As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the air conditioner 1 includes a controller 105, an indoor unit 10, an outdoor unit 20 and a refrigerant connection pipe, the indoor unit 10 includes an indoor heat exchanger 101 and an indoor fan 104, the outdoor unit 20 includes a compressor 201, a four-way valve 202, an outdoor heat exchanger 203 and an outdoor fan 207, the compressor 201, the four-way valve 202, the outdoor heat exchanger 203 and the indoor heat exchanger 101 are connected through the refrigerant connection pipe and form a loop, the controller 105 includes a user information receiving module 1051, a fan operation information acquiring module 1052, a fan rotation speed control module 1053 and a preset information storage module 1055 for storing preset information, and the specific control method is as follows:
step 1), the air conditioner 1 is started, a user information receiving module 1051 receives the setting of the air conditioner 1 by a user, and the setting is performed by a fan rotating speed control module 1053; the actual target rotation speed R of the indoor fan 104 is set as an indoor fan rotation speed parameter Rs set by a user;
step 2), after the actual rotation speed of the indoor fan 104 reaches the indoor fan rotation speed parameter Rs set by the user, through judging the condition: ps-P is more than or equal to DeltaP, and judging the ash accumulation degree of the air conditioner 1; wherein Ps is a power value of the indoor unit when the preset indoor fan rotation speed reaches an indoor fan rotation speed parameter Rs set by a user, P is a power value P of the indoor unit when the indoor fan 104 rotation speed acquired by the fan operation information acquisition module 1052 reaches an actual target rotation speed R, and Δp is a preset power judgment threshold;
step 3) if the determination condition in step 2) is satisfied, determining that dust on the air conditioner 1 has reduced the air volume and heat exchange efficiency of the indoor unit 10, so that the actual target rotational speed R of the indoor fan 104 is increased by the fan rotational speed control module 1053 until the determination condition is not satisfied or the actual target rotational speed R of the indoor fan reaches its own set upper limit Rmax; if the judging condition in the step 2) is not met, determining that dust on the air conditioner has no or little influence on the air supply quantity and the heat exchange efficiency of the indoor unit, and continuously running the indoor fan by taking the set target rotating speed Rs as the actual target rotating speed R of the indoor fan;
step 4), the indoor fan 104 operates at the adjusted actual target rotation speed R until the user changes the setting or the air conditioner is turned off.
In the running process of the air conditioner, if more dust exists on the air conditioner, ventilation of the indoor unit can be influenced, so that the air supply amount of the indoor fan after reaching the target rotating speed becomes smaller, the load of the indoor fan becomes smaller due to the smaller air supply amount, the power of the indoor fan reaching the target rotating speed becomes smaller due to the smaller load of the indoor fan, and the air supply amount and the heat exchange efficiency of the air conditioner can still be reduced even if the indoor fan reaches the target rotating speed preset by a user, and further the user experience is reduced; by controlling the power of the indoor fan, the control method ensures that the air supply quantity and the heat exchange efficiency of the air conditioner can be ensured even if the air conditioner is in a dust accumulation state, thereby avoiding frequent cleaning of an air filter screen or cleaning of an indoor heat exchanger by a user and further improving the use experience of the user.
In this embodiment, in the step 1), before the actual target rotation speed R of the indoor fan 104 is set, it is determined whether a corrected rotation speed parameter Rs 'corresponding to the rotation speed parameter Rs of the indoor fan set by the user exists in the operation state information storage module 1054, if the corrected rotation speed parameter Rs' exists, the actual target rotation speed R of the indoor fan 104 is set as the corrected rotation speed parameter Rs ', and if the corrected rotation speed parameter Rs' does not exist, the actual target rotation speed R of the indoor fan 104 is set as the rotation speed parameter Rs of the indoor fan set by the user; the corrected rotation speed parameter Rs' is a result of adjusting the rotation speed parameter Rs of the indoor fan set by the user in the previous operation process of the air conditioner. The arrangement optimizes the adjustment process of the control mode, and shortens the time required by the adjustment of the rotating speed of the indoor fan.
In this embodiment, in the step 2), before the judging condition is executed, the stable state of the indoor fan after the rotation speed of the indoor fan 104 reaches the actual target rotation speed R is determined; the determination condition is executed after the indoor fan 104 is stably operated. Thus, an error prevention mechanism is provided, and the error in judging the dust accumulation degree of the air conditioner 1 caused by the fluctuation of the power of the indoor fan is avoided. Further, the determination mode of the stable state of the indoor fan 104 is: when the rotation speed of the indoor fan 104 reaches the actual target rotation speed, the power value of the indoor fan 104 in the 30s inner chamber is not less than 95% of the indoor fan power at the actual target rotation speed.
In the present embodiment, in step 3), the adjusted actual target rotation speed R of the indoor fan 104 is set as the corrected rotation speed parameter Rs ', and the corrected rotation speed parameter Rs' corresponding to the rotation speed parameter Rs of the indoor fan set by the user is stored in the operation state information storage module 1054. The device is arranged to provide reference for the next indoor fan operation, and is convenient for quickly adjusting the indoor fan.
In this embodiment, in the step 3), if the rotational speed of the indoor fan reaches Rmax, the value of the statistical parameter t is increased by 1, and updated and recorded in the running state information storage module 1054; when the statistical parameter t is larger than the preset parameter beta, displaying a corresponding mark on the air conditioner to remind a user; after the air conditioner 1 is cleaned, the statistical parameter t is reset to zero again. So set up, when the rotational speed of the indoor fan 1 reaches the maximum, it is unable to guarantee that the air supply of the air conditioner 1 already; the setting of the preset parameter beta has the function of error prevention. Further, the statistical parameter t can only be increased once in the operation process of the air conditioner. The setting avoids repeated accumulation of parameters, and the air conditioner can continuously alarm. Further, the preset parameter β is set to 5.
In this embodiment, if the air conditioner completes the cleaning, the data stored in the operation state information storage module 1054 is cleared after the cleaning is completed.
