Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a clothes dryer and washing and drying integrated equipment, so that the vibration generated in the working process of the clothes dryer is reduced, and the stability of the clothes dryer is improved.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
a clothes dryer comprises a front plate, a rear plate and a connecting frame, wherein the front end and the rear end of the connecting frame are connected with the front plate and the rear plate respectively.
Preferably, the connecting frame comprises a plurality of horizontally arranged beams, the plurality of beams form an annular and horizontally arranged connecting frame in a surrounding manner, and a vertically through hollow space is arranged in the middle of the connecting frame;
further preferably, the connection frame is located at the top of the dryer.
Preferably, the connecting frame is a square frame formed by sequentially connecting four beams in the same horizontal plane end to enclose, wherein two beams which are oppositely arranged and parallel to each other are respectively a front beam and a rear beam, the front beam and the front plate are correspondingly attached and fixedly connected, and the rear beam and the rear plate are correspondingly attached and fixedly connected.
Preferably, the first end of the front beam is arranged at the top of the front plate and close to the side edge of the front plate, the first end of the rear beam is arranged at the top of the rear plate and close to the side edge of the rear plate, the side edge of the front plate and the side edge of the rear plate are positioned at the same side of the clothes dryer, and the first end of the front beam is connected with the first end of the rear beam through a cross beam;
further preferably, the top of the cross beam is provided with a limiting rib protruding upwards.
Preferably, the rear end of the connecting frame is provided with a first mounting part protruding towards the outside of the connecting frame, at least part of the first mounting part penetrates through a mounting hole formed in the rear plate, and the first mounting part is clamped in the mounting hole.
Preferably, the bottom of the first installation part is provided with a vertically downward extending bulge, the bulge is positioned inside the clothes dryer, a gap is arranged between the bulge and the rear plate, and the bulge is provided with a first screw column arranged towards the rear plate.
Preferably, one side of the first installation part, which is far away from the connecting frame, is provided with a groove which is concave towards the inside of the clothes dryer, and a plurality of plug fixing structures are arranged in the groove and are annular structures which are convex towards the outside of the clothes dryer.
Preferably, the front end of the connecting frame is provided with a second mounting part protruding downwards, and the second mounting part is provided with a second screw column arranged towards the front plate.
Preferably, the bottom of the connecting frame is provided with a reinforcing rib protruding downwards, and the reinforcing rib extends to the periphery of the connecting frame along the horizontal direction;
further preferably, the reinforcing ribs include a first reinforcing rib extending in a length direction of the coupling frame and a second reinforcing rib extending in a width direction of the coupling frame, and the first reinforcing rib and the second reinforcing rib are arranged to intersect.
Preferably, a plurality of limiting ribs protruding upwards are arranged at the top of the connecting frame, and the limiting ribs are close to side plates of the clothes dryer.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a washing and drying integrated device, comprising a clothes dryer as described above.
After adopting the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the invention, the connecting frame is used for connecting the front plate and the rear plate of the clothes dryer, when the clothes dryer shakes, the connecting frame supports and fixes the front plate and the rear plate of the clothes dryer, so that the distance between the front plate and the rear plate of the clothes dryer is fixed, the vibration generated in the working process of the clothes dryer is reduced, and the stability of the clothes dryer is improved.
2. According to the invention, the connecting frame is arranged into an annular structure formed by surrounding a plurality of beams, so that the stability of the connecting frame is increased, and the fixing and supporting effects of the connecting frame on the front plate and the rear plate of the clothes dryer are improved.
3. According to the invention, the reinforcing ribs protruding downwards are arranged at the bottom of the connecting frame, so that the strength of the connecting frame is increased by the reinforcing ribs, the connecting frame is prevented from deforming, the supporting and fixing effects of the connecting frame on the front plate of the clothes dryer and the rear plate of the clothes dryer are improved, and the stability of the clothes dryer is improved. Meanwhile, the reinforcing ribs extend to the outer periphery of the connecting frame and the inner periphery of the connecting frame along the horizontal direction, and the strength of the connecting frame is further improved.
4. According to the invention, the first reinforcing ribs extend along the length direction of the connecting frame, the second reinforcing ribs extend along the width direction of the connecting frame, and the first reinforcing ribs and the second reinforcing ribs are arranged in an intersecting manner, so that the strength of the connecting frame is increased, the shape of the connecting frame can be kept unchanged when the connecting frame bears the pressure from different directions, and the stability of the clothes dryer is improved.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and the following embodiments are used for illustrating the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that the terms "upper", "lower", "front", "rear", "left", "right", "vertical", "inner", "outer", etc., indicate orientations or positional relationships based on the orientations or positional relationships shown in the drawings, and are only for convenience of description and simplicity of description, but do not indicate or imply that the device or element being referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, e.g., as meaning either a fixed connection, a removable connection, or an integral connection; can be mechanically or electrically connected; may be directly connected or indirectly connected through an intermediate. As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention introduces a clothes dryer, which includes a front plate 2 and a rear plate 3, and further includes a connection frame 1, and a front end and a rear end of the connection frame 1 are respectively connected to the front plate 2 and the rear plate 3.
When the clothes dryer works, the drum in the clothes dryer rotates, and the clothes dryer vibrates to influence the stability of the clothes dryer. Meanwhile, the noise is generated, and the use of the user is influenced.
The invention ensures the distance between the front plate 2 of the clothes dryer and the back plate 3 of the clothes dryer to be fixed by using the connecting frame 1 to connect the front plate 2 and the back plate 3 of the clothes dryer, reduces the vibration generated in the working process of the clothes dryer and improves the stability of the clothes dryer.
As shown in fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present invention, the connection frame 1 includes a plurality of horizontally disposed beams 4, the plurality of beams 4 surround to form a ring-shaped and horizontally disposed connection frame 1, and a vertically penetrating hollow space 5 is provided in the middle of the connection frame 1.
During the operation of the dryer, the front plate 2 of the dryer and the rear plate 3 of the dryer may press the coupling frame 1 due to the influence of vibration. According to the invention, the connecting frame 1 is arranged into an annular structure surrounded by the beams 4, so that the connecting frame 1 can bear larger pressure, the stability of the connecting frame 1 is improved, and the supporting and fixing effects of the connecting frame 1 on the front plate 2 and the rear plate 3 of the clothes dryer are improved. Meanwhile, the middle part of the connecting frame 1 is provided with a vertically through hollow space 5, which is convenient for installing other components in the clothes dryer.
In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, a coupling frame 1 is positioned at the top of the dryer. The clothes dryer can shake during the working process of the clothes dryer, and the top of the clothes dryer usually has larger shaking amplitude. The invention reduces the shaking generated in the working process of the clothes dryer and improves the stability of the clothes dryer by arranging the connecting frame 1 at the top of the clothes dryer.
As shown in fig. 1 to fig. 3, in the embodiment of the present invention, the connecting frame 1 is formed by a square frame formed by sequentially connecting four beams 4 in the same horizontal plane end to end, wherein two beams 4 that are oppositely arranged and parallel to each other are a front beam 41 and a rear beam 42, the front beam 41 and the front plate 2 are correspondingly attached and fixedly connected, and the rear beam 42 and the rear plate 3 are correspondingly attached and fixedly connected.
According to the invention, the front beam 41 and the rear beam 42 are arranged, so that the front beam 41 and the front plate 2 are correspondingly attached and fixedly connected, the front beam 41 supports the front plate 2, the rear beam 42 and the rear plate 3 are correspondingly attached and fixedly connected, the rear beam 42 supports the rear plate 3, and the front beam 41 and the rear beam 42 are fixedly connected through the two beams 4, so that the stability of the connecting frame 1 is ensured.
As shown in fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present invention, a first end of the front beam 41 is disposed at the top of the front plate 2 near the side edge of the front plate 2, a first end of the rear beam 42 is disposed at the top of the rear plate 3 near the side edge of the rear plate 3, the side edge of the front plate 2 and the side edge of the rear plate 3 are located on the same side of the dryer, and the first end of the front beam 41 and the first end of the rear beam 42 are connected by the cross beam 43.
The clothes dryer is also provided with a side plate which is arranged on the side surface of the clothes dryer and is connected with the front plate 2 and the rear plate 3. The first end of the front beam 41 and the first end of the rear beam 42 are connected through the cross beam 43, the cross beam 43 is arranged close to the side plate of the clothes dryer to support the side plate of the clothes dryer, and the strength of the cabinet of the clothes dryer is improved.
As shown in fig. 6, in the embodiment of the present invention, the rear end of the connecting frame 1 is provided with a first mounting portion 6 protruding toward the outside of the connecting frame 1, at least a portion of the first mounting portion 6 passes through a mounting hole 31 provided on the rear plate 3, and the first mounting portion 6 is snapped into the mounting hole 31.
According to the invention, the first mounting part 6 is arranged on the connecting frame 1, the mounting hole 31 is arranged on the back plate 3 of the clothes dryer, the mounting hole 31 has a positioning function, when the connecting frame 1 is mounted, the first mounting part 6 is inserted into the mounting hole 31, the connecting frame 1 can be mounted at a specified position, and the connecting frame 1 can support and fix the back plate 3 of the clothes dryer.
As shown in fig. 5, in the embodiment of the present invention, the bottom of the first mounting portion 6 is provided with a protrusion 61 extending vertically downward, the protrusion 61 is located inside the dryer, a gap is provided between the protrusion 61 and the rear plate 3, and the protrusion 61 is provided with a first screw post 62 arranged toward the rear plate 3.
In order to improve the stability of the connection between the first mounting part 6 and the rear plate 3 of the dryer, the present invention connects the rear plate 3 of the dryer and the first mounting part 6 using screws. The bottom of the first installation part 6 is provided with a protrusion 61 extending downwards, a gap for installing a first screw column 62 is formed between the protrusion 61 and the rear plate 3 of the clothes dryer, the first screw column 62 is arranged on the protrusion 61, the rear plate 3 and the first screw column 62 on the protrusion 61 are connected through screws, and the rear plate 3 and the protrusion 61 are fixed.
As shown in fig. 1 and 6, in the embodiment of the present invention, a groove 63 recessed toward the inside of the dryer is provided on a side of the first mounting portion 6 away from the connecting frame 1, a plurality of plug fixing structures 64 are provided in the groove 63, and the plug fixing structures 64 are ring structures protruding toward the outside of the dryer.
The clothes dryer is provided with a power line, one end of the power line, which is positioned inside the clothes dryer, is connected with an electric element inside the clothes dryer, one end of the power line, which is positioned outside the clothes dryer, is provided with a plug, and the clothes dryer is powered by inserting the plug into a power socket. When the clothes dryer is produced and assembled, the power cord outside the clothes dryer has a certain length, which can affect the packaging and transportation of the clothes dryer. Usually, the power cord is folded for several times and finally fixed by plastic-covered iron wires, but the plug of the power cord is still hung outside the clothes dryer. Because the plug of the power line is positioned outside the clothes dryer, the plug can rub with the box body of the clothes dryer in the packaging and transporting processes of the clothes dryer, so that scratches appear on the box body, the attractiveness of the clothes dryer is affected, and inconvenience is brought to the packaging and transporting of the clothes dryer.
According to the invention, the plug fixing structure 64 is arranged on the first mounting part 6, after the clothes dryer is produced and assembled, the plug of the power line of the clothes dryer can be inserted into the plug fixing structure 64 to fix the plug of the power line, so that the situation that the scratch is generated on the box body of the clothes dryer due to the friction between the plug of the power line and the box body of the clothes dryer is avoided. Meanwhile, when the user does not use the clothes dryer, the plug of the power line of the clothes dryer can be pulled out from the power socket, the clothes dryer is prevented from being started by mistake, meanwhile, the plug of the power line of the clothes dryer is inserted into the plug fixing structure 64, the plug of the power line of the clothes dryer is fixed, damage to the plug of the power line of the clothes dryer caused by random placement of the plug of the power line of the clothes dryer is avoided, and the service life of the power line of the clothes dryer is prolonged.
As shown in fig. 3, in the embodiment of the present invention, the front end of the connecting frame 1 is provided with a second mounting portion 7 protruding downward, and the second mounting portion 7 is provided with a second screw post 71 disposed toward the front plate 2.
The invention realizes the purpose that the front plate 2 is connected with the second screw column 71 on the second mounting part 7 by using a screw through arranging the second mounting part 7 at the front end of the connecting frame 1, arranging the second screw column 71 on the second mounting part 7 and using the screw
As shown in fig. 4, in the embodiment of the present invention, the bottom of the coupling frame 1 is provided with a downwardly protruding reinforcing rib 8, and the reinforcing rib 8 extends to the periphery of the coupling frame 1 in a horizontal direction.
During the operation of the clothes dryer, the clothes dryer may shake due to the influence of vibration, and the connecting frame 1 is simultaneously pressed by the front plate 2 of the clothes dryer and the rear plate 3 of the clothes dryer, so that the connecting frame 1 deforms, the fixing and supporting effect of the connecting frame 1 on the front plate 2 of the clothes dryer and the rear plate 3 of the clothes dryer is influenced, and the use of a user is influenced.
According to the invention, the reinforcing ribs 8 protruding downwards are arranged at the bottom of the connecting frame 1, the reinforcing ribs 8 are used for increasing the strength of the connecting frame 1, the connecting frame 1 is prevented from deforming, the supporting and fixing effects of the connecting frame 1 on the front plate 2 and the rear plate 3 of the clothes dryer are improved, and the stability of the clothes dryer is improved. Simultaneously, the reinforcing ribs 8 extend to the periphery of the connecting frame 1 along the horizontal direction, the length of the reinforcing ribs 8 is increased, the strength of the connecting frame 1 is further improved, and the connecting frame 1 can better support the front plate 2 of the clothes dryer and the rear plate 3 of the clothes dryer.
As shown in fig. 4, in the embodiment of the present invention, the reinforcing ribs 8 include first reinforcing ribs 81 extending in the length direction of the coupling frame 1 and second reinforcing ribs 82 extending in the width direction of the coupling frame 1, and the first reinforcing ribs 81 and the second reinforcing ribs 82 are arranged to intersect with each other.
During the operation of the clothes dryer, the connecting frame 1 supports and fixes the front plate 2 and the rear plate 3 of the clothes dryer. The coupling frame 1 is subjected to pressure from a plurality of directions due to vibration during the operation of the dryer. If the extending directions of all the reinforcing ribs 8 on the connecting frame 1 are the same, the strength of the connecting frame 1 is affected, and the connecting frame 1 is deformed, so that the use is affected.
According to the invention, the first reinforcing ribs 81 extend along the length direction of the connecting frame 1, the second reinforcing ribs 82 extend along the width direction of the connecting frame 1, and the first reinforcing ribs 81 and the second reinforcing ribs 82 are arranged in an intersecting manner, so that the strength of the connecting frame 1 is increased, the shape of the connecting frame 1 can be kept unchanged when the connecting frame 1 bears pressure from different directions, and the stability of the clothes dryer is improved.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in the embodiment of the present invention, a limiting rib 9 protruding upward is provided on the top of the cross beam 43.
When the connecting frame 1 is installed, the front beam 41 is connected with the front plate 2, the rear beam 42 is connected with the rear plate 3, the cross beam 43 is attached to the side plate of the clothes dryer, the top of the side plate is attached to the side of the cross beam 43, and the bottom of the side plate is fixed at the bottom of the clothes dryer. According to the invention, the upwards-protruded limiting rib 9 is arranged at the top of the connecting frame 1, the side plate of the clothes dryer is clamped with the limiting rib 9, and the side plate is supported and limited by using the limiting rib 9, so that the dislocation and deformation of the side plate are avoided, and the stability of the clothes dryer is improved.
The embodiment of the invention discloses washing and drying integrated equipment, which comprises the clothes dryer in any one of the embodiments.
