, setting a write-in control mark in an NFC module of the household appliance product as a first mark, and after a specified time length, setting the write-in control mark in the NFC module of the household appliance product from the first mark as a second mark;
the product application writes the acquired distribution network information and the IP address into the NFC module of the household appliance product, and the method comprises the following steps:
when the product application meets the writing condition, writing the acquired distribution network information and the IP address into the NFC module of the household appliance product; wherein the writing conditions include: and setting the write-in control mark read from the NFC module of the household appliance to be a second mark.
In order to prevent the problem that the writing of the distribution network information fails due to the unstable level of the sensing signal after the connection between the NFC module of some user mobile equipment and the NFC of the household appliance product is established, the following technical means are adopted: the Wi-Fi module on the side of the household appliance can modify a write-in control mark in the NFC module, and when the NFC module of the mobile device of the user is monitored to enter the field (when the induction signal is monitored to be changed from high level to low level for the first time), the write-in control mark is set as a first mark, so that when the product application reads the first mark, the information is temporarily not written into the NFC module of the household appliance; after waiting for a specified time (the level of the induction signal starts to be stable), the Wi-Fi module modifies the write-in control mark into a second mark, so that when the product is applied to the second mark, information writing to the NFC module of the household appliance starts. Therefore, the time delay of the time for writing the distribution network information in the product application can be realized, the information writing is executed when the induction signal level is relatively stable, the writing success is ensured as much as possible, the disturbance of writing failure on a user is avoided, the situation that the user takes the mobile equipment away from the household appliance product and gets close to the household appliance product again due to the writing failure is also avoided, and the time required by the process that the user starts to distribute the network to connect the household appliance product to the product service end is actually shortened.
Further: when monitoring that the low level changes to the high level, reading distribution network information and an IP address in an NFC module of the household appliance, wherein the steps comprise:
after the write-in control mark in the NFC module of the household appliance is set to be the second mark from the first mark, when the change from the low level to the high level is monitored, the distribution network information and the IP address in the NFC module of the household appliance are read.
After the fact that the information is successfully written into the NFC module of the household appliance product by the product application is ensured, the off-site opportunity of the NFC module of the user equipment is monitored (the level of the induction signal changes from low level to high level), the fact that the required distribution network information and the required IP address can be read from the NFC module of the household appliance product can be ensured, the success rate of reading the distribution network information and the required IP address is improved, and the time required for the process from distribution network starting of a user to connection of the household appliance product to a product server is shortened in fact.
Further: after the home appliance product is connected to the product server, the method further comprises: and the product application receives a connection success notice issued by the product server.
The product server side can inform the user that the household appliance product is successfully connected to the product server side by issuing a connection success notice to the product application, and user experience is improved.
In a second aspect, another method for connecting a household appliance to a product server is provided, wherein the household appliance is provided with a control module, an NFC module and a Wi-Fi module, and the NFC module and the Wi-Fi module are respectively connected with the control module; the method comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the steps that a product application on user mobile equipment obtains distribution network information of a network to which the user mobile equipment is currently accessed, and obtains an IP address resolved based on a domain name of a product server;
the product application calls an NFC module of the user mobile equipment, and writes the acquired distribution network information and the IP address into the NFC module of the household appliance;
the control module monitors the level of an induction signal between the NFC module of the household appliance and the NFC module of the user mobile equipment, and when the control module monitors that the level changes from low level to high level, the control module reads distribution network information and an IP address in the NFC module of the household appliance and sends the distribution network information and the IP address to the Wi-Fi module of the household appliance;
and under the condition that the Wi-Fi module of the household appliance is in a Station mode, completing a distribution network and connecting to the product server.
In the technical scheme of the second aspect, a user uses a product application installed on own mobile equipment to distribute a network for the household appliance, so that the household appliance can be accessed to the network after completing the distribution of the network, and then is connected to a product server.
Particularly, the NFC module of the household appliance is connected with the control module, which means that the control module can read and write the data area of the NFC module of the household appliance, and can also monitor the induction signals between the NFC module of the household appliance and the NFC modules of other devices. The Wi-Fi module of the household appliance is also connected with the control module, which means that the control module can transfer information in the NFC module of the household appliance to the Wi-Fi module.
On the user side, when a user needs to connect the household appliance product to the product server, the user can open a product application installed on the mobile device of the user. And the product application also utilizes the NFC connection to write the IP address analyzed based on the domain name of the product server into the NFC module of the household appliance.
On the product side, the Wi-Fi module of the household appliance does not need to be switched from the Station mode to the AP mode in the whole process, but can be kept in the Station mode. When the level of an induction signal between the NFC module of the user mobile device and the NFC module of the household appliance is monitored to change from a low level to a high level (which may indicate that the NFC module of the user mobile device is leaving the field, that is, may indicate that the NFC module of the user mobile device has written the distribution network information and the IP address into the NFC module of the household appliance), the control module of the household appliance obtains the distribution network information in the NFC module of the household appliance and the IP address of the product server and sends the distribution network information and the IP address of the product server to the Wi-Fi module, so that the Wi-Fi module completes distribution network and is connected to the product server.
Through the technical scheme of the second aspect, the time required for the process from the distribution of the network to the connection of the household electrical product to the product service end from the user can be shortened, and the user experience is improved.
Firstly, the distribution network information of the network to which the user mobile equipment is currently connected is transmitted to the household appliance through the NFC connection, because the NFC technology has near field property (namely the NFC connection can be established only when the distance between the user mobile equipment and the household appliance is close enough), the fact means that the user mobile equipment and the household appliance are in the same network environment, the distribution network information transmitted to the household appliance is the distribution network information of the same network environment, and the distribution network information adopted by the Wi-Fi module of the household appliance for distribution network is the distribution network information of the network environment in which the household appliance is located.
Secondly, in the process that the Wi-Fi module of the household appliance is connected to the product service end according to the domain name, the step (usually 1-2 seconds) that the domain name resolution service end resolves the domain name and returns the domain name to the IP address of the Wi-Fi module of the household appliance is involved, and the IP address after the domain name resolution of the product service end is directly transmitted to the household appliance, so that the Wi-Fi module of the household appliance can be directly connected to the product service end according to the IP address of the product service end after the distribution network is accessed, and the time required in the process that the household appliance is connected to the product service end from the beginning of the distribution network of a user can be further shortened.
And then, when the control module of the household appliance product monitors that the NFC module of the mobile device of the user is possibly leaving the field (at this moment, the NFC module of the mobile device of the user may just finish writing information), the control module of the household appliance product can read information from the NFC module of the household appliance product in time and transmit the information to the Wi-Fi module instead of waiting for a long time to read information from the NFC module, so that the time required by the process from the start of the distribution of the user to the connection of the household appliance product to the product service end can be further shortened.
Further: further comprising:
when the control module monitors that the high level is changed to the low level for the first time, setting a write-in control mark in the NFC module of the household appliance product as a first mark, and after a specified time length, setting the write-in control mark in the NFC module of the household appliance product from the first mark as a second mark;
the product application writes the acquired distribution network information and the IP address into the NFC module of the household appliance product, and the method comprises the following steps:
when the product application meets the writing condition, writing the acquired distribution network information and the IP address into the NFC module of the household appliance product; wherein the writing conditions include: and setting the write control mark read from the NFC module of the household appliance product as a second mark.
In order to prevent the problem that the writing of the distribution network information fails due to unstable level of the induction signal after the connection between the NFC module of some user mobile equipment and the NFC of the household appliance product is established, the following technical means are adopted: the control module on the household appliance product side can modify a write-in control mark in the NFC module, and when the NFC module of the mobile device of the user is monitored to enter the field (when the induction signal is monitored to be changed from high level to low level for the first time), the write-in control mark is set as a first mark, so that when the product application reads the first mark, the information is temporarily not written into the NFC module of the household appliance product; after waiting for a specified time (the level of the induction signal starts to be stable), the control module modifies the write-in control mark into a second mark, so that when the product is applied to read the second mark, information writing is carried out on the NFC module of the household appliance product.

Detailed Description
In the present specification, a plurality of technical means having different concepts are described. In each conceived solution there are one or more embodiments, but also more embodiments may be mutually combined between different conceived solutions. After reading this description, those skilled in the art can combine technical solutions with different concepts to obtain new technical solutions, and these new technical solutions should also fall within the scope of the description.
These various contemplated solutions are presented in order below. Some of these concepts may appear in multiple different conceptual scenarios, and for these concepts, the description herein is made for the first time they appear, and will not be repeated in the following.
The household appliance product described herein generally refers to various electric appliances used in home environment, and specifically may be a cooking appliance with a certain cooking function, such as an electric pressure cooker, an electric frying pan, etc. In addition, the cooking appliance can also be a multifunctional cooking appliance with various cooking functions.
The home appliances described in this specification have the conventional structure and functions (such as product housing, power interface, basic home appliance functions, etc.) of the home appliances on the market at present, and are not specifically described herein.
Some household electrical appliances on the market can be connected to a product server through a built-in Wi-Fi module. When a user uses a household appliance for the first time, the household appliance is usually connected to a product server end for use through operation, and the specific process is as follows: and providing the distribution network information for a Wi-Fi module of the household appliance, and then accessing the Wi-Fi module into a network according to the distribution network information and connecting the Wi-Fi module to a product server through the network.
Distribution network information as described herein generally refers to authentication information for connecting a device having a Wi-Fi module to a wireless network. The network configuration information of the wireless network is typically a wireless network identifier (e.g., SSID of a router) and a wireless network password.
As shown in fig. 1, one existing distribution network method is that when a user needs to distribute a network for a home appliance, the Wi-Fi module of the home appliance is first switched from a factory default Station mode to an AP mode, and when the home appliance is placed in the AP mode, the user can search for a hotspot of the Wi-Fi module of the home appliance by using a mobile device of the user, such as a mobile phone, and then connect the mobile device of the user to the hotspot of the Wi-Fi module of the home appliance. Therefore, equivalently, an information transmission channel is established between the user mobile equipment and the Wi-Fi module of the household appliance, and the user mobile equipment can transmit the distribution network information to the Wi-Fi module of the household appliance.
Continuing with fig. 1, after the Wi-Fi module receives the distribution network information, in order to ensure that the received distribution network information is distribution network information corresponding to a hotspot of a router existing in the surrounding environment, the distribution network information needs to be maintained in the AP mode, i.e., a hotspot identification list existing in the surrounding environment is detected, and whether a wireless network identification included in the received distribution network information is in the hotspot list is judged, if so, the Wi-Fi module is switched to the Station mode again, the Wi-Fi module can be used as a Station, is connected to the router according to the distribution network information, and if not, the distribution network fails.
With continued reference to fig. 1, after the Wi-Fi module of the home appliance is connected to the router, the router may assign an intranet IP address to the home appliance, and the home appliance may connect to an external network through the router using the assigned intranet IP address. Generally, the purpose of connecting the home appliance to the external network is to communicate with a product server of the home appliance, so as to upload some data (such as product usage records) on the home appliance to the product server and receive some data (such as control instructions) issued by the product server.
In the process, a user needs to trigger the household appliance to start the AP mode, the distribution network information can be transmitted to the household appliance, and after the transmission is finished, the Wi-Fi module of the household appliance needs to be restarted to be switched from the AP mode to the Station mode, and then the household appliance can be accessed to the network based on the distribution network information. In the whole process, firstly, a user needs to manually switch the Wi-Fi module of the household appliance from the Station mode to the AP mode, then, after the Wi-Fi module of the household appliance acquires the distribution network information, the mode switching (switching from the AP mode to the Station) is carried out again, certain time is consumed, and for the user, the time for waiting for completion of the distribution network is longer. In addition, in the above process, the user often needs to operate the mobile device of the user to temporarily disconnect the connection with the hot spot of the router, and temporarily connect the hot spot of the Wi-Fi module of the home appliance (so as to transmit the distribution network information), which is also troublesome for the user.
In addition, after accessing the network, the Wi-Fi module of the home appliance is usually connected to the product server according to the domain name of the product server. In the process that the Wi-Fi module of the household appliance is connected to the product server according to the domain name, the step that the domain name resolution server resolves the domain name and returns the resolved domain name to the IP address of the Wi-Fi module of the household appliance is involved, certain time is consumed, and user experience is poor.
In order to solve the above technical problems, the present specification provides a method for connecting a product server to a home appliance.
The user uses the product application installed on the mobile device to distribute the network for the household appliances, so that the household appliances can be connected to the network after the network distribution is completed, and then the household appliances are connected to the product server.
The product application acquires the distribution network information of the network to which the mobile equipment is currently accessed, and the IP address is resolved based on the domain name of the product server. The product application calls an NFC module of the user mobile device, NFC connection is established between the product application and the NFC module on the household appliance product, and the NFC connection is utilized to write distribution network information into the NFC module of the household appliance product.
Therefore, the time required by the process from the distribution of the user to the connection of the household appliance product to the product service end can be shortened, and the user experience is improved.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of a method for connecting an electric home appliance to a product server according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where the method includes the following steps:
s200: the product application on the user mobile equipment acquires the distribution network information of the network to which the user mobile equipment is currently accessed, and acquires the IP address resolved based on the domain name of the product server.
The home appliance in the method shown in fig. 2 may have an NFC module and a Wi-Fi module connected to each other. The NFC module and the Wi-Fi module are usually connected through an interface, and may specifically be connected through a serial port of an Asynchronous Receiver/Transmitter (UART). Furthermore, the household appliance product can also be provided with a control module, and the NFC module and the Wi-Fi module are respectively connected with the control module through an interface.
In some embodiments, the NFC module and the Wi-Fi module of the home appliance are integrated on the same circuit board, which may be regarded as an integrated module. The communication between the NFC module and the Wi-Fi module integrated on the same circuit board is more reliable, the communication delay is lower, and the time required by the process that a user starts to distribute a network to a home appliance and is connected to a product server can be further shortened. If the household appliance also has a control module, the control module can be connected with the integrated module through an interface.
The user mobile device applied in the embodiments provided in the present specification needs to have an NFC module. The NFC module of the user is typically controlled by the operating system of the user's mobile device. The user makes the user mobile device approach the NFC sensing area of the household appliance (i.e., the NFC chip in the household appliance can sense the area), and the NFC module of the user mobile device can be triggered to establish NFC connection with the NFC chip of the household appliance. After the NFC connection is established, the operating system of the user mobile device may control the NFC module of the user mobile device to serve as a card reader to read and write data in the data area of the NFC chip of the home appliance.
It should be noted that, after the NFC connection is established, the operating system of the user mobile device generally first reads all data in the data area of the NFC chip of the household appliance, and whether to write data into the NFC chip later depends on whether the operating system executes a preset write logic or whether the operating system receives a write instruction sent by an installed application.
The product application described herein refers to an application developed by a manufacturer of a home appliance product, and is used for providing a service related to the home appliance product for a user on a user mobile device side. Product applications are typically installed in the operating system of the user's mobile device (described as applications installed on the user's mobile device, again without ambiguity). The application may be a client program (e.g., APP installed on a cell phone) or a light application (e.g., a web application, an android application, etc.). Light applications can be understood as lightweight programs that do not require downloading of clients.
The product server described herein refers to a server maintained by a home appliance manufacturer. On one hand, the product application may perform network interaction with the product server, for example, after the user operates the mobile device to start the product application, the user may log in to the product server through the product application, in this case, the user identifier corresponding to the product application for the user has a binding relationship. On the other hand, under the condition that the household electrical appliance is connected to the network, the product server can interact with the household electrical appliance, and the product server can monitor the running condition of the household electrical appliance by acquiring the running parameters uploaded by the household electrical appliance, and can also issue a control instruction to the household electrical appliance to control the household electrical appliance to execute corresponding operation.
The product server may be a server or a cluster of servers. In addition, the product server can be functionally divided into a server for monitoring the running state of the product and a server on the business level. For example, the server for monitoring the operating state of the product may be an M2M platform, which needs to maintain long connection with the home appliance, and the home appliance reports the state change of the home appliance to the M2M platform. And the service end of the service layer can be an IOT platform, communicates with household appliances through short connection, and is responsible for account management, account binding, instruction issuing, push message issuing and the like.
In some embodiments, a user may manually open a product application installed in the operating system of the user's mobile device. In particular, if a user mobile device installs a product client program, the user typically manually opens the product client program. In the case where the product application is not installed, the user may choose to manually download and install the product client program, or alternatively, manually open the product light application.
After the product application is started, whether the user mobile equipment has accessed to a network through a Wi-Fi module of the user mobile equipment needs to be judged. Specifically, the product application may determine whether a Wi-Fi module of the user mobile device is enabled, whether the Wi-Fi module of the user mobile device is connected to a router, and whether the router is connected to the internet.
In some embodiments, after the product application is started, it is necessary to determine whether the Wi-Fi module of the user mobile device is started, determine whether the Wi-Fi module of the user mobile device is connected to the router, and if the determination result is yes, request to connect to the product server by using the network capability of the user mobile device. If the product application is successfully connected to the product server, the router connected with the user mobile equipment is already accessed to the internet, and the distribution network information used by the user mobile equipment can be acquired under the condition that the user mobile equipment is determined to be accessed to the network through the Wi-Fi module of the user mobile equipment.
If the product application detects that the user mobile device is connected to the network through the operator's base station, the product application may prompt the user to connect the user mobile device to the router.
In some embodiments, the product application may present a list of models of appliance products to the user, from which the user may select the model of the appliance product that currently wants to be distributed. In other embodiments, the user may input to the product application the model number of the appliance product that the user currently wants to join the network.
The product application can judge whether the corresponding household appliance has the NFC module according to the model of the household appliance specified by the user, which means whether the user can utilize the NFC approach to carry out distribution network on the household appliance. If the product application determines that the household appliance has the NFC module, the user can be prompted to enable the induction area of the NFC module of the user mobile device to be close to the induction area of the NFC module of the household appliance for distribution.
In one or more embodiments, the product application may obtain, from the operating system, a wireless network identifier of a wireless network to which the user mobile device is currently connected, receive a wireless network password input by a user, and use the obtained wireless network identifier and the received wireless network password as distribution network information.
In practical applications, the product application may not have the right to obtain the wireless network password from an operating system (e.g., an iOS operating system), and in such a case, the wireless network password needs to be input into an interface of the product application.
In some embodiments, the product application may communicate with the product server after being started, and directly obtain the IP address of the product server from the product server.
In other embodiments, after the product application is started, the domain name of the product server may be sent to a domain name resolution server, and an IP address returned by the domain name resolution server is obtained. When a user operates the product application, the product application can send the domain name of the product service end to the domain name resolution server in the background and obtain the IP address returned by the domain name resolution server, the process is imperceptible to the user, the time required from the distribution of the user to the process that the household appliance product is connected to the product service end cannot be accumulated, and the user experience is improved.
S202: and the product application calls the NFC module of the user mobile equipment, and writes the acquired distribution network information and the IP address into a data area of the NFC module of the household appliance.
The user can be close to the induction zone of the NFC module of the household appliance product with the induction zone of the NFC module of the user mobile device, so that NFC connection is established between the NFC module of the user mobile device and the NFC module of the household appliance product. The product application can be connected through NFC, and information such as the equipment ID and the MAC address of the household appliance, whether a Wi-Fi module of the household appliance is connected to a network or not is read from a data area of an NFC module of the household appliance.
The product application can verify the legality of the household appliance according to the equipment ID, the MAC address and the like of the household appliance, and if the legality is verified to pass and the Wi-Fi module of the household appliance is determined not to be connected to the network, the distribution network information and the IP address are written into the data area of the NFC module of the household appliance.
The product application invokes the NFC module of the user mobile device, in fact by sending instructions to the operating system of the user mobile device.
S204: the Wi-Fi module of the household appliance executes the following steps under the condition of being placed in the Station mode: and monitoring the level of an induction signal between the NFC module of the household appliance and the NFC module of the user mobile equipment, and reading distribution network information and an IP address in the NFC module of the household appliance when monitoring that the level changes from low level to high level.
S206: and the Wi-Fi module of the household appliance completes the distribution network and is connected to the product server.
When the household appliance is delivered from a factory, the Wi-Fi module of the household appliance is generally set in a Station mode by default. In the method shown in fig. 2, the Wi-Fi module of the home appliance may be always placed in the Station mode.
Through the method shown in fig. 2, first, the distribution network information of the network to which the user mobile device is currently connected is transmitted to the household appliance through the NFC connection, because the NFC technology has near field property (that is, the user mobile device and the household appliance are close enough to establish the NFC connection), which means that the user mobile device and the household appliance are in the same network environment, the distribution network information transmitted to the household appliance is the distribution network information of the same network environment, and the Wi-Fi module of the household appliance performs the distribution network information adopted by the distribution network, which is the distribution network information of the network environment in which the household appliance is located. This further means that when the Wi-Fi module of the household appliance is in a network distribution, the Wi-Fi module does not need to switch to the AP mode to verify the distribution network information (the verification can detect a hotspot of the network corresponding to the distribution network information). The Wi-Fi module needs a long time (generally 2-3 seconds) for switching the mode (whether the mode is switched from the Station mode to the AP mode or from the AP mode to the Station mode), and if the mode switching is omitted, the time needed for the process from the distribution of the network to the connection of the household electrical product to the product service end from the user can be shortened.
And thirdly, when the Wi-Fi module of the household appliance product monitors that the NFC module of the mobile device of the user is possibly leaving the field (at this moment, the NFC module of the mobile device of the user may just finish writing information), the information is read from the NFC module of the household appliance product in time instead of waiting for a long time to read the information from the NFC module, so that the time required by the process from the distribution of the network by the user to the connection of the household appliance product to the product server can be further shortened.
In addition, in practical applications, NFC of home appliances is usually in a card mode. The NFC of the household appliance can be connected with any user mobile equipment with an NFC module. The permission corresponding to the NFC of the home appliance is usually set to enable the home appliance side to read and write data.
In some embodiments, if data security in NFC of the home appliance is not considered, the right corresponding to NFC of the home appliance may also be set to be readable and writable by the user mobile device side (in a software layer, the operating system of the user mobile device). The mobile device of any user can write the user identification into the NFC data area of the household appliance. In this case, the product application may not be installed on the user mobile device, and any user mobile device may obtain the user identifier of the user having the user mobile device.
It should be noted that, an existing NFC data area generally includes several NFC records, where an NFC record is a data structure defined by the NFC protocol, and the NFC record uses an NFC data exchange format, that is, NDEF. The existing NFC protocol specifies several general NFC data exchange formats (e.g. URL, picture) and also allows device manufacturers to define other kinds of NFC data exchange formats.
Generally, an NFC-enabled device will default to supporting the NFC protocol and may identify NFC records in the NFC data area that have a common NFC data exchange format. If the device vendor defines other kinds of NFC data exchange formats, logic for identifying NFC records of the other kinds of NFC data exchange formats may also be built into the operating system of the factory device.
However, in practical applications, some important service data may need to be stored in the NFC of the home appliance, and for the security of the important service data, manufacturers of home appliances sometimes want the operating system (maintained by the manufacturer of the user mobile device) of the user mobile device to be only readable and unwritable for the data in the NFC without permission. In other words, it is necessary that the operating system of the user mobile device cannot rewrite the data in the NFC of the home appliance product by default, and that the operating system of the user mobile device writes data, such as the user identifier and the distribution network information provided by the user, into the NFC of the home appliance product when the operating system of the user mobile device is required by the manufacturer of the home appliance product.
For this reason, a data area that cannot be identified by the operating system of the mobile device of the user may be added to the NFC data area of the home appliance, and for convenience of description, the added data area is referred to as a (home appliance manufacturer) custom data area, and the custom data area uses a non-NFC data exchange format (a data exchange format agreed by a private protocol of the home appliance manufacturer may also be referred to as a private data exchange format). In addition, a data area other than the custom data area in the NFC data area of the home appliance product is referred to as a standard data area, and as described above, the standard data area includes at least one NFC record.
Meanwhile, the standard data area is set to be read only by an operating system of the user mobile equipment and cannot be written; the custom data area may be set and written by the operating system of the user's mobile device. Since the data exchange format used in the custom data area is not the NFC data exchange format specified by the NFC protocol, the operating system of the user mobile device cannot recognize the data in the custom data area even if the operating system can read the data in the custom data through the NFC module of the user mobile device.
Correspondingly, for important service data in the custom data area, only software (a product service end system, product application and firmware in household appliances) developed by a product manufacturer can be identified. Therefore, under the condition that the NFC of the home appliance product has the custom data area, the user mobile device needs to install the product application, and after the product application is started, the product application identifies data in the custom data area read by the NFC module of the user mobile device, and in addition, the product application can instruct the operating system moved by the user to write data in the custom data area.
Therefore, through the above series of technical settings, the user mobile device needs to write data into the product NFC, and uniformly writes the data into the custom data area. The data in the NFC of the household appliance cannot be rewritten by an operating system of the mobile equipment of the user under the default condition, and the data can be written into the NFC of the household appliance under the control of the installed product application.
In some embodiments, the data area of the NFC module includes a standard data area configured to use a data exchange format defined by the NFC protocol and a custom data area configured to use a data exchange format customized by a home appliance manufacturer.
In this way, the product application can process the acquired distribution network information and IP address format into the customized data exchange format, then call the NFC module of the user mobile device, and write the distribution network information and IP address with the customized data exchange format into the customized data area of the NFC module of the household appliance product.
The operating system of the user mobile device cannot analyze the data exchange format defined by the manufacturer of the household appliance, and therefore, even if the operating system (controlled by the manufacturer of the user mobile device) of the user mobile device has the write-in permission for the custom data area in the NFC module of the household appliance, the operating system cannot modify the data in the custom data area. The operating system of the user mobile device can only modify the data in the user-defined data according to the instruction of the product application, and the operating system cannot analyze the business meaning of the data modified by the instruction of the product application. Therefore, the data security of the household appliance manufacturer can be ensured.
In addition, at present, specifications of NFC modules of various user mobile devices in the market are different, and after some mobile devices with NFC modules are connected with home appliances, fluctuation conditions of levels of sensing signals are different. On the other hand, if the mobile device side wants to write information into the NFC of the home appliance product, it needs to write the information under the condition that the sensing signal is stable, otherwise, the writing is easy to fail, and the user is disturbed, and the user has to take the mobile device away from the NFC sensing area of the product and try to establish the NFC connection again.
This means that if the mobile device starts writing information to the NFC of the product soon after the NFC connection is established, the level of the sensing signal may not be smooth at this time, and writing failure is prone to occur.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of induced signal level changes of NFC modules with different specifications provided in this specification. As shown in fig. 3, when the NFC module of the apple mobile phone enters the field (establishes NFC connection with the product NFC), the level changes from high to low once, and then it will be stable for a long time. For the other two android mobile phones, a fluctuation period of repeated high-low level change of a level is experienced from the approach, and then the stability is maintained, especially for the last android mobile phone, after the last android mobile phone is connected with the NFC, information is written into the NFC of the product by the product application, and the success rate is very low.
To this end, in order to be compatible with the specifications of NFC modules of different mobile devices, a write control flag is deployed in NFC of the product, while logic is deployed in the product application: the writing control mark is a first mark and cannot be written; the write control flag is a second flag, and can be written.
After monitoring that the mobile equipment enters the field, the product side determines the write-in control mark as a first mark, so that the product application cannot execute information write-in, and write-in failure cannot occur. And after entering the field from the mobile equipment, the product side delays, the delay time can be a first specified time, and after the delay, the write-in control mark is modified into a second mark, so that the product application reads the second mark through the NFC module of the mobile equipment and starts to write information into the NFC of the product.
Wherein the first specified duration is N x 10 milliseconds, N is an integer, and N is greater than or equal to 2 and less than or equal to 5. Experiments have shown that the NFC modules of various mobile devices, although different in size, typically have a time between 20 ms and 50 ms, and in many cases no longer than 40 ms, from approach to level plateau.
Further, if the product side needs to acquire information written into the NFC by the product application, the distribution network information may be acquired from the NFC chip after a certain time from the time point when the write control flag is modified to the second flag. The latency may be an estimate of how long it takes for a product application to write distribution network information to the NFC chip over an NFC connection.
In addition, the product side may also acquire the distribution network information from the NFC chip when it is monitored that the acquired sensing signal changes from the low level to the high level after the write control flag is modified to the second flag. That is, the product side can read the distribution network information when determining that the user mobile device is out of the field (proving that the writing is completed).
In the method shown in fig. 2, in order to prevent a problem that the writing of the distribution network information fails due to an unstable sensing signal after the NFC module of some user mobile device establishes a connection with the NFC of the household appliance product, the following technical means may be adopted:
the Wi-Fi module on the side of the household appliance can modify a write-in control mark in the NFC module, and when the NFC module of the mobile device of the user is monitored to enter the field (when the induction signal is monitored to be changed from high level to low level for the first time), the write-in control mark is set as a first mark, so that when the product application reads the first mark, the information is temporarily not written into the NFC module of the household appliance; after waiting for a specified time (the level of the induction signal starts to be stable), the Wi-Fi module modifies the write-in control mark into a second mark, so that when the product is applied to the second mark, information writing to the NFC module of the household appliance starts.
Further, after the write control flag in the NFC module of the household appliance is set from the first flag to the second flag, when it is monitored that the low level changes to the high level, the distribution network information and the IP address in the NFC module of the household appliance are read.
After the fact that the information is successfully written into the NFC module of the household appliance by the product application is ensured, the off-site opportunity of the NFC module of the user equipment is monitored (the level of the induction signal changes from low level to high level), the fact that the required distribution network information and the required IP address can be read from the NFC module of the household appliance can be further ensured, the success rate of reading the distribution network information and the required IP address is improved, and the time required for the process from the distribution network of the user to the connection of the household appliance to the product service end is actually shortened.
In some embodiments, the product application may prompt the user that the writing of the distribution network information has been completed after writing the acquired distribution network information and the IP address into the NFC module of the home appliance product. For example, the product application may display a prompt text "successful writing" in the application interface, or may prompt the user that "you have successfully written the distribution network information" through a voice so as to prompt the user that the distribution network information has been written into the home appliance, and the home appliance may start distribution.
In some embodiments, after the product application writes the obtained distribution network information and IP address into the NFC module of the household appliance, the user may be prompted to take the user mobile device away from the sensing area of the NFC module of the household appliance.
It can be understood that, a user generally needs to bring the sensing area of the NFC module of the user mobile device close to the sensing area of the NFC module of the home appliance product, so that an NFC connection is established between the NFC module of the user mobile device and the NFC module of the home appliance product. The product application utilizes the NFC connection to write the distribution network information and the IP address into the NFC module of the household appliance product, and then the NFC connection is not needed to be maintained, under the condition, the product application can prompt a user to take away the user mobile equipment from the induction area of the NFC module of the household appliance product, so that the user can learn the action of not keeping the user mobile equipment close to the induction area of the NFC module of the household appliance product, and the user experience can be improved.
In addition, in some embodiments, the NFC module of the home appliance further stores a physical (mac) address of the Wi-Fi module of the home appliance. The product application can call the NFC module of the user mobile device, reads the MAC address of the Wi-Fi module of the household appliance from the NFC module of the household appliance, and can request the product server to subscribe a successful connection notification aiming at the household appliance according to the MAC address read from the NFC module of the household appliance. After the Wi-Fi module of the household appliance product is connected to the product server, the product server can issue a product connection success notification message to the product application, wherein the notification message carries the mac address of the Wi-Fi module on the successfully connected product. The product application can compare the mac address issued by the product server with the mac address acquired from the product side, and if the mac address issued by the product server is consistent with the mac address acquired from the product side, the user is reminded that the product is successfully connected to the product server.
Fig. 4 is a schematic flowchart of another method for connecting an electric home appliance to a product server, which includes the following steps:
s400: the product application on the user mobile equipment acquires the distribution network information of the network to which the user mobile equipment is currently accessed, and acquires the IP address resolved based on the domain name of the product server.
S402: and calling the NFC module of the user mobile equipment by the product application, and writing the acquired distribution network information and the IP address into the NFC module of the household appliance product.
S404: and the control module monitors the level of an induction signal between the NFC module of the household appliance and the NFC module of the user mobile equipment, and reads the distribution network information and the IP address in the NFC module of the household appliance when monitoring that the low level is changed to the high level.
S406: and the control module sends the distribution network information and the IP address to a Wi-Fi module of the household appliance.
S408: and under the condition that the Wi-Fi module of the household appliance is in the Station mode, completing the distribution network and connecting to the product server.
The household appliance in the method shown in fig. 4 has a control module, an NFC module, and a Wi-Fi module, where the NFC module and the Wi-Fi module are respectively connected to the control module.
The method of fig. 4 can be understood on the basis of the description of the method of fig. 2, with reference to the previous description of the method of fig. 2.
In the technical scheme shown in fig. 4, the NFC module of the household appliance is connected to the control module, which means that the control module can read and write data areas of the NFC module of the household appliance, and can also monitor inductive signals between the NFC module of the household appliance and the NFC modules of other devices.
The product application acquires the distribution network information of the network to which the mobile equipment is currently accessed, and the IP address is resolved based on the domain name of the product server. The NFC module of the user mobile equipment is called by the product application, the NFC connection is established with the NFC module on the household appliance product, and the distribution network information is written into the NFC module of the household appliance product by utilizing the NFC connection.
When the level of an induction signal between the NFC module of the user mobile device and the NFC module of the household appliance is monitored to change from a low level to a high level (which may indicate that the NFC module of the user mobile device is leaving the field, and may also indicate that the NFC module of the user mobile device writes distribution network information and an IP address into the NFC module of the household appliance), the control module of the household appliance obtains distribution network information in the NFC module of the household appliance and the IP address of the product server and sends the distribution network information and the IP address of the product server to the Wi-Fi module, so that the Wi-Fi module completes distribution network and is connected to the product server.
Through the technical scheme shown in fig. 4, the time required for the process from the distribution of the network to the connection of the household electrical product to the product service end from the user can be shortened, and the user experience is improved.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram illustrating a user operating a product application to connect an electric home appliance to a product server. As shown in fig. 5, the home appliance may be, for example, a main kitchen machine.
In addition, the present specification also provides a device for connecting a home appliance to a product server, wherein the home appliance has an NFC module and a Wi-Fi module connected to each other; the apparatus is applied to a product application on a user mobile device, and comprises:
the processing unit is used for acquiring the distribution network information of the network to which the user mobile equipment is currently accessed and acquiring an IP address resolved based on the domain name of the product server; calling an NFC module of the user mobile equipment, and writing the acquired distribution network information and the IP address into the NFC module of the household appliance;
so that: the Wi-Fi module of the household appliance executes the following steps under the condition of being placed in the Station mode: monitoring the level of an induction signal between the NFC module of the household appliance and the NFC module of the user mobile equipment, reading distribution network information and an IP address in the NFC module of the household appliance when monitoring that the low level is changed to the high level, completing distribution network and connecting to the product server.
