Abstract
本发明涉及一种甲醇至烯烃的转化方法,该方法包括:使包含甲醇的原料进入流化床反应器,与催化剂接触,生成烯烃产品,其中该过程使得催化剂至少部分失活,形成至少部分失活的催化剂;使来自所述至少部分失活的催化剂的待生催化剂进入再生器再生,由此形成再生催化剂,并使来自所述再生催化剂的活化催化剂经再生催化剂管路返回所述反应器;其特征在于,在再生催化剂管路上,控制再生催化剂管路出口处的气相组分中氧气体积含量小于0.1%,优选小于0.05%,更优选小于0.01%。
