一种样本处理系统、方法、控制系统及细胞图像分析装置(20、200)，涂片制备装置(10、100)制备待测样本的样本涂片，细胞图像分析装置(20、200)对由涂片制备装置(10、100)制备的样本涂片进行图像拍摄和分析，第一涂片存储装置(30、300)放置由涂片制备装置(10、100)制备的样本涂片，在涂片制备装置(10、100)制备好的样本涂片放置到第一涂片存储装置(30、300)后，通过运送装置(40、400)将放置有样本涂片的第一涂片存储装置(30、300)从涂片制备装置(10、100)处运送到细胞图像分析装置(20、200)处，并且通过运送装置(40)将第一涂片存储装置(30)从细胞图像分析装置(20)处运送到涂片制备装置(10)处，从而通过运送装置(40)实现第一涂片存储装置(30)在涂片制备装置(10)和细胞图像分析装置(20)之间的自动循环运送，减少非必要的人机交互操作，从而减少用户的工作量。
