For example, if the operations of the target employee on the high-level production equipment group, the medium-level production equipment group and the low-level production equipment group all reach the standard, the number of the production equipment groups which reach the standard is 3, the corresponding equipment operation evaluation index is 3, and the level of the corresponding operation capacity of the employee is 3, the employee can operate the high-level production equipment, the medium-level production equipment and the low-level production equipment; if the operation of the target employee on the middle-level production equipment and the operation of the low-level production equipment reach the standard, the number of the production equipment groups with the standard operation is 2, the corresponding equipment operation evaluation index is 2, and the level of the employee operation capability is 2, so that the employee can operate the middle-level production equipment and the low-level production equipment and can not operate the high-level production equipment; if the operation difficulty level of the target staff is that of the low-level production equipment reaches the standard, the number of the production equipment groups reaching the standard is 1, the corresponding equipment operation evaluation index is 1, and the level of the staff operation capability is 1, the staff can operate the low-level production equipment and cannot operate the high-level production equipment and the medium-level production equipment. The grade of the operation capacity is 3 grade which is the highest grade, the grade of the operation capacity is 1 grade which is the lowest grade, and after the highest operation difficulty grade in the production equipment which can be operated by the staff is determined, the production equipment which can be operated by the staff and has the operation difficulty grade lower than the highest operation difficulty grade is determined, but the production equipment which has the operation difficulty grade higher than the highest operation difficulty grade cannot be operated by the staff. It can be understood that the level of the operation difficulty of the production equipment and the level of the operation capability of the staff can be performed according to the actual requirement, and the number of the levels is not limited herein.
Therefore, in this example, the number of the production devices of which the operation reaches the standard is calculated, so that the operation capability of the target staff is judged quickly and accurately, and the number of the production devices of which the operation reaches the standard is determined according to the yield and the production efficiency standard-reaching rate of the production batches completed by the operation of the target staff on the production devices, so that the accuracy of the judgment result is further improved, and the reliability of the result for judging the operation capability of the target staff is improved.
In a possible example, the determining the level of the operation capability of the target employee according to the determination result includes: obtaining the determination result of the target employee; determining the highest operation difficulty level in the plurality of production equipment groups which meet the operation standards of the target staff in the determination result; and determining the grade of the operation capacity of the target employee according to the highest operation difficulty grade.
In the specific implementation, the target employee can operate the production equipment with the operation difficulty level or less, after the determination result of the target employee is obtained, the determination result is analyzed, the production equipment group with the operation reaching the standard in the plurality of production equipment groups operated by the target employee is determined, the level corresponding to the production equipment group with the operation reaching the standard is extracted, the highest operation difficulty level is determined, and the operation capacity level of the target employee can be determined according to the highest operation difficulty level. For example, the production equipment group corresponding to the target employee includes: the high-level production equipment group, the medium-level production equipment group and the low-level production equipment group, and the determination result corresponding to the target employee comprises the following steps: the operation does not meet when the target employee operates the production equipment in the high-level production equipment group, the operation meets when the target employee operates the production equipment in the medium-level production equipment group, and the operation meets when the target employee operates the production equipment in the low-level production equipment group. Therefore, the highest operation difficulty grade of the corresponding production equipment group is determined to be the middle grade when the operation result of the target staff reaches the standard. And determining the capability level of the target employee according to the preset corresponding relation between the operation difficulty level of the production equipment group and the operation capability level of the employee. For example, if the highest level in the production equipment group that the employee operation meets the standard is high level, the level of the employee operation capability is 3 level, and the target employee can operate the production equipment with high level, the production equipment with medium level and the production equipment with low level; if the highest grade in the production equipment group with the standard operation of the staff is a middle grade, the grade of the operation capacity of the staff is a grade 2, and the target staff can operate production equipment with a middle grade and low grade production equipment; if the highest grade in the production equipment group with the standard operation of the staff is low grade, the grade of the operation capacity of the staff is 1 grade, and the target staff can operate the production equipment with the low-grade operation difficulty grade. And according to the corresponding relation between the operation difficulty grade of the production equipment group and the employee operation capability grade, the grade of the operation capability of the target employee is grade 2. It can be understood that the operation difficulty level of the production equipment and the operation capability level of the staff can be performed according to actual requirements, and the operation is not limited herein.
As can be seen, in this example, the operation capability of the target employee is determined according to the determination result of the target employee, so that the determination result is accurate, and the reliability of the result of determining the operation capability of the target employee is improved.
In a possible example, the determining, according to the information, a yield corresponding to each of a plurality of production equipment groups includes: acquiring the total number of finished production batches processed by each production equipment group in the information; acquiring the number of the production batches marked as equipment abnormity corresponding to the production equipment group; subtracting the total number by the number of production lots marked as equipment abnormality to obtain a third number; acquiring the first quantity of production batches with the quality reaching the preset quality corresponding to the production equipment group; and acquiring the ratio of the first quantity to the third quantity, wherein the ratio is the value of the yield.
In specific implementation, when a production device fails, the quality of a product produced by the operation of the production device by an employee is caused, so that the judgment of the operation capability level of a target employee is influenced. The server detects whether the production batches have corresponding equipment fault marks or not, if yes, the number of the production batches marked as equipment abnormity is counted, the total number of the production batches processed by the production equipment group is subtracted by the number of the production batches marked as equipment abnormity to obtain a third number, the first number of the production batches with the quality reaching the preset quality is obtained, and the first number is divided by the third number to determine the yield. The specific process of judging whether the product quality of the production batch reaches the preset quality can be as follows: and intercepting data of the middle-section products of each production batch, and if the data are within a preset parameter range, judging that the product quality of the production batch reaches preset quality.
In a possible example, the yield corresponding to the employee operating each production device in the production device group is respectively obtained, whether the yield corresponding to the production device is seriously smaller than a preset yield is judged, for example, the preset yield is 95%, 95% of production batches produced by the production device are required to be qualified, when the yield corresponding to the production device is 90%, the yield is seriously smaller than the preset yield, the quality of the produced product is proved to be seriously unqualified, and the yields corresponding to the production batches produced by the employee operating other production devices of the same class are obtained to be 95%, the possibility that the production device produced by the employee in the production batch is abnormal is proved, so that the production batch produced by the employee operating the production device is obtained, information such as the starting time of processing in each production batch generates an abnormal reminding message, and the abnormal reminding message is sent to the terminal device, the abnormal reminding message is used for reminding the administrator to determine whether the production batch corresponding to the production device is abnormal, and the number of the production batch produced by the employee is obtained when the abnormal device.
Therefore, in the example, the influence of the reasons such as equipment abnormity on the yield of the staff is automatically eliminated, so that the accuracy of the determined yield is improved, and the accuracy of the judgment result is improved.
In one possible example, the determining, according to the information, a production efficiency achievement rate corresponding to each of the plurality of production equipment groups includes: acquiring the total number of finished production batches processed by each production equipment group according to the information; acquiring the processing time length of each production batch corresponding to each production equipment group according to the information; comparing the processing time length of each production batch corresponding to the production equipment group with a preset processing time length to obtain a fourth number of production batches of which the processing time lengths corresponding to the production equipment group are smaller than the preset processing time length; and acquiring the ratio of the fourth quantity to the total quantity, wherein the ratio is the production efficiency standard reaching rate corresponding to the production equipment group.
In the specific implementation, the processing time length used by each production batch produced by each production device in the production device group is obtained according to the information of the production work orders, whether the processing time length of each production batch exceeds the preset processing time length or not is judged, if yes, the processing efficiency of the production batch is judged to be unqualified, if not, the processing efficiency of the production batch is judged to be qualified, after the judgment of each production batch in the production device group is completed, the fourth number of the production batches with qualified production efficiency in the production device group is counted, and the value of the fourth number divided by the total number is the value of the production efficiency standard-reaching rate of the production device group.
Therefore, in the example, the operation capacity of the target staff is judged by combining the efficiency of the target staff operating the production equipment, and the accuracy of the judgment result is improved.
In one possible example, the determining, according to the information, a production efficiency achievement rate corresponding to each of the plurality of production equipment groups includes: acquiring the total number of finished production batches processed by each production equipment group in the information; acquiring the number of production batches marked as equipment abnormity corresponding to the production equipment group; subtracting the total number by the number of production lots marked as equipment abnormal to obtain a fifth number; acquiring the processing time length of each production batch corresponding to each production equipment group according to the information; comparing the processing time length of the production batches corresponding to the production equipment group with a preset processing time length to obtain a sixth number of the production batches of which the processing time length corresponding to the production equipment group is less than the preset processing time length; and acquiring the ratio of the sixth quantity to the fifth quantity, wherein the ratio is the production efficiency standard reaching rate corresponding to the production equipment group.
In specific implementation, when the production equipment fails, the quality of products produced by the production equipment operated by the staff is caused, so that the judgment on the operation capability level of the target staff is influenced, when the production efficiency achievement rate corresponding to each production equipment group is determined, the number of the production batches marked as equipment abnormity is required to be marked, the total number of the production batches processed and completed by the production equipment group is subtracted by the number of the production batches marked as equipment abnormity to obtain a fifth number, a second number of the production batches with the processing duration shorter than the preset processing duration is obtained, and the value of the production efficiency achievement rate is obtained by dividing the second number by the value of the fifth number.
Therefore, in the example, the influence of reasons such as equipment abnormity on the good product rate of the staff is eliminated, and the accuracy of the good product rate is improved, so that the accuracy of the judgment result is improved.
In a possible example, before the step of obtaining the multiple production work orders of the target employees, obtaining the multiple production work orders of different employees, respectively sending the production work orders of different employees to different employees and managers corresponding to the employees, and after the verification of the production work orders is obtained, storing the production work orders in different block chain nodes to ensure the authenticity of the information of the production work orders corresponding to the employees. And after receiving the indication message, the server executes a step of acquiring a plurality of production worksheets of the target staff according to the indication message, wherein the indication message is used for indicating the server to acquire the plurality of production worksheets of the target staff. The reliability and traceability of data are guaranteed.
In one possible example, the server in the present solution is applied to a server-terminal device system, and the terminal device may be a mobile phone, a computer, a smart watch, a wireless terminal in industrial control, and the like. Specifically, the terminal device sends an instruction message to the server, where the instruction message is used to instruct the server to obtain a plurality of production work orders of the target employee, and to determine the operation capability of the target employee according to the plurality of production work orders. And after receiving the feedback message of the server, the terminal equipment displays the content of the feedback message on a display screen for the user to look up.
The embodiment of the application provides a device for determining the operation capacity of an employee, and the device for determining the operation capacity of the employee can be an electronic device. Specifically, the device for determining the operation capability of the employee is used for executing the steps executed by the method for determining the operation capability of the employee. The determining device provided by the embodiment of the application may include modules corresponding to the corresponding steps.
In the embodiment of the present application, the determination apparatus for employee operation capability may be divided into function modules according to the method example, for example, each function module may be divided corresponding to each function, or two or more functions may be integrated into one processing module. The integrated module can be realized in a hardware mode, and can also be realized in a software functional module mode. The division of the modules in the embodiment of the present application is schematic, and is only a logic function division, and there may be another division manner in actual implementation.
In the case of dividing each function module according to each function, please refer to fig. 4, where fig. 4 is a functional unit composition block diagram of an apparatus for determining employee operation capability according to an embodiment of the present application.
An employee operational capability determination apparatus comprising:
an obtaining unit 410, configured to obtain information in a plurality of production work orders of a target employee, where each production work order includes an operation difficulty level of a production device operated by the target employee and a number of production batches processed by the target employee through the production device;
a first determining unit 420, configured to determine, according to the information, a yield corresponding to each of a plurality of production equipment groups, where the production equipment groups are a set of production equipment classified according to operation difficulty levels by the production equipment in the plurality of production work orders, the yield is obtained according to a first quantity and a total quantity, the first quantity is a quantity of production batches whose quality corresponding to the production equipment groups reaches a preset quality, and the total quantity is a total quantity of the production batches corresponding to the production equipment groups;
a second determining unit 430, configured to determine, according to the information, a production efficiency achievement rate corresponding to each of the multiple production equipment groups, where the production efficiency achievement rate is obtained according to a second number and the total number, and the second number is the number of the production batches with the processing time length smaller than a preset processing time length;
a third determining unit 440, configured to determine, according to the good product rate and the production efficiency standard reaching rate corresponding to each of the multiple production equipment groups, a production equipment group that the operation of the target employee reaches the standard, and obtain a determination result;
and the judging unit 450 is configured to judge the level of the operation capability of the target employee according to the determination result.
In a possible example, the third determining unit 440 is specifically configured to determine the yield and a preset yield corresponding to each of the multiple production equipment groups, and determine the production efficiency achievement rate and a preset production efficiency achievement rate; and if the good product rate is greater than the preset good product rate and the production efficiency standard-reaching rate is greater than the preset production efficiency standard-reaching rate, determining that the operation of the target staff is up to standard when operating the production equipment of the production equipment group, and generating the determination result.
In a possible example, the judging unit 450 is specifically configured to obtain the determination result of the target employee; determining the number of the production equipment groups which reach the standard when the target staff operate in the determination result; and determining the level of the operation capacity of the target staff according to the number of the production equipment groups which reach the operation standard of the target staff.
In a possible example, the determining unit 450 is specifically configured to obtain the determination result of the target employee; determining the highest operation difficulty level in the plurality of production equipment groups which meet the operation standards of the target staff in the determination result; and determining the grade of the operation capacity of the target employee according to the highest operation difficulty grade.
In a possible example, the first determining unit 420 is specifically configured to: acquiring the total number of finished production batches processed by each production equipment group in the information; acquiring the number of the production batches marked as equipment abnormity corresponding to the production equipment group; subtracting the total number by the number of production lots marked as equipment abnormal to obtain a third number; acquiring the first quantity of production batches with the quality reaching the preset quality corresponding to the production equipment group; and acquiring a ratio of the first quantity to the third quantity, wherein the ratio is the value of the yield.

Claims (10)
1. A method for determining the operation capacity of an employee is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring information in a plurality of production work orders of target employees, wherein each production work order comprises an operation difficulty level of production equipment operated by the target employees and the number of production batches processed and finished by the target employees through the production equipment;
determining a yield corresponding to each production equipment group in a plurality of production equipment groups according to the information, wherein the production equipment groups are a set of production equipment which is divided by the production equipment in the plurality of production work orders according to operation difficulty grades, the yield is obtained according to a first quantity and a total quantity, the first quantity is the quantity of production batches with quality reaching a preset quality corresponding to the production equipment groups, and the total quantity is the total quantity of the production batches corresponding to the production equipment groups; determining a production efficiency achievement rate corresponding to each production equipment group in the plurality of production equipment groups according to the information, wherein the production efficiency achievement rate is obtained according to a second number and the total number, and the second number is the number of production batches with processing time length smaller than preset processing time length;
determining the production equipment group which meets the operation standard of the target staff according to the yield corresponding to each production equipment group in the plurality of production equipment groups and the production efficiency standard-meeting rate, and obtaining a determination result; and judging the level of the operation capacity of the target employee according to the determination result.

The method for determining the operational capability of the employee according to claim 1, wherein the determining, according to the yield and the production efficiency achievement rate corresponding to each of the plurality of production equipment groups, the production equipment group that the target employee is up to operational standard, and obtaining a determination result includes: judging the corresponding non-defective product rate and preset non-defective product rate of each production equipment group in the plurality of production equipment groups, and judging the standard reaching rate of the production efficiency and the preset standard reaching rate of the production efficiency;
and if the yield is greater than the preset yield and the production efficiency standard-reaching rate is greater than the preset production efficiency standard-reaching rate, determining that the operation of the target staff is up to standard when operating the production equipment of the production equipment group, and generating the determination result.
3. The method for determining the operational capability of the employee according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the determining the level of the operational capability of the target employee according to the determination result includes:
obtaining the determination result of the target employee;
determining the number of the production equipment groups which meet the operation standards of the target staff in the determination result; and determining the level of the operation capacity of the target staff according to the number of the production equipment groups which reach the operation standard of the target staff.
4. The method for determining the operational capability of the employee according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the determining the level of the operational capability of the target employee according to the determination result includes:
obtaining the determination result of the target employee; determining the highest operation difficulty level in the plurality of production equipment groups which meet the operation standards of the target staff in the determination result; and determining the grade of the operation capacity of the target employee according to the highest operation difficulty grade.
5. The method for determining the operational capability of the staff member according to any one of the claims 1 to 4, wherein the determining the yield corresponding to each of the plurality of production equipment groups according to the information comprises:
acquiring the total number of finished production batches processed by each production equipment group in the information;
acquiring the number of production batches marked as equipment abnormity corresponding to the production equipment group;
subtracting the total number by the number of production lots marked as equipment abnormality to obtain a third number;
acquiring the first quantity of production batches with the quality reaching the preset quality corresponding to the production equipment group;
and acquiring the ratio of the first quantity to the third quantity, wherein the ratio is the value of the yield.
6. The method for determining the operational capability of the employee according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the determining the production efficiency achievement rate corresponding to each of the plurality of production equipment groups according to the information includes:
acquiring the total number of finished production batches processed by each production equipment group according to the information;
acquiring the processing time length of each production batch corresponding to each production equipment group according to the information;
comparing the processing time length of each production batch corresponding to the production equipment group with a preset processing time length to obtain a fourth number of production batches of which the processing time length corresponding to the production equipment group is less than the preset processing time length;
and acquiring the ratio of the fourth quantity to the total quantity, wherein the ratio is the production efficiency standard reaching rate corresponding to the production equipment group.
7. The method for determining the operational capability of the staff member according to any one of the claims 1 to 4, wherein the determining the production efficiency achievement rate corresponding to each of the plurality of production equipment groups according to the information comprises:
acquiring the total number of finished production batches processed by each production equipment group in the information;
acquiring the number of the production batches marked as equipment abnormity corresponding to the production equipment group;
subtracting the total number by the number of production lots marked as equipment abnormal to obtain a fifth number;
acquiring the processing time length of each production batch corresponding to each production equipment group according to the information;
comparing the processing time length of the production batch corresponding to the production equipment group with a preset processing time length to obtain a sixth number of the production batches of which the processing time length corresponding to the production equipment group is less than the preset processing time length;
and acquiring the ratio of the sixth quantity to the fifth quantity, wherein the ratio is the production efficiency standard reaching rate corresponding to the production equipment group.
8. An apparatus for determining an operational capability of an employee, comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition unit, a processing unit and a processing unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring information in a plurality of production work orders of target employees, and each production work order comprises an operation difficulty level of production equipment operated by the target employees and the number of production batches processed and finished by the target employees through the production equipment;
a first determining unit, configured to determine, according to the information, a yield corresponding to each of a plurality of production equipment groups, where the production equipment groups are a set of production equipment classified by the production equipment in the plurality of production work orders according to operation difficulty levels, the yield is obtained according to a first number and a total number, the first number is a number of production batches whose quality corresponding to the production equipment group reaches a preset quality, and the total number is a total number of the production batches corresponding to the production equipment group;
a second determining unit, configured to determine, according to the information, a production efficiency achievement rate corresponding to each of the multiple production equipment groups, where the production efficiency achievement rate is obtained according to a second number and the total number, and the second number is a number of production batches with a processing duration smaller than a preset processing duration;
a third determining unit, configured to determine, according to the yield and the production efficiency achievement rate corresponding to each of the multiple production equipment groups, a production equipment group that the operation of the target employee reaches the standard, and obtain a determination result;
and the judging unit is used for judging the level of the operation capacity of the target employee according to the determining result.
