Detailed Description
The following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention will be provided with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples, so that how to implement the embodiments of the present invention by using technical means to solve the technical problems and achieve the technical effects can be fully understood and implemented.
The embodiment of the invention is mainly applied to a terminal communication scene, mainly determines two optimal operator networks by introducing a negotiation mechanism, and ensures the communication quality by negotiation of a communication network.
In the prior art, a terminal may be installed with one eSIM card and may perform communication using any communication number acquired from a plurality of operator networks after signing a contract with the plurality of operator networks. When an eSIM card of any terminal is signed with multiple operator networks, different operator networks can be used, and in the actual use process, the eSIM card needs to be manually switched to the corresponding operator network.
However, such a manual operator network switching method requires manual operation by a user, and thus switching efficiency is low. When the communication initiator initiates a communication request, an initial communication number of the communication receiver needs to be manually input to realize communication between the two terminals. When the operator networks used in the two terminals are different, communication quality may be low, for example, communication signals may be unstable or communication charges may be too high. Therefore, in order to solve the problem that the operator network of the communication initiator can only be selected and the communication quality is poor due to the manual operator network switching, the inventor proposes a technical scheme of the invention.
In the embodiment of the invention, the negotiation server is arranged, the negotiation request sent by the first terminal is received, and the corresponding second terminal is determined according to the initial communication number in the negotiation request. The second terminal is a terminal for receiving communication and is a communication receiver. According to the network related information of different operator networks registered by the first terminal and the second terminal respectively, a first operator network corresponding to the first terminal and a second operator network corresponding to the second terminal, which meet the optimal rule, can be determined. Through a negotiation mechanism of the negotiation server, the optimal first and second operator networks can be obtained, network related information of the corresponding operator networks can be obtained, and then the first terminal can be informed to use a communication number corresponding to the first operator network to request to communicate with the second terminal based on a target communication number of the second operator network corresponding to the second terminal. In the process, the automatic selection of the operator networks can be realized, the network communication between the optimal operator networks is realized, and the communication quality can be ensured.
The technical solution of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, a flowchart of an embodiment of an eSIM card network communication method provided for the embodiment of the present invention may include the following steps:
101: and receiving a negotiation request sent by the first terminal.
The negotiation request is sent when the first terminal receives the communication request and comprises an initial communication number input to the first terminal.
The embodiment of the invention is mainly applied to a negotiation server.
Optionally, the negotiation request may include network related information of different operator networks with which the first terminal is registered.
The first terminal and the second terminal are both terminals equipped with an eSIM card, the eSIM card may include network related information downloaded from different operator networks when a user registers in the different operator networks, and the network related information may include a communication number. For example, the network-related information may exist in the form of Profile data, which is data stored for each account; when a user registers in any carrier network, Profile data corresponding to that carrier network may be downloaded from the user.
The first terminal is a communication terminal of a communication initiator, and the second terminal is a communication terminal of a communication receiver. The communication terminal can be a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer and a smart watch. Any one of the mobile terminals may be either a communication initiator or a communication receiver. The first terminal may initiate a communication request to the second terminal, where the communication request may be a call request or a short message transmission request. When the first terminal sends a communication request to the second terminal, a negotiation request can be generated. The communication request includes an initial communication number of the second terminal. The negotiation request may be generated based on the initial communication number.
Optionally, the negotiation server may further send a network related information obtaining request to the first terminal, so as to obtain the network related information of different operator networks registered with the first terminal, where the network related information is sent by the first terminal.
Optionally, the initial communication number may refer to a communication number of the second terminal, which is provided when the user requests communication with the second terminal by using the first terminal. The initial communication number may be input by the user before the user triggers the generation of the communication request, or may be pre-stored in the first terminal by the user.
Alternatively, a communication request control may be provided in the first terminal, and when the user triggers the communication request control, the communication request may be correspondingly generated. Taking the first terminal as an example of a smart watch, a call request control may be provided in a display interface of the smart watch, and after a user inputs a communication number of another smart terminal in the smart watch, the user triggers the corresponding call request control, so that the smart watch may generate a call request.
Optionally, after detecting that the user triggers the communication request, the first terminal may generate a negotiation request according to the communication request, and send the negotiation request to the negotiation server. The communication request may include an initial communication number of the second terminal, so that the negotiation server specifies the second terminal that needs to perform negotiation, and may perform communication negotiation with respect to the first terminal and the second terminal.
102: and determining a second terminal corresponding to the initial communication number.
When receiving a negotiation request received by a first terminal, a negotiation server can only explicitly send the first terminal of a communication request from the negotiation request, but cannot explicitly determine a second terminal to be communicated, and therefore, the second terminal which needs to be negotiated needs to be explicitly determined according to the initial communication number.
Network-related information of a plurality of operator networks may be included in the eSIM cards of different terminals, and the network-related information may include a communication number, so that a corresponding second terminal may be found using the initial communication number.
103: and determining a first operator network corresponding to the first terminal and a second operator network corresponding to the second terminal which meet an optimal rule according to network related information of different operator networks respectively registered by the first terminal and the second terminal.
The first terminal and the second terminal may both register network related information of different operator networks, and the network related information may include network signal strength information and/or network tariff information.
Optionally, the first operating network corresponding to the first terminal and the second operating network corresponding to the second terminal that satisfy the optimization rule may refer to determining, according to the network-related information, the first operating network and the second operating network whose network operating conditions are relatively optimal.
104: and informing the first terminal to request to communicate with the second terminal by using the communication number corresponding to the first operator network based on the target communication number corresponding to the second operator network of the second terminal.
Alternatively, the first terminal and the second terminal may communicate with each other by using a communication number of any one of the carrier networks in the eSIM card. After determining the first operator network of the first terminal, the first terminal may switch to the first operator network; after determining the second operator network of the second terminal, the second terminal may switch to the second operator network. When the first terminal and the second terminal carry out operator network switching, the operator network switching is automatic, manual switching by a user is not needed, and the switching efficiency can be improved.
After the first terminal and the second terminal are respectively switched to the corresponding operator networks, the first terminal and the second terminal can communicate by using the communication numbers of the switched operator networks, and in the communication process, the first terminal can automatically send a network connection request containing the target communication number of the second operator network of the second terminal so as to establish communication connection. In the communication process, the first operator network used by the first terminal and the second operator network used by the second terminal are operator networks meeting the optimal rule, so that the optimal communication effect can be achieved, and the communication quality is guaranteed.
In the embodiment of the invention, a negotiation mechanism is introduced, a negotiation server is mainly used for negotiating different operator networks registered by a first terminal and a second terminal according to a negotiation request sent by the first terminal, and a first operator network corresponding to the first terminal and a second operator network corresponding to the second terminal which meet an optimal rule are determined to communicate through a communication number of the first operator network and a target communication number of the second operator network, so that the purpose of using the optimal communication network for communication can be achieved, and the communication quality is guaranteed.
In addition, because the first terminal is automatically switched to the first operator network and the second terminal is automatically switched to the second operator network, automatic switching can be realized, manual switching is not needed any more, and switching efficiency can be further improved.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for eSIM card network communication according to another embodiment of the present invention, where the method may include:
201: and receiving a negotiation request sent by the first terminal.
The negotiation request is sent when the first terminal receives the communication request and comprises an initial communication number input to the first terminal.
The embodiment of the invention is mainly applied to a negotiation server.
Optionally, the negotiation request may include network related information of different operator networks with which the first terminal is registered.
Optionally, the negotiation server may further send a network related information obtaining request to the first terminal, so as to obtain the network related information of different operator networks registered with the first terminal, where the network related information is sent by the first terminal.
202: and determining a second terminal corresponding to the initial communication number.
203: and requesting to acquire network related information of different operator networks registered by the second terminal.
The second terminal may be registered in a different operator network, and the eSIM card of the second terminal may include network-related information of the different operator network. After determining the second terminal using the initial communication number, the negotiation server may request the second terminal to acquire network information of different operator networks registered by the second terminal. The network information of the second terminal may include network signal strength information and network tariff information corresponding to a network operator.
Other steps in the embodiment of the present invention are the same as the step operations in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and are not described herein again.
204: and determining a first operator network corresponding to the first terminal and a second operator network corresponding to the second terminal which meet the optimal rule according to network related information of different operator networks respectively registered by the first terminal and the second terminal.
205: and informing the first terminal to request to communicate with the second terminal by using the communication number corresponding to the first operator network based on the target communication number corresponding to the second operator network of the second terminal.
In the embodiment of the invention, by introducing a negotiation mechanism, network related information of different operator networks registered by a first terminal and network related information of different operator networks registered by a second terminal are obtained, and further the first operator network corresponding to the first terminal and the second operator network corresponding to the second terminal which meet the optimal rule can be determined according to the network related information of the first terminal and the network related information of the second terminal, so that an optimal group of communication networks of the two terminals can be obtained and switched, the optimal communication between the first terminal and the second terminal is realized, and the communication effect is ensured.
In some embodiments, the requesting to obtain network-related information of the different operator networks registered by the second terminal may include:
judging whether the second terminal is a negotiation-allowed terminal or not;
if so, requesting to acquire network related information of different operator networks registered by the second terminal;
and if not, informing the first terminal to use the communication number corresponding to any operator network based on the initial communication number to request to communicate with the second terminal.
Optionally, the determining whether the second terminal is a negotiation-allowed terminal may be determining whether the second terminal is registered in a negotiation server. If the second terminal is registered in the negotiation server, the second terminal is a negotiation-allowed terminal; and if the second terminal is not registered in the negotiation server, the second terminal is a non-allowed negotiation terminal.
Optionally, when it is determined that the second terminal is a non-negotiation-allowed terminal, sending information on whether negotiation is allowed or not to the second terminal to prompt a user to perform negotiation registration, and further requesting to acquire network related information of different operator networks registered by the second terminal.
Optionally, when the second terminal determines that the negotiation terminal is not allowed, the first terminal may communicate with the second terminal using the communication number of any network operator based on the initial communication number in the negotiation request.
Optionally, when the second terminal is determined as a non-negotiation-allowed terminal, the negotiation server may further determine that a third operator network of the first terminal meets the optimal rule, and communicate with the second terminal by using a communication number in the third operator network based on the initial communication number in the negotiation request.
In the embodiment of the invention, the second terminal may not be capable of carrying out network negotiation, and whether the second terminal allows the terminal of the negotiation or not can be judged in advance in order to ensure the normal operation of the network negotiation, and the negotiation can be started only when the second terminal allows the terminal of the negotiation, so that the negotiation operation can be avoided being executed when the second terminal does not allow the negotiation, unnecessary negotiation operation can be reduced, and the communication efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, the requesting to obtain network-related information of the different operator networks registered by the second terminal may include:
and determining the currently activated communication number of the second terminal.
And requesting to acquire network related information of different operator networks registered by the second terminal by using the activated communication number.
The eSIM card of the second terminal can activate only one carrier network under normal conditions, and the activated carrier network can correspond to one activated communication number. When the second terminal is determined, the operator network activated in the second terminal, i.e. the active communication number, is determined.
The negotiation server may communicate with the second terminal using the active communication number before the second terminal performs the operator network handover. And then, the activated communication number may be used to request to acquire network related information of different operator networks registered by the second terminal.
In the embodiment of the invention, the operator network currently used by the second terminal can correspond to one communication number, the normally used current operator network refers to the currently activated operator network, and the negotiation server can communicate with the second terminal through the activated communication number so as to acquire the network related information of different operator networks of the second terminal, thereby ensuring that the network related information of different operator networks registered by the second terminal can be acquired in time.
As an embodiment, the requesting, by using the activation communication number, to acquire network-related information of a different operator network registered by the second terminal may include:
judging whether to establish data communication connection with the second terminal or not through the activated communication number;
if so, requesting to acquire network related information of different operator networks registered by the second terminal in a data communication mode;
and if not, requesting to acquire the network related information of different operator networks registered by the second terminal in a short message communication mode.
Optionally, the communication mode between the negotiation server and the second terminal may include multiple modes, and when the second terminal starts the data communication mode, data communication may be performed; and when the second terminal does not start the data communication mode, short message communication can be carried out. And because the data transmission of the data communication mode is faster, whether the data communication can be carried out with the second terminal can be judged firstly, so that the network related information of the second terminal can be acquired quickly. However, the second terminal may not start data communication, and therefore, in order to ensure that the negotiation server obtains the network related information of the second terminal in time, the network related information registered by the second terminal may be obtained in a short message communication manner.
In the embodiment of the invention, the negotiation server can acquire different operator networks of the second terminal in a data communication mode and a short message communication mode, can quickly acquire the network related information of the second terminal in the data communication mode, or can acquire the network related information registered by the second terminal in the short message communication mode, and the communication stability is higher.
In some embodiments, the network-related information may include: network signal strength information and/or network communication tariff information; the determining, according to the network related information of different operator networks registered by the first terminal and the second terminal, that meets an optimal rule, where a first operator network corresponding to the first terminal and a second operator network corresponding to the second terminal may include:
and determining a first operator network corresponding to the first terminal and a second operator network corresponding to the second terminal which meet the condition that the network signal strength is greater than the preset strength and/or the network communication tariff information meets the preset condition according to the network signal strength information and the network communication tariff information of different operator networks registered by the first terminal and the second terminal.
The signal strength can be used to measure whether the signal of one operator network is stable, and under the condition of different operator networks, the signal strength corresponding to different operator networks can be obtained.
Alternatively, a corresponding preset strength may be set for the network signal strength, for example, the preset strength may be 10asu (independent signal unit). The operator network with higher signal strength can be determined by comparing the network signal strength of the different operator networks with the preset strength.
Optionally, a corresponding preset condition may be set for the network communication tariff information, for example, the preset condition may be that the per minute call tariff is less than 0.3 yuan. When the network communication charge meets the preset condition, the operator network with lower charge condition can be determined.
Optionally, signals of operator networks meeting the preset strength of signal strength in different operator networks of the first terminal and the second terminal may include a plurality of signals, and therefore, when it is determined that the plurality of operator networks meeting the preset strength in the first terminal and the second terminal are determined, the plurality of operator networks may be sorted according to communication tariffs, and any operator network with the lowest communication tariff is selected from the plurality of operator networks.
Alternatively, the communication requester usually generates a network communication tariff, and the communication receiver usually generates no communication tariff, so that only the network communication tariff in the first terminal may be determined. The operator networks with network signal strength meeting the preset strength in different operator networks in the first terminal may include a plurality of operator networks, and further, the different network communication signal strengths in the first terminal may be sorted according to the signal strength, and any operator network with the lowest communication charge is selected from the sorted operator networks.
In the embodiment of the invention, the network signal strength and/or the network communication charge can be used as a judgment rule, and when the signal strength is used as an optimal judgment rule, the first operator network and the second operator network which have the most stable communication can be obtained, so that the most stable communication effect can be realized; when the network communication charge is the most judged optimal rule, the first operator network and the second operator network with the lowest communication charge can be obtained, and the communication effect with the lowest communication charge can be realized; when the two are simultaneously used as the optimal rule of judgment, the effects of ensuring better communication effect and lower communication charge can be obtained, and the bidirectional optimal communication effect can be achieved.
In some embodiments, the notifying the first terminal of the request to communicate with the second terminal using the target communication number corresponding to the first carrier network based on the target communication number corresponding to the second carrier network of the second terminal may include:
respectively notifying the first terminal to switch to the first operator network and the second terminal to switch to the second operator network;

Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of an eSIM card network communication apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, which may include the following modules:
a first receiving module 501, configured to receive a negotiation request sent by a first terminal.
Optionally, the negotiation server may further send a network related information obtaining request to the first terminal, so as to obtain, by using the receiving module, the network related information of different operator networks registered with the first terminal, where the network related information is sent by the first terminal.
Optionally, the initial communication number may be a communication number of the second terminal, which is sent when the user uses the first terminal to request communication with the second terminal. The initial communication number may be input by the user before the user triggers the generation of the communication request or may be pre-stored by the user.
Alternatively, a communication request control may be provided in the first terminal, and when the user triggers the communication request control, the communication request may be correspondingly generated. Taking the first terminal as an example of a smart watch, a call request control may be provided in a display interface of the smart watch, and after a user inputs a communication number of another smart terminal, the user triggers the corresponding call request control, so that the smart watch may generate a call request.
A first determining module 502, configured to determine a second terminal corresponding to the initial communication number.
A second determining module 503, configured to determine, according to network related information of different operator networks registered by the first terminal and the second terminal respectively, a first operator network corresponding to the first terminal and a second operator network corresponding to the second terminal that meet an optimal rule.
The first terminal and the second terminal may both register network related information of different operator networks, and the network related information may include a communication number, network signal strength information, and/or network tariff information.
Optionally, the first operating network corresponding to the first terminal and the second operating network corresponding to the second terminal that satisfy the optimization rule may refer to determining, according to the network-related information, the first operating network and the second operating network whose network operating conditions are relatively optimal.
A first notification module 504, configured to notify the first terminal to request to communicate with the second terminal by using a communication number corresponding to the first operator network based on a target communication number corresponding to the second operator network of the second terminal.
After the first terminal and the second terminal are respectively switched to the corresponding operator networks, the first terminal and the second terminal can respectively use the communication numbers of the switched operator networks for communication, and in the communication process, the first terminal and the second terminal automatically establish communication connection.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of another embodiment of an eSIM card network communication apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the apparatus may include the following modules:
a first receiving module 601, configured to receive a negotiation request sent by a first terminal.
The negotiation request is sent when the first terminal receives the communication request and comprises an initial communication number input to the first terminal.
A first determining module 602, configured to determine a second terminal corresponding to the initial communication number;
a first request module 603, configured to request to acquire network related information of different operator networks registered by the second terminal.
Other steps in the embodiment of the present invention are the same as the functions of the modules in the embodiment shown in fig. 5, and are not described herein again.
A second determining module 604, configured to determine, according to network related information of different operator networks registered by the first terminal and the second terminal, a first operator network corresponding to the first terminal and a second operator network corresponding to the second terminal that meet an optimal rule;
a first notification module 605, configured to notify the first terminal to request to communicate with the second terminal by using a communication number corresponding to the first operator network based on a target communication number corresponding to the second operator network of the second terminal.
In the embodiment of the invention, by introducing a negotiation mechanism, network related information of different operator networks registered by a first terminal and network related information of different operator networks registered by a second terminal are obtained, and then the first operator network corresponding to the first terminal and the second operator network corresponding to the second terminal which meet the optimal rule can be determined according to the network related information of the first terminal and the network related information of the second terminal, so that an optimal group of communication networks of the two terminals can be obtained and switched, the communication between the first terminal and the second terminal is realized, and the optimal communication effect is realized.
In some embodiments, the first request module may include:
a first judging unit, configured to judge whether the second terminal is a negotiation-allowed terminal; if so, requesting to acquire network related information of different operator networks registered by the second terminal; and if not, informing the first terminal to use the communication number corresponding to any operator network based on the initial communication number to request to communicate with the second terminal.
Optionally, the first determining module may be specifically configured to determine whether the second terminal is registered in the negotiation server. If the second terminal is registered in the negotiation server, the second terminal is a negotiation-allowed terminal; and if the second terminal is not registered in the negotiation server, the second terminal is a non-allowed negotiation terminal.
Optionally, when determining that the second terminal does not allow the negotiation of the terminal, the first determining unit may further send information on whether to allow the negotiation to the second terminal, so as to prompt the user to perform negotiation registration, and further request to acquire network related information of different operator networks registered by the second terminal.
Optionally, when the second terminal determines that the negotiation terminal is not allowed, the first notification module may notify that the first terminal may use a communication number of any one of the network operators to communicate with the second terminal based on the initial communication number in the negotiation request.
Optionally, when the second terminal is determined as a non-negotiation-allowed terminal, the second determining module may further determine that a third carrier network of the first terminal meets the optimization rule, and the notifying module may notify the first terminal to communicate with the second terminal by using a communication number in the third carrier network based on the initial communication number in the negotiation request.
In the embodiment of the invention, if the second terminal can not carry out network negotiation, whether the second terminal allows the terminal of negotiation or not can be judged in advance in order to ensure the normal operation of the network negotiation, and the negotiation can be started only when the second terminal allows the terminal of negotiation, so that the negotiation operation can be avoided when the second terminal does not allow the negotiation, unnecessary negotiation operation can be reduced, and the communication efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, the first request module may include:
and the first determining unit is used for determining the currently activated communication number of the second terminal.
A first requesting unit, configured to request to acquire, by using the activation communication number, network related information of different operator networks registered by the second terminal.
As an embodiment, the first request unit may include:
the information acquisition subunit is used for judging whether to establish data communication connection with the second terminal or not through the activated communication number; if so, requesting to acquire network related information of different operator networks registered by the second terminal in a data communication mode; and if not, requesting to acquire the network related information of different operator networks registered by the second terminal in a short message communication mode.
In the embodiment of the invention, the negotiation server can acquire different operator networks of the second terminal in a data communication mode and a short message communication mode, can quickly acquire the network related information of the second terminal in the data communication mode, or can acquire the network related information registered by the second terminal in the short message communication mode, and the mode has higher stability.
In some embodiments, the network-related information may include: network signal strength information and/or network communication tariff information; the second determining module may include:

The signal strength may be used to measure whether a signal of one operator network is stable, and in the case of different operator networks, the signal strength of the corresponding operator network may be obtained.
In the embodiment of the invention, the network signal strength and/or the network communication charge can be used as a judgment rule, and when the signal strength is used as an optimal judgment rule, the first operator network and the second operator network which have the most stable communication can be obtained, so that the most stable communication effect can be realized; when the network communication charge is the most judged optimal rule, the first operator network and the second operator network with the lowest communication charge can be obtained, and the communication effect with the lowest communication charge can be realized; when the two are simultaneously used as the optimal rule of judgment, the effects of ensuring better communication effect and lower communication charge can be obtained, and the bidirectional optimal communication effect can be achieved.

and a second notification unit, configured to notify the first terminal to request for communication with the second terminal using a communication number corresponding to the first operator network based on a target communication number corresponding to the second operator network of the second terminal if the first terminal and the second terminal are both successfully switched.
Optionally, when the first terminal and the second terminal switch the first operating network and the second operating network, respectively, it may be determined whether the switching is successful, so as to avoid generating a meaningless communication request.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the first terminal is switched to the first operator network and the second terminal is switched to the second operator network, whether the first terminal and the second terminal are successfully switched can be judged in advance, and the communication between the first terminal and the second terminal is executed only when the switching is successful, so that the meaningless communication connection can be avoided, and the waste of communication resources is reduced.
