Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problems of overcoming the defects of the prior art, providing a clothes dryer and washing and drying integrated equipment, reducing vibration generated in the working process of the clothes dryer and improving the stability of the clothes dryer.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the basic conception of the technical scheme that:
the clothes dryer comprises a front plate and a rear plate, and further comprises a connecting frame, wherein the front end and the rear end of the connecting frame are respectively connected with the front plate and the rear plate.
Preferably, the connecting frame comprises a plurality of beams which are horizontally arranged, the plurality of beams encircle to form an annular connecting frame which is horizontally arranged, and the middle part of the connecting frame is provided with a hollow zone which is penetrated up and down;
further preferably, the connection frame is located at the top of the dryer.
Preferably, the connecting frame is formed by a square frame formed by encircling four beams in the same horizontal plane in a sequential end-to-end mode, wherein two beams which are oppositely arranged and parallel to each other are a front beam and a rear beam respectively, the front beam is correspondingly attached to and fixedly connected with the front plate, and the rear beam is correspondingly attached to and fixedly connected with the rear plate.
Preferably, the first end of the front beam is arranged at the top of the front plate and close to the side edge of the front plate, the first end of the rear beam is arranged at the top of the rear plate and close to the side edge of the rear plate, the side edge of the front plate and the side edge of the rear plate are positioned at the same side of the clothes dryer, and the first end of the front beam is connected with the first end of the rear beam through a cross beam;
further preferably, the top of the cross beam is provided with a limiting rib protruding upwards.
Preferably, the rear end of the connection frame is provided with a first mounting portion protruding toward the outside of the connection frame, at least part of the first mounting portion penetrates through a mounting hole formed in the rear plate, and the first mounting portion is clamped in the mounting hole.
Preferably, the bottom of the first installation part is provided with a protruding part extending vertically downwards, the protruding part is positioned in the clothes dryer, a gap is arranged between the protruding part and the rear plate, and the protruding part is provided with a first screw column arranged towards the rear plate.
Preferably, a recess recessed toward the inside of the dryer is provided at one side of the first mounting portion away from the connection frame, and a plurality of plug fixing structures are provided in the recess, the plug fixing structures being ring-shaped structures protruding toward the outside of the dryer.
Preferably, the front end of the connecting frame is provided with a second installation part protruding downwards, and the second installation part is provided with a second screw column arranged towards the front plate.
Preferably, the bottom of the connecting frame is provided with a reinforcing rib protruding downwards, and the reinforcing rib extends to the periphery of the connecting frame along the horizontal direction;
further preferably, the reinforcing ribs include a first reinforcing rib extending along a length direction of the connection frame and a second reinforcing rib extending along a width direction of the connection frame, and the first reinforcing rib and the second reinforcing rib are disposed to intersect.
Preferably, a plurality of limiting ribs protruding upwards are arranged at the top of the connecting frame, and the limiting ribs are close to the side plates of the clothes dryer.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a washing and drying integrated apparatus including a dryer as described above.
After the technical scheme is adopted, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the invention, the front plate and the rear plate of the clothes dryer are connected by using the connecting frame, when the clothes dryer shakes, the connecting frame supports and fixes the front plate and the rear plate of the clothes dryer, so that the distance between the front plate and the rear plate of the clothes dryer is ensured to be fixed, vibration generated in the working process of the clothes dryer is reduced, and the stability of the clothes dryer is improved.
2. According to the invention, the connecting frame is arranged into the annular structure surrounded by the beams, so that the stability of the connecting frame is increased, and the fixing and supporting effects of the connecting frame on the front plate and the rear plate of the clothes dryer are improved.
3. According to the invention, the reinforcing ribs protruding downwards are arranged at the bottom of the connecting frame, so that the strength of the connecting frame is increased, the connecting frame is prevented from deforming, the supporting and fixing effects of the connecting frame on the front plate of the clothes dryer and the rear plate of the clothes dryer are improved, and the stability of the clothes dryer is improved. Meanwhile, the reinforcing ribs extend to the outer periphery of the connecting frame and the inner periphery of the connecting frame along the horizontal direction, so that the strength of the connecting frame is further improved.
4. According to the invention, the first reinforcing ribs extend along the length direction of the connecting frame, the second reinforcing ribs extend along the width direction of the connecting frame, and the first reinforcing ribs and the second reinforcing ribs are intersected, so that the strength of the connecting frame is increased, the shape of the connecting frame can be kept unchanged when the connecting frame bears the pressure from different directions, and the stability of the clothes dryer is improved.

Detailed Description
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions in the embodiments will be clearly and completely described with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and the following embodiments are used to illustrate the present invention, but are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that the directions or positional relationships indicated by the terms "upper", "lower", "front", "rear", "left", "right", "vertical", "inner", "outer", etc. are based on the directions or positional relationships shown in the drawings, are merely for convenience of describing the present invention and simplifying the description, and do not indicate or imply that the devices or elements referred to must have a specific orientation, be configured and operated in a specific orientation, and thus should not be construed as limiting the present invention.

As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention introduces a clothes dryer including a front plate 2 and a rear plate 3, and further includes a connection frame 1, and the front and rear ends of the connection frame 1 are connected to the front plate 2 and the rear plate 3, respectively.
When the clothes dryer works, the roller in the clothes dryer can rotate, and the clothes dryer can vibrate to influence the stability of the clothes dryer. And simultaneously, larger noise can be generated, and the use of a user is influenced.
According to the invention, the front plate 2 and the rear plate 3 of the clothes dryer are connected by using the connecting frame 1, so that the distance between the front plate 2 and the rear plate 3 of the clothes dryer is ensured to be fixed, vibration generated in the working process of the clothes dryer is reduced, and the stability of the clothes dryer is improved.
As shown in fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present invention, the connection frame 1 includes a plurality of horizontally arranged beams 4, the plurality of beams 4 enclose a ring-shaped horizontally arranged connection frame 1, and a hollow space 5 penetrating up and down is formed in the middle of the connection frame 1.
During the operation of the dryer, the front plate 2 of the dryer and the rear plate 3 of the dryer may press the connection frame 1 due to the influence of vibration. According to the invention, the connecting frame 1 is arranged into the annular structure surrounded by the beams 4, so that the connecting frame 1 can bear larger pressure, the stability of the connecting frame 1 is improved, and the supporting and fixing effects of the connecting frame 1 on the front plate 2 and the rear plate 3 of the clothes dryer are improved. Meanwhile, the middle part of the connecting frame 1 is provided with a hollow area 5 which is penetrated up and down, so that other components in the clothes dryer can be conveniently installed.
In a preferred further embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 1, the connection frame 1 is located at the top of the dryer. The clothes dryer can shake in the working process of the clothes dryer, and the top shake amplitude of the clothes dryer is larger. According to the invention, the connecting frame 1 is arranged at the top of the clothes dryer, so that shaking generated in the working process of the clothes dryer is reduced, and the stability of the clothes dryer is improved.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in the embodiment of the present invention, the connection frame 1 is formed by a square frame formed by surrounding four beams 4 in the same horizontal plane end to end in sequence, wherein two beams 4 which are oppositely arranged and parallel to each other are respectively a front beam 41 and a rear beam 42, the front beam 41 is correspondingly attached to and fixedly connected with the front plate 2, and the rear beam 42 is correspondingly attached to and fixedly connected with the rear plate 3.
According to the invention, the front beam 41 and the rear beam 42 are arranged, so that the front beam 41 and the front plate 2 are correspondingly attached and fixedly connected, the front beam 41 supports the front plate 2, the rear beam 42 and the rear plate 3 are correspondingly attached and fixedly connected, the rear beam 42 supports the rear plate 3, and the front beam 41 and the rear beam 42 are fixedly connected through the two beams 4, so that the stability of the connecting frame 1 is ensured.
As shown in fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present invention, a first end of a front beam 41 is disposed at the top of a front plate 2 near the side of the front plate 2, a first end of a rear beam 42 is disposed at the top of a rear plate 3 near the side of the rear plate 3, the side of the front plate 2 and the side of the rear plate 3 are located at the same side of the dryer, and the first ends of the front beam 41 and the rear beam 42 are connected by a cross beam 43.
The clothes dryer is also provided with side plates which are arranged on the side face of the clothes dryer and are connected with the front plate 2 and the rear plate 3. The invention connects the first end of the front beam 41 and the first end of the rear beam 42 through the cross beam 43, and the cross beam 43 is arranged at the position close to the side plate of the dryer to support the side plate of the dryer, thereby improving the strength of the dryer box.
As shown in fig. 6, in the embodiment of the present invention, the rear end of the connection frame 1 is provided with a first mounting portion 6 protruding toward the outside of the connection frame 1, at least part of the first mounting portion 6 passes through a mounting hole 31 provided on the rear plate 3, and the first mounting portion 6 is snapped into the mounting hole 31.
According to the invention, the first mounting part 6 is arranged on the connecting frame 1, meanwhile, the mounting hole 31 is arranged on the rear plate 3 of the clothes dryer, the mounting hole 31 has a positioning function, when the connecting frame 1 is mounted, the first mounting part 6 is inserted into the mounting hole 31, so that the connecting frame 1 can be mounted at a specified position, and the connecting frame 1 supports and fixes the rear plate 3 of the clothes dryer.
As shown in fig. 5, in the embodiment of the present invention, a protruding portion 61 extending vertically downward is provided at the bottom of the first mounting portion 6, the protruding portion 61 is located inside the dryer, a gap is provided between the protruding portion 61 and the rear plate 3, and a first screw post 62 provided toward the rear plate 3 is provided on the protruding portion 61.
In order to improve the stability of the connection between the first mounting portion 6 and the rear plate 3 of the dryer, the present invention uses screws to connect the rear plate 3 of the dryer and the first mounting portion 6. A protruding part 61 extending downwards is arranged at the bottom of the first installation part 6, a gap for installing a first screw column 62 is arranged between the protruding part 61 and the rear plate 3 of the clothes dryer, the first screw column 62 is arranged on the protruding part 61, the rear plate 3 is connected with the first screw column 62 on the protruding part 61 by using screws, and the fixing of the rear plate 3 and the protruding part 61 is completed.
As shown in fig. 1 and 6, in the embodiment of the present invention, a recess 63 recessed toward the inside of the dryer is provided at a side of the first mounting portion 6 away from the connection frame 1, and a plurality of plug fixing structures 64 are provided in the recess 63, the plug fixing structures 64 being ring-shaped structures protruding toward the outside of the dryer.
The clothes dryer is provided with a power cord, one end of the power cord, which is positioned in the clothes dryer, is connected with an electric element in the clothes dryer, and one end of the power cord, which is positioned outside the clothes dryer, is provided with a plug, and the plug is inserted into a power socket to supply power to the clothes dryer. When the clothes dryer is produced and assembled, the power line outside the clothes dryer has a certain length, and the packaging and transportation of the clothes dryer can be affected. The power cord is usually folded a plurality of times and finally fixed by using the plastic coated iron wire, but the plug of the power cord is still hung outside the clothes dryer. Because the plug of the power cord is positioned outside the clothes dryer, the plug can rub with the box body of the clothes dryer in the packaging and transportation processes of the clothes dryer, so that scratches appear on the box body, the attractive appearance of the clothes dryer is affected, and inconvenience is brought to the packaging and transportation of the clothes dryer.
According to the invention, the plug fixing structure 64 is arranged on the first mounting part 6, so that after the clothes dryer is produced and assembled, the plug of the power cord of the clothes dryer can be inserted into the plug fixing structure 64, the plug of the power cord is fixed, and the situation that scratches are generated on the box body of the clothes dryer due to friction between the plug of the power cord and the box body of the clothes dryer is avoided. Meanwhile, when the user does not use the clothes dryer, the plug of the power cord of the clothes dryer can be pulled out of the power socket, false start of the clothes dryer is avoided, meanwhile, the plug of the power cord of the clothes dryer is inserted into the plug fixing structure 64, the plug of the power cord of the clothes dryer is fixed, damage to the plug of the power cord of the clothes dryer possibly caused by randomly placing the plug of the power cord of the clothes dryer is avoided, and the service life of the power cord of the clothes dryer is prolonged.
As shown in fig. 3, in the embodiment of the present invention, the front end of the connection frame 1 is provided with a second mounting portion 7 protruding downward, and the second mounting portion 7 is provided with a second screw post 71 disposed toward the front plate 2.

As shown in fig. 4, in the embodiment of the present invention, the bottom of the connection frame 1 is provided with a reinforcing rib 8 protruding downward, and the reinforcing rib 8 extends to the periphery of the connection frame 1 in the horizontal direction.
In the working process of the clothes dryer, the clothes dryer may shake due to the influence of vibration, the connecting frame 1 is simultaneously subjected to pressure applied by the front plate 2 of the clothes dryer and the rear plate 3 of the clothes dryer, so that the connecting frame 1 is deformed, the fixed supporting effect of the connecting frame 1 on the front plate 2 of the clothes dryer and the rear plate 3 of the clothes dryer is influenced, and the use of a user is influenced.
According to the invention, the reinforcing ribs 8 protruding downwards are arranged at the bottom of the connecting frame 1, so that the strength of the connecting frame 1 is increased by the reinforcing ribs 8, the connecting frame 1 is prevented from deforming, the supporting and fixing effects of the connecting frame 1 on the front plate 2 of the clothes dryer and the rear plate 3 of the clothes dryer are improved, and the stability of the clothes dryer is improved. Meanwhile, the reinforcing ribs 8 extend to the periphery of the connecting frame 1 along the horizontal direction, so that the length of the reinforcing ribs 8 is increased, the strength of the connecting frame 1 is further improved, and the connecting frame 1 can better support the front plate 2 of the clothes dryer and the rear plate 3 of the clothes dryer.
As shown in fig. 4, in the embodiment of the present invention, the reinforcing rib 8 includes a first reinforcing rib 81 extending along the length direction of the connection frame 1, and a second reinforcing rib 82 extending along the width direction of the connection frame 1, the first reinforcing rib 81 and the second reinforcing rib 82 being disposed to intersect.
During the operation of the dryer, the connection frame 1 supports and fixes the front plate 2 of the dryer and the rear plate 3 of the dryer. The connection frame 1 receives pressure from a plurality of directions due to vibration during the operation of the dryer. If the extending directions of all the reinforcing ribs 8 on the connecting frame 1 are the same, the strength of the connecting frame 1 is affected, and the connecting frame 1 is deformed, so that the use is affected.
According to the invention, the first reinforcing ribs 81 extend along the length direction of the connecting frame 1, the second reinforcing ribs 82 extend along the width direction of the connecting frame 1, and the first reinforcing ribs 81 and the second reinforcing ribs 82 are arranged in an intersecting manner, so that the strength of the connecting frame 1 is increased, the shape of the connecting frame 1 can be kept unchanged when the connecting frame 1 bears the pressure from different directions, and the stability of the clothes dryer is improved.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in the embodiment of the present invention, a limiting rib 9 protruding upward is provided at the top of the cross beam 43.
When the connecting frame 1 is installed, the front beam 41 is connected with the front plate 2, the rear beam 42 is connected with the rear plate 3, the cross beam 43 is attached to the side plate of the clothes dryer, the top of the side plate is attached to the side surface of the cross beam 43, and meanwhile, the bottom of the side plate is fixed to the bottom of the clothes dryer. According to the invention, the limiting rib 9 protruding upwards is arranged at the top of the connecting frame 1, so that the side plate of the clothes dryer is clamped with the limiting rib 9, the side plate is supported and limited by using the limiting rib 9, the dislocation deformation of the side plate is avoided, and the stability of the clothes dryer is improved.
The embodiment of the invention discloses washing and drying integrated equipment, which comprises the clothes dryer.
