Claims (8)
1. An internet-based property management apparatus comprising an operator (1), characterized in that: the bottom end of the manipulator (1) is connected with the upper end of the installation cabinet (2), a face recognition device (4) is installed on the manipulator (1), a fingerprint extraction device (3) is installed beside the manipulator (1), the fingerprint extraction device (3) is installed at the upper end of the installation cabinet (2), a baffle (5) is arranged at the edge of the top end of the installation cabinet (2), fixing feet (6) are respectively installed at corners of the bottom end of the installation cabinet (2), and a microprocessor (7) is arranged in the manipulator (1);
the microprocessor (7) comprises a personnel management system (71), a personnel task management system (72), an area management system (73), a monitoring management system (74) and an alarm management system (75);
the personnel management system (71) is used for registering information conditions of property workers;
the personnel task management system (72) records the working condition of the property worker based on the personnel management system (71);
the region management system (73) is used for recording and managing the check-in of the user and the property cost of the resident;
the monitoring management system (74) is used for carrying out abnormal monitoring and troubleshooting on a plurality of positions in a cell through a plurality of cameras;
the alarm management system (75) performs classified alarm on the monitored abnormal data based on the monitoring management system (74).
2. The internet-based property management apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the personnel management system (71) comprises a personnel information statistic module (711), a face information input module (712), a fingerprint information input module (713) and a class-one storage module (714);
the personnel information statistical module (711) is used for recording the basic information of the staff of the property;
the face information input module (712) is used for carrying out face recognition recording on workers through an external device;
the fingerprint information input module (713) performs fingerprint identification recording on the staff through an external device;
the storage module (714) stores various types of input information based on a personnel information statistic module (711), a face information input module (712) and a fingerprint information input module (713).
3. The internet-based property management apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the personnel task management system (72) comprises a daily attendance unit (721), an attendance management unit (722) and a class II storage module (723);
the daily attendance unit (721) is used for recording attendance checking by a worker through a fingerprint and face recognition device;
the attendance management unit (722) records daily work attendance records of workers on the basis of the daily attendance unit (721);
the second-type storage module (723) stores monthly card punching records based on the attendance management unit (722).
4. The internet-based property management apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the area management system (73) comprises a check-in recording module (731), a fee management module (732), a building management module (733) and a daily management recording module (734);
the check-in recording module (731) is used for registering the resident who has checked in the cell;
the cost management module (732) records the entrance cost condition of the resident who stays in the cell based on the entrance record module (731);
the building management module (733) is used for recording the condition of each unit building;
the daily management record module (734) is used for carrying out unified management record on the public facilities in the cell.
5. The internet-based property management apparatus of claim 4, wherein: the charge management module (732) comprises a property charge management module (7321) and a utility charge management module (7322);
the property fee management module (7321) records the property fee payment condition of the check-in user based on the check-in recording module (731);
the water and electricity charge management module (7322) records the water charge and the electricity charge payment condition of the check-in user based on the check-in recording module (731).
6. The internet-based property management apparatus of claim 4, wherein: the building management module (733) comprises an elevator management module (7331) and a unit door management module (7332);
the elevator management module (7331) is used for recording the use condition and the regular maintenance condition of the elevator;
the unit door management module (7332) is used for recording daily use conditions of the electronic unit door of each unit.

The internet-based property management apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the monitoring management system (74) comprises an entrance monitoring module (741), a building monitoring module (742), a building monitoring module (743), a public facility monitoring module (744), a parking lot monitoring module (745), a fire protection monitoring module (746), an abnormality detection module (747) and a three-class storage module (748);
the entrance monitoring module (741) is used for detecting the monitoring condition that personnel enter the cell;
the building monitoring module (742) is used for detecting the monitoring condition in each unit building;
the building monitoring module (743) is used for detecting the monitoring condition among all buildings;
the public facility monitoring module (744) is used for detecting the monitoring condition of public facilities in the cell;
the parking lot monitoring module (745) is used for detecting the monitoring condition of an entrance and an exit of a parking lot in a cell;
the fire fighting monitoring module (746) is used for detecting the monitoring condition of the fire fighting facilities in each floor;
the abnormity detection module (747) extracts abnormity data of the monitored abnormal area based on the entrance monitoring module (741), the building monitoring module (742), the building monitoring module (743), the public facility monitoring module (744), the parking lot monitoring module (745) and the fire fighting monitoring module (746);
the three types of storage modules (748) store the anomaly data based on the anomaly detection module (747).
8. The internet-based property management apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the alarm management system (75) comprises an abnormal data receiving module (751), an abnormal data classifying module (752) and an alarm module (753);
the abnormal data receiving module (751) receives abnormal data based on a monitoring management system (74);
the abnormal data classification module (752) classifies the received abnormal data into classes according to the grade of the abnormal data received by the abnormal data receiving module (751), and the danger index is larger when the grade is larger;
the alarm module (753) carries out alarm processing of different degrees on the abnormal degrees of different levels based on the abnormal data classification module (752).
