Therefore, the eyebrow powder becomes a better choice in the eyebrow drawing market, but although the filling degree of the eyebrow powder is better, the eyebrow powder is easy to remove and make up, the problems of high hand difficulty, inconvenience in carrying and making up are solved, and eyebrow pencils are the tools used most in the eyebrow drawing market. There is therefore a need for further improvement of the quality of eyebrow pencils.
The eyebrow pencil is a solid pasty mixture, organic or inorganic toner is dispersed by using grease substances at present to achieve the coloring effect and the lasting effect, and mineral wax or animal and vegetable wax is used for achieving the curing effect to stabilize the toner. The other formula is that polyethylene wax and film-forming grease are used for stably dispersing toner, and fibers are used for increasing the density of eyebrow. The development of a fiber-lasting eyebrow pencil which is stable in paste and easy to operate is needed in the field.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects of poor stability, poor filling property, insufficient fineness and softness and poor durability in the prior art, and provides a fiber eyebrow pencil.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the raw materials of the fiber eyebrow pencil comprise, by mass, 6-12 parts of polyethylene wax, 4-10 parts of ozokerite, 2-5 parts of microcrystalline wax, 25-40 parts of silicone oil, 20-30 parts of film-forming agent, 2-8 parts of mica powder, 10-20 parts of toner pigment, 0.1-1.0 part of fiber, 0.15-0.50 part of phenoxyethanol, 0.1-0.3 part of caprylyl glycol, 0.1-0.3 part of vitamin acetate and the balance of additives.
Preferably, the raw materials comprise, by mass, 9.3 parts of polyethylene wax, 8 parts of ozokerite, 4 parts of microcrystalline wax, 30 parts of silicone oil, 27.5 parts of a film-forming agent, 5 parts of mica powder, 15 parts of a toner pigment, 0.5 part of fiber, 0.35 part of phenoxyethanol, 0.15 part of caprylyl glycol, 0.2 part of vitamin acetate and the balance of additives.
Preferably, the raw material additives comprise at least one of coloring agent, humectant, preservative, emollient and vitamin.
Preferably, the selected colorant comprises an inorganic colorant and an organic colorant, and the raw materials of the inorganic colorant comprise ferric oxide, manganese violet, ultramarine, chromium hydroxide, iron blue and chromium oxide; the raw material of the organic colorant comprises carmine, barium, strontium, calcium and aluminum-based metal salt coloring powder; the colorant raw material also comprises a pearly-lustre sheet, the substrate of the pearly-lustre sheet is one of natural and synthetic mica powder, the pearly-lustre sheet changes the appearance color by the thickness of the coating of the pearly-lustre sheet, and the coating material is one of metal oxides and metal salts including silicon dioxide and tin oxide; the colorant raw materials also include a PET material and an aluminum salt.
Preferably, the preparation process of the fiber eyebrow pencil comprises the following steps: s1, preparing raw materials in groups; the preparation raw materials were divided into four groups of ABCD, where each component was divided into group a: polyethylene waxes, ozocerite, microcrystalline waxes; group B: silicone oil and film-forming agent; group C: mica powder, toner pigment; group D: fiber, phenoxyethanol, caprylyl glycol and vitamin acetate; s2, pretreating the components; heating the component A to 80-90 ℃ to dissolve the component A for later use; mixing the three components B, C and D uniformly, and passing through a three-roller machine for 2-3 times; s3, color matching; B. after the three components C and D are processed by the machine, putting the three mixed raw materials into a material dissolving pot, heating and stirring the mixture and the component A uniformly, and adding a colorant to adjust and dye; s4, subpackaging; after the color is confirmed, the raw materials are stirred uniformly and then are subpackaged according to 5 kg/bag; s5, filling; s51, adjusting the temperature of the sealing and filling machine to 75 ℃, and turning on a heating switch; s52, weighing required paste, putting 2-3kg of paste and volatile oil in an additional supplement formula into a filling machine according to the proportion of 1.5%, heating and melting, and simultaneously turning on a stirring switch; s53, after the paste is completely melted, reducing the temperature to 60 +/-10 ℃, and if essence exists in the formula, adding the essence into a machine and stirring for 1-2 minutes for later use; s54, filling is started when the paste is uniformly stirred and no obvious air bubbles exist, and the temperature needs to be controlled to be 60 +/-10 ℃; excess materials generated during filling need to be properly sealed, placed well, returned to a core making workshop and finally adjusted for use, and the inside and the outside of the machine need to be cleaned in time after filling is finished.
Preferably, the temperature is controlled to 70-90 ℃ during the whole process of preparing and toning the S2 component pretreatment and the S3 color pair, and the sealing is taken care of.
Preferably, in the whole preparation process of filling in the S5, the temperature of the paste is controlled to be 60 +/-10 ℃, and the paste needs to be rapidly molded in the whole preparation process, so that the product is kept sealed and the oil is prevented from volatilizing.
Preferably, in the filling process of S5, the material nozzle extends into the bottom of the mold for filling and filling; if the nib surface has pattern, air hole and paste material flow is not in place during filling, the exhaust hole of the mould can be properly cleaned, the temperature and air pressure of the filling machine can be adjusted in time, and the material nozzle can be cleaned.
Preferably, in the filling process of S5, 2-3kg of raw materials are dissolved together during feeding, and multiple times of cutting feeding are avoided as much as possible.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: (1) The fiber eyebrow pencil obtained by the invention has excellent stability, can keep long-term non-staining and non-makeup, has better skin feeling and skin moistening property, good safety and strong makeup-keeping capability; (2) The eyebrow pencil has better fineness, is not easy to have the problems of large particles and uneven coloring, has better filling capacity and is suitable for people with sparse eyebrows; (3) The preparation process provided by the invention is beneficial to improving the color stability of the eyebrow pencil, the processing process is simple and convenient, and the prepared eyebrow pencil has less oil volatilization.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to specific embodiments, and it should be understood that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments.

The raw materials of the fiber eyebrow pencil comprise, by mass, 6-12 parts of polyethylene wax, 4-10 parts of ozokerite, 2-5 parts of microcrystalline wax, 25-40 parts of silicone oil, 20-30 parts of film-forming agent, 2-8 parts of mica powder, 10-20 parts of toner pigment, 0.1-1.0 part of fiber, 0.15-0.50 part of phenoxyethanol, 0.1-0.3 part of caprylyl glycol, 0.1-0.3 part of vitamin acetate and the balance of additives.

Further, during the whole process of preparing and toning the S2 component pretreatment and the S3 color matching, the temperature is controlled to be 70-90 ℃, and sealing is taken care.
Further, in the whole preparation process of S5 filling, the temperature of the paste is controlled to be 60 +/-10 ℃, and the paste needs to be rapidly molded in the whole preparation process, so that the product is kept sealed, and oil is prevented from volatilizing.

The formula of the invention has the advantages that: (1) The polyethylene wax and the film-forming grease stabilizing system are used, and after the product is placed for a period of time, the sealing effect is well controlled and is relatively stable; (2) The weight percentage of the silicone oil is more than 25 percent, so that better lubricating feeling and durability are provided; (3) The eyebrow pencil contains fibers, and is further made of two fiber materials, and the mass portion of the eyebrow pencil reaches 0.1-1.0 part, so that a good eyebrow thickening effect can be provided; (4) The film forming agent is selected from synthetic materials, and 20-30 parts of the film forming agent can provide a strong bonding lasting effect; (5) Mica powder is used as a softening agent for improving and increasing the softness of the cosmetic fiber eyebrow pencil and improving the stability, and the powder comprises natural mica powder, synthetic mica powder and the like; (6) The phenoxyethanol and the caprylyl glycol can play a good role in corrosion prevention.
One skilled in the art can add these optional compounds as needed so that the addition of these ingredients does not or substantially does not affect the benefits of the fibrous eyebrow pencil of the invention.
Firstly, the formula in the prior art is definitely given, and most of the formula is raw materials such as ozokerite, beeswax, castor oil, synthetic lanolin, caprylic/capric triglyceride, mica powder, toner pigment, phenoxyethanol, caprylyl glycol, vitamin acetate and the like, the filling process temperature is controlled to be 80 +/-10 ℃, the formula is thickened and solidified by adopting waxes, the batching process is relatively simple, the temperature of the whole system is reduced to 100 ℃ after the waxes are completely melted in the formula of common vegetable wax, and the paste has small density, strong fluidity and easy filling; however, because the wax is used in the system for thickening the suspension, the melting point of the wax is generally between 45 and 110 ℃, and the wax can be changed from solid to liquid flowing along with the increase of the temperature; if the temperature is repeated, the separation of the oil wax and the toner is easily caused, the system is unstable, even delamination occurs, and the eyebrow fixing effect of the product is poor. Firstly, the temperature is stable, and compared with the eyebrow pencil in the prior art, the eyebrow pencil is lowered by about 20 ℃, and the temperature repetition can be effectively avoided, so that the eyebrow pencil has better stability and make-up fixing ability due to the processing technology compared with the eyebrow pencil in the prior art.
Under the condition that the preparation process is kept unchanged, the following invention changes the component content of the fiber eyebrow pencil and tests and observes the effect difference of the fiber eyebrow pencil relative to the eyebrow pencil in the prior art.
Example one
The raw materials of the fiber eyebrow pencil comprise, by mass, 9.3 parts of polyethylene wax, 8 parts of ozokerite, 4 parts of microcrystalline wax, 30 parts of silicone oil, 27.5 parts of a film-forming agent, 5 parts of mica powder, 15 parts of a toner pigment, 0.5 part of fiber, 0.35 part of phenoxyethanol, 0.15 part of caprylyl glycol and 0.2 part of vitamin acetate.
Example two
The raw materials of the fiber eyebrow pencil comprise, by mass, 6 parts of polyethylene wax, 4 parts of ozokerite, 5 parts of microcrystalline wax, 40 parts of silicone oil, 30 parts of a film forming agent, 2 parts of mica powder, 10 parts of toner pigment, 1.0 part of fiber, 0.50 part of phenoxyethanol, 0.3 part of caprylyl glycol, 0.3 part of vitamin acetate and the balance of additives.
EXAMPLE III
The raw materials of the fiber eyebrow pencil comprise, by mass, 12 parts of polyethylene wax, 10 parts of ozokerite, 2 parts of microcrystalline wax, 25 parts of silicone oil, 20 parts of a film-forming agent, 8 parts of mica powder, 20 parts of a toner pigment, 0.1 part of fiber, 0.15 part of phenoxyethanol, 0.3 part of caprylyl glycol, 0.1 part of vitamin acetate and the balance of an additive.
According to the first, second and third embodiments, the first, second and third products were obtained, respectively, and were subjected to efficacy tests with the components of the control group in the prior art (the components are shown in fig. 2, the manufacturing process was kept unchanged), and the fine density, filling property, skin feel and stability were subjected to trial scoring (1-5 points), respectively, to obtain fig. 3.
Therefore, the formula of the invention is obviously superior to the prior art in two points of stability and fineness, and the efficacy can be stably obtained in the formula.
Furthermore, the terms "first", "second" and "first" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of technical features indicated. Thus, a feature defined as "first" or "second" may explicitly or implicitly include one or more of that feature. Claims (9)
1. The fibrous eyebrow pencil is characterized by comprising, by mass, 6-12 parts of polyethylene wax, 4-10 parts of ozokerite, 2-5 parts of microcrystalline wax, 25-40 parts of silicone oil, 20-30 parts of a film-forming agent, 2-8 parts of mica powder, 10-20 parts of a toner pigment, 0.1-1.0 part of fiber, 0.15-0.50 part of phenoxyethanol, 0.1-0.3 part of caprylyl glycol, 0.1-0.3 part of vitamin acetate and the balance of an additive.
2. The fiber eyebrow pencil according to claim 1, wherein the raw materials comprise, by mass, 9.3 parts of polyethylene wax, 8 parts of ozokerite, 4 parts of microcrystalline wax, 30 parts of silicone oil, 27.5 parts of film-forming agent, 5 parts of mica powder, 15 parts of toner pigment, 0.5 part of fiber, 0.35 part of phenoxyethanol, 0.15 part of caprylyl glycol, 0.2 part of vitamin acetate, and the balance of additives.
3. The fibrous eyebrow pencil of claim 1, wherein the raw material additives comprise at least one of colorant, humectant, preservative, emollient, and vitamin.
4. The fiber eyebrow pencil of claim 3, wherein the selected colorants include inorganic colorants and organic colorants, and the inorganic colorants are selected from the group consisting of iron oxide, manganese violet, ultramarine blue, chromium hydroxide, ferric blue, and chromium oxide; the raw material selection of the organic colorant comprises metal salt coloring powder based on carmine, barium, strontium, calcium and aluminum; the colorant raw material also comprises a pearly-lustre sheet, the substrate of the pearly-lustre sheet is one of natural and synthetic mica powder, the pearly-lustre sheet changes the appearance color by the thickness of the coating of the pearly-lustre sheet, and the coating material is one of metal oxides and metal salts including silicon dioxide and tin oxide; the colorant raw material further includes a PET material and an aluminum salt.
5. The fiber eyebrow pencil according to claim 1, wherein the preparation process comprises the following steps:
s1, preparing raw materials in groups; the preparation raw materials are divided into four groups of ABCD, wherein each component is divided into a group A: polyethylene waxes, ozocerite, microcrystalline waxes; group B: silicone oil and film-forming agent; group C: mica powder, toner pigment; group D: fiber, phenoxyethanol, caprylyl glycol and vitamin acetate;
s2, pretreating the components; heating the component A to 80-90 ℃ to dissolve the component A for later use; mixing the components B, C and D uniformly, and passing through a three-roller machine for 2-3 times;
s3, color matching; B. after the three components C and D are processed by the machine, putting the three mixed raw materials into a material dissolving pot, heating and stirring the mixture and the component A uniformly, and adding a colorant to adjust and dye;
s4, subpackaging; after the color is confirmed, the raw materials are stirred uniformly and then are subpackaged according to 5 kg/bag;
s5, filling; s51, adjusting the temperature of the sealing and filling machine to 75 ℃, and turning on a heating switch; s52, weighing required paste, putting 2-3kg of paste and volatile oil in an additional supplement formula into a filling machine according to the proportion of 1.5%, heating and melting, and simultaneously turning on a stirring switch; s53, after the paste is completely melted, reducing the temperature to 60 +/-10 ℃, and if essence exists in the formula, adding the essence into a machine and stirring for 1-2 minutes for later use; s54, filling is started when the paste is uniformly stirred and no obvious bubbles exist, and the temperature needs to be controlled to be 60 +/-10 ℃; excess materials generated during filling need to be properly sealed, put well, returned to a core making workshop and finally adjusted for use, and the inside and the outside of the machine need to be cleaned up in time after the filling is finished.
6. The fiber eyebrow pencil of claim 5, wherein the temperature is controlled to 70-90 ℃ and sealing is performed during pretreatment of S2 component and color matching of S3 color.
7. The fiber eyebrow pencil of claim 5, wherein the temperature of the paste is controlled to 60 ± 10 ℃ during the whole process of S5 filling, and the paste is rapidly molded during the whole process to keep the product sealed and prevent oil from volatilizing.
8. The fibrous eyebrow pencil according to claim 5, wherein in the filling process of S5, the material nozzle extends into the bottom of the mold for filling during filling; if the nib surface has pattern, air hole and paste material flow is not in place during filling, the exhaust hole of the mould can be properly cleaned, the temperature and air pressure of the filling machine can be adjusted in time, and the material nozzle can be cleaned.
9. The fibrous eyebrow pencil of claim 5, wherein in the S5 filling process, 2-3kg of raw materials are melted together, so that multiple split feeding is avoided.
