Abstract
一种含联苯肼酯和乙螨唑的增效杀虫剂的制备方法,涉及农药生产技术领域。将联苯肼酯、乙螨唑和助剂、填料加入搅拌釜中混合均匀或经过研磨并混合均匀后,制成含联苯肼酯和乙螨唑的增效杀虫剂;投料时,所述联苯肼酯、乙螨唑分别占增效杀虫剂总投料质量的20%和25%。本发明既保留联苯肼酯、乙螨唑的杀虫广谱以及对害虫的防治效果好的优点,又能克服存在的缺点,降低对其它生物的毒性,增强速效性,延长持效期,扩大杀虫谱,降低成本,更加安全、高效。

技术领域
本发明涉及农药生产技术领域。
背景技术
花卉苗木和蔬菜害虫是危害花卉苗木和蔬菜生产的重要原因,近年来,虽然有相关禁止令要求避免在花卉苗木、蔬菜上使用高毒农药,但还是时有因为食用含有残留高毒农药的蔬菜引起中毒事件,特别是人们家庭中使用花卉苗木治理时因操作不专业,也常常受到高毒农药的污染。也因此,发展高效低毒、低残留的花卉苗木和蔬菜防治农药是必然的发展趋势。
联苯肼酯是一种新型选择性叶面喷雾用杀螨剂。其作用机理为对螨类的线粒体电子传递链复合体III抑制剂的独特作用。其对螨的各个生活阶段有效,具有杀卵活性和对成螨的击倒活性(48~72h)),且持效期长,持效期14d左右,推荐使用剂量范围内对作物安全。对寄生蜂、捕食螨、草蛉低风险。用于苹果和葡萄防治苹果红蜘蛛、二斑叶螨和McDaniel螨,以及观赏植物的二斑叶螨和Lewis螨。减少喷施次数,能显著增产。同时联苯肼酯的持效性较好,则速效性较差,且使用时间较长,害虫抗药性较强。
乙螨唑属于二苯基恶唑啉衍生物。抑制螨卵的胚胎形成以及从幼螨到成螨的蜕皮过程,对卵及幼螨有效,对成螨无效,但是对雌性成螨具有很好的不育作用。因此其最佳的防治时间是害螨危害初期。耐雨性强,持效期长达50天。主要防治苹果、柑橘的红蜘蛛,对棉花、花卉、蔬菜等作物的叶螨、始叶螨、全爪螨、二斑叶螨、朱砂叶螨等螨类也有卓越防效。具有活性高,击倒力强、速效等特点。可防治多种害虫,持效期相对较长,但使用成本较高。
近些年也鲜用将以上两种成份合并使用于组合农药中的,如CN 2016100405327公开的 一种含乙螨唑和联苯肼酯的增效杀螨组合物,其公开的有效成份中最佳方案为联苯肼酯为24%、乙螨唑8%。虽然该文献也公开了组合物的剂型可以为悬浮剂、水乳剂、微乳剂、水分散粒剂、可湿性粉剂、超低容量液剂、微囊悬浮剂,但是由于其采用的乙螨唑占比较少,形成的综合防效效果并不如设计的效果,如此产品如需达到防治效果,则需要加大用药量或缩短用药周期,那么反倒造成了对使用者、水土和环境的污染。
发明内容
为了达到环保、安全的目的,本发明提出一种含联苯肼酯和乙螨唑的增效杀虫剂的制备方法。
本发明技术方案是:将联苯肼酯、乙螨唑和助剂、填料加入搅拌釜中混合均匀或经过研磨并混合均匀后,制成含联苯肼酯和乙螨唑的增效杀虫剂;投料时,所述联苯肼酯、乙螨唑分别占增效杀虫剂总投料质量的20%和25%。
虽然本发明也同样采用了联苯肼酯与乙螨唑作为有效成份,但是由于本发明的各成份的占比的特殊设计,因此本发明既保留联苯肼酯、乙螨唑的杀虫广谱以及对害虫的防治效果好的优点,又能克服存在的缺点,降低对其它生物的毒性,增强速效性,延长持效期,扩大杀虫谱,降低成本,以适应对蔬菜生产农药使用的要求。
以上组合物可制成悬浮剂或可湿性粉剂。
当产品剂型为可湿性粉剂时,所述助剂由分别占增效杀虫剂总投料质量的1~20%的分散剂和1~5%的湿润剂组成;所述填料占增效杀虫剂总投料质量的28~79.95%。
当产品剂型为悬浮剂时,所述助剂由分别占增效杀虫剂总投料质量的1~15%的分散润湿剂和0.3~3%的抗冻剂、0.4~5%的增稠剂、0.3~2%的消泡剂组成;所述填料占增效杀虫剂总投料质量的28~79.95%。
本发明联苯肼酯与乙螨唑复配农药,低毒、低残留、杀虫谱广,速效和持效性好,成本低,是防治花卉苗木和蔬菜害虫较为理想农药品种。本增效杀虫组合物制成的剂型具有生产简单、高效、制剂成本低,环境兼容性好等许多优点。本杀虫组合物有别于现有的其他杀虫组合物,能够延缓抗药性的产生,达到农业增产增收和食品安全生产的目的。
具体实施方式
为了验证联苯肼酯与乙螨唑不同配比用量对蔬菜害虫的杀虫效果,进行了联苯肼酯与乙螨唑不同配比对菜青虫的室内毒力测定,按照表内重量百分比配成相应浓度,进行室内触杀杀虫试验,以测定共毒系数,现将试验结果报告如下:

上表结果表明,不同配比组成的本发明联苯肼酯与乙螨唑复配药剂共毒系数均大于100,均有明显的增效作用。
实施例1 45%联苯肼酯·乙螨唑可湿性粉剂

白炭黑(填料) 49%
按上述重量比例称取材料,在搅拌下依次加入各物料,经气流粉碎机粉碎再搅拌混合均匀后,得到产品。进行防治蔬菜菜青虫田间药效试验,药效较好,平均防效在80%以上。
下表显示了45%联苯肼酯·乙螨唑可湿性粉剂用于防治菜青虫药后7天防效(%)结果:
上表结果表明,45%联苯肼酯·乙螨唑可湿性粉剂对菜青虫有很好的杀伤作用,平均防效在85%以上。

按上述重量比例称取材料,搅拌混合均匀后,经砂磨机砂磨得到产品,,进行防治花卉苗木红蜘蛛田间药效试验。
下表为采用45%联苯肼酯·乙螨唑悬浮剂对花卉苗木红蜘蛛防效后的结果:
上表表明,45%联苯肼酯·乙螨唑悬浮剂对花卉苗木蚜虫有很好的杀伤作用,平均防效在78%以上。
Claims (3)
1.一种含联苯肼酯和乙螨唑的增效杀虫剂的制备方法,其特征在于将联苯肼酯、乙螨唑和助剂、填料加入搅拌釜中混合均匀或经过研磨并混合均匀后,制成含联苯肼酯和乙螨唑的增效杀虫剂;投料时,所述联苯肼酯、乙螨唑分别占增效杀虫剂总投料质量的20%和25%。
2.根据权利要求1所述含联苯肼酯和乙螨唑的增效杀虫剂的制备方法,其特征在于所述增效杀虫剂为可湿性粉剂,所述助剂由分别占增效杀虫剂总投料质量的1~20%的分散剂和1~5%的湿润剂组成;所述填料占增效杀虫剂总投料质量的28~79.95%。
3.根据权利要求1所述含联苯肼酯和乙螨唑的增效杀虫剂的制备方法,其特征在于所述增效杀虫剂为悬浮剂,所述助剂由分别占增效杀虫剂总投料质量的1~15%的分散润湿剂和0.3~3%的抗冻剂、0.4~5%的增稠剂、0.3~2%的消泡剂组成;所述填料占增效杀虫剂总投料质量的28~79.95%。
