Abstract

In this embodiment, horizontal extension 31 of drying air duct 3 is disposed between first laundry treatment drum 13 and second laundry treatment drum 14, and vertical extension 32 is disposed at the rear side of first laundry treatment drum 13; the front end of the horizontal extension part 31 is communicated with an air inlet 11 arranged at the top of a first clothes treatment cylinder 13 arranged below, the rear end of the horizontal extension part 31 is communicated with the upper end of a vertical extension part 32, and the lower end of the vertical extension part 32 is communicated with an air outlet 12 arranged at the bottom of the first clothes treatment cylinder 13.
In this embodiment, the front supporting column 33 of the horizontal extension portion 31 of the drying air duct 3 is correspondingly fixed to the middle cross beam 24 at the front side of the supporting structure 2 in an inserting manner, and the rear supporting column 33 of the horizontal extension portion 31 of the drying air duct 3 is correspondingly fixed to the middle cross beam 24 at the rear side of the supporting structure 3 in an inserting manner.
EXAMPLE five
The present embodiment is different from the fourth embodiment in that: the second laundry treatment drum located above has a function of drying the laundry.
In this embodiment, the horizontal extension portion of the drying air duct is disposed at the upper portion of the second laundry treatment drum, and the vertical extension portion is disposed at the rear side of the second laundry treatment drum; the front end of the horizontal extension part is communicated with an air inlet arranged at the top of the second clothes treatment barrel arranged below, the rear end of the horizontal extension part is communicated with the upper end of the vertical extension part, and the lower end of the vertical extension part is communicated with an air outlet arranged at the bottom of the second clothes treatment barrel.
In this embodiment, the supporting structure of the clothes treatment device includes a square base, each corner of the square base is provided with a vertical beam extending vertically upward, and the tops of adjacent vertical beams are connected through corresponding upper cross beams. The front end support column of the horizontal extension part of the drying air duct is correspondingly inserted and fixed with the upper cross beam at the front side of the supporting structure, and the rear end support column of the drying air duct is correspondingly inserted and fixed with the upper cross beam at the rear side of the supporting structure (not shown in the attached drawings).
EXAMPLE six
The present embodiment is different from the fourth embodiment in that: the first laundry treating drum and the second laundry treating drum each have a function of drying laundry.
In this embodiment, the horizontal extension portion of the drying air duct is disposed between the first laundry processing drum and the second laundry processing drum, the first vertical extension portion is disposed at the rear side of the first laundry processing drum, and the second vertical extension portion is disposed at the rear side of the second laundry processing drum; the front end of the horizontal extension part is respectively communicated with an air inlet arranged at the top of the first clothes treatment barrel and an air inlet arranged at the bottom of the second clothes treatment barrel; the rear end of the horizontal extension part is respectively communicated with the upper end of the first vertical extension part and the lower end of the second vertical extension part; the lower end of the first vertical extension part is communicated with an air outlet arranged at the bottom of the first clothes treatment barrel, and the upper end of the second vertical extension part is communicated with an air outlet arranged at the top of the second clothes treatment barrel (not shown in the attached figures).
In this embodiment, the front end supporting pillar of the horizontal extension portion of the drying air duct is correspondingly fixed to the middle cross beam at the front side of the supporting structure in an inserting manner, and the rear end supporting pillar of the drying air duct is correspondingly fixed to the middle cross beam at the rear side of the supporting structure in an inserting manner.
Through the arrangement, the drying function is realized simultaneously at a plurality of clothes treatment drums of the multi-drum washing machine, and the diversified working modes of the multi-drum washing machine are increased.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. A clothes treating apparatus includes a main body having a main body portion,
a support structure constituting a frame of a housing outline of the laundry treating apparatus;
a laundry treating drum installed in a space enclosed by the support structure;
and the drying air duct is arranged outside the clothes treatment drum and fixedly arranged on the supporting structure, and two ends of the drying air duct are respectively communicated with the clothes treatment drum to form a circulating air path.
2. A laundry treating apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that: the drying air channel comprises a horizontal extension part arranged on the upper part of the clothes treatment drum, and the front end and the rear end of the horizontal extension part are respectively fixed with the supporting structure.
3. A laundry treating apparatus according to claim 2, characterized in that: the front end and the rear end of the horizontal extension part are respectively provided with at least one support column which horizontally protrudes and extends, and the support columns at the two ends are correspondingly inserted into the support structures at the corresponding sides;
preferably, the axes of the support columns at the two ends of the horizontal extension part are all arranged in parallel;
preferably, two support columns in the same horizontal plane are arranged at the front end of the horizontal extension part, and one support column is arranged at the rear end of the horizontal extension part.
4. A laundry treating apparatus according to claim 3, characterized in that: the periphery cover of support column is equipped with the blotter, the blotter comprises the rubber material, makes the contact surface between support column and the bearing structure isolated by the blotter.
5. A laundry treating apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that: the drying air duct is meshed and fixedly connected with the supporting structure through at least one screw;
preferably, the rear end of the horizontal extension part is fixedly connected with the supporting structure on the corresponding side through at least one screw.

A laundry treating device according to claim 5, characterized in that: the front end and/or the rear end of the horizontal extension part are/is provided with horizontally protruding screw columns, the extension ends of the screw columns are correspondingly attached and contacted with the support structures on the corresponding sides, and screws penetrate through the support structures and then are engaged and fixed with the screw columns in a threaded mode.

A laundry treating apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that: the supporting structure comprises a square base, wherein each corner of the square base is respectively provided with a vertical beam which vertically extends upwards, and the upper ends of the adjacent vertical beams are respectively connected through corresponding upper cross beams; the front end support column of the drying air duct is correspondingly fixed with the upper cross beam at the front side in an inserting manner, and the rear end support column of the drying air duct is correspondingly fixed with the upper cross beam at the rear side in an inserting manner.

A laundry treating apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that: the clothes treatment device comprises a first clothes treatment drum and a second clothes treatment drum which are arranged up and down independently, and a horizontal extension part is arranged between the first clothes treatment drum and the second clothes treatment drum; the supporting structure comprises a square base, wherein each corner of the square base is respectively provided with a vertical beam which vertically extends upwards, the middle parts of the adjacent vertical beams are respectively connected through corresponding middle cross beams, and the middle cross beams are arranged between the first clothes treatment barrel and the second clothes treatment barrel; the front end support column of the drying air duct is correspondingly fixed with the middle cross beam at the front side in an inserting manner, and the rear end support column of the drying air duct is correspondingly fixed with the middle cross beam at the rear side in an inserting manner.
9. A laundry treating apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that: the drying air channel comprises a horizontal extension part and a vertical extension part, the horizontal extension part is arranged at the upper part of the clothes treatment barrel, the front end of the horizontal extension part is communicated with an air inlet arranged at the top of the clothes treatment barrel, and the rear end of the horizontal extension part is communicated with the upper end of the vertical extension part; the vertical extension part is arranged at the rear side of the clothes treatment barrel, and the lower end of the vertical extension part is communicated with an air outlet arranged at the bottom of the clothes treatment barrel;
preferably, two clothes treatment drums are arranged up and down in a supporting structure of the clothes treatment device, a horizontal extension portion of the drying air channel is arranged between the first clothes treatment drum and the second clothes treatment drum, the front end of the horizontal extension portion is communicated with an air inlet formed in the top of the first clothes treatment drum and/or the bottom of the second clothes treatment drum, and the rear end of the horizontal extension portion is communicated with an air outlet formed in the bottom of the first clothes treatment drum and/or the top of the second clothes treatment drum through a vertical extension portion.
10. A laundry treating apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein: two ends of the drying air duct are respectively communicated with the air inlet and the air outlet of the clothes treatment drum in a one-to-one correspondence mode through corrugated pipes, and the corrugated pipes can elastically stretch and deform under the action of external force.
