In the embodiment of the invention, a server can issue task data (such as photos to be reviewed or articles to be classified) for an organization on a task issuing interface, a terminal user can process the task data according to a personal good field after receiving the task data, the server can audit the received processing result of the terminal user on the task data and update the grade value of the terminal user according to the audit result, and if the audit result conforms to the regulation, the grade value can be added to the terminal user; if the audit result does not meet the specification, the grade value can be reduced for the terminal user.
The following describes a data processing method, an apparatus, a server, and a storage medium according to embodiments of the present invention in detail.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a data processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method may include the following steps.
And S101, publishing the data to be processed on a task publishing interface.
In the embodiment of the invention, the server can release the data to be processed on the task release interface, so that the user can process the processed data.
It should be noted that the to-be-processed data may be test data or formal data, the test data may refer to data for testing a basic level of the user processing data, the formal data may be task data (for example, a photo to be reviewed or an article to be classified) published by a company or an organization through the task publishing interface, in addition, in general, the server stores standard annotation information of the test data, and the server may compare annotation information set for the formal data by a plurality of users to obtain the standard annotation information. The official data or test data may be news data, examination paper data, or article writing data.
The task publishing interface may be an interface of an application, a website interface, or the like.
S102, receiving user marking information of the data to be processed, wherein the user marking information is associated with a user identifier.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the server may receive the user tagging information for the to-be-processed data, where the user tagging information is associated with the user identifier, so that the level value may be updated for the user identifier according to the user tagging information.
It should be noted that, in order to distinguish that the user markup information is set by a certain user, the server may associate the markup information with a user identifier, where the user identifier may uniquely indicate an identity of the user, the user identifier may be an account number of the user logging in the task publishing interface, and the account number may be one or a combination of a number, a chinese character, or a letter.
The user annotation information may be label information set for data to be processed (e.g., a news article), annotation information for correcting the data to be processed (e.g., correcting article writing data), or annotation information for reviewing the data to be processed (e.g., reviewing examination paper data).
S103, analyzing the user annotation information to judge whether the user annotation information is compliance information, if so, executing step S104, otherwise, executing step S105.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the server may analyze the user tagging information to determine whether the user tagging information is compliance information or abnormal information, and further determine whether to increase a level value for the user identifier or decrease the level value for the user identifier.
It should be noted that, the compliance information means that the user annotation information conforms to the rule for processing the data to be processed, that is, the matching degree between the user annotation information and the standard annotation information of the data to be processed is greater than a certain threshold; the abnormal information means that the user annotation information does not meet the specification of processing the data to be processed, that is, the matching degree between the user annotation information and the standard annotation information of the data to be processed is smaller than a certain threshold.
As an alternative embodiment, a specific manner in which the server executes step S103 may include: and obtaining standard marking information of the data to be processed, comparing the user marking information with the standard marking information, and determining the user marking information as compliance information when the matching degree of the user marking information and the standard marking information is greater than or equal to a first preset threshold value, otherwise, determining the user marking information as abnormal information.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the server may compare the standard annotation information of the data to be processed with the user annotation information to determine whether the user annotation information is compliance information. That is, the server may obtain the standard annotation information of the data to be processed, compare the user annotation information with the standard annotation information, determine the user annotation information as compliance information when the matching degree of the user annotation information and the standard annotation information is greater than or equal to a first preset threshold, and determine the user annotation information as abnormal information when the matching degree of the user annotation information and the standard annotation information is less than the first preset threshold.
It should be noted that the first preset threshold may be set according to a data type of the data to be processed, for example, a lower threshold may be set for the data type test data, and a higher threshold may be set for the data type being formal data; the importance level of the data to be processed may also be set, for example, the higher the level is, the larger the first preset threshold is set, and the first preset threshold may also be a fixed value (e.g. 60%).
As an optional embodiment, the specific manner of obtaining the standard annotation information of the data to be processed may include: when the data to be processed is of a first data type, searching standard marking information of the data to be processed from a preset database; and when the data to be processed is of the second data type, obtaining labeling information which is reported by a plurality of terminals and is obtained by labeling the data to be processed, and determining standard labeling information of the data to be processed according to the obtained labeling information.
In the embodiment of the present invention, since the database in the server stores the standard annotation information of the first data type, when the data to be processed is of the first data type, the server may search the standard annotation information of the data to be processed from the preset database. When the data to be processed is of the second data type, the server may obtain labeling information obtained by labeling the data to be processed, which is reported by the plurality of terminals, and determine standard labeling information of the data to be processed according to the obtained labeling information, so that whether the user labeling information is compliance information or not can be determined according to the standard labeling information of the data to be processed.
It should be noted that the first data type may refer to test data, and the second data type may refer to official data.
For example, if the first predetermined threshold is 60%, the to-be-processed data is of a first data type, i.e., test data (e.g., news data), the standard label information of the to-be-processed data stored in the server is political, foreign, or united states, and if the user label information is political, foreign, or united kingdom. The server can compare the user label information with the standard label information, can determine that the matching degree of the user label information and the standard label information is 66.7%, can determine that the user label information is compliant information because the matching degree of the user label information and the standard label information is greater than a first preset threshold value, can determine that the matching degree of the user label information and the standard label information is 33.3% if the label information associated with the user identifier is entertainment information, foreign countries and germany, and can determine that the user label information is abnormal information because the matching degree of the user label information and the standard label information is less than the first preset threshold value.
For example, assuming that the first preset threshold is 70% and the data to be processed is of the second data type, i.e. formal data (e.g. literature copy data), the server may obtain annotation information obtained by annotating the data to be processed reported by a plurality of terminals, where 90% of the obtained annotation information includes poetry and clearage, and 10% of the obtained annotation information includes novels and clearage, the server may determine standard annotation information of the data to be processed according to the obtained annotation information, where the standard annotation information may include poetry and clearage, and if the user annotation information includes poetry and clearage, the user annotation information and the standard annotation information may be compared, and it is determined that the matching degree of the user annotation information and the standard annotation information is 100%, because the matching degree of the user annotation information and the standard annotation information is greater than the second preset threshold, the user annotation information can be determined as compliance information; if the user marking information comprises history and generation, the user marking information is compared with the standard marking information, the matching degree of the user marking information and the standard marking information is determined to be 50%, and the user marking information can be determined to be abnormal information because the matching degree of the user marking information and the standard marking information is smaller than a first preset threshold value.
And S104, increasing a grade numerical value for the user identification according to a first rule.
In the embodiment of the present invention, if the user annotation information is analyzed and determined as compliance information, the server may increase a ranking value for the user identifier according to the first rule, so that the user may be encouraged to process more data to be processed.
It should be noted that, the fact that the user annotation information is analyzed and determined as the compliance information may mean that the matching degree of the user annotation information and the standard annotation information is greater than or equal to a preset matching degree value.
It should be noted that the first rule may be set according to the matching degree value, or may be set according to the type of the data to be processed and the matching degree value.
As an alternative embodiment, a specific manner for the server to execute step S104 may include: if the user marking information is analyzed and determined to be compliance information, determining the data type of the data to be processed, if the data to be processed is determined to be a first data type, increasing a grade numerical value for the user identifier according to a first numerical value indicated in the first rule, and if the data to be processed is determined to be a second data type, increasing a grade numerical value for the user identifier according to a second numerical value indicated in the first rule, wherein the second numerical value is different from the first numerical value.
For example, if the user annotation information is analyzed and determined to be compliance information, the server may determine, according to whether the standard annotation information of the to-be-processed data is stored in the database, whether the data type of the to-be-processed data is determined, that is, the standard annotation information of the to-be-processed data exists in the database, may determine that the to-be-processed data is of the first data type, and add a ranking value to the user identifier according to a first value (e.g., 12) indicated in the first rule, and if the standard annotation information of the to-be-processed data does not exist in the database, may determine that the to-be-processed data is of the second data type, add a ranking value to the user identifier according to a second value (e.g., 10) indicated in the first rule.
In the embodiment of the present invention, if the user annotation information is analyzed and determined to be compliance information, the server may set a rating value for the user identifier according to the data type of the data to be processed. That is, if the user annotation information is analyzed and determined to be compliance information, the server may determine the data type of the data to be processed, if it is determined that the data to be processed is a first data type, increase a rating value for the user identifier according to a first value indicated in the first rule, and if it is determined that the data to be processed is a second data type, increase a rating value for the user identifier according to a second value indicated in the first rule, where the second value is different from the first value.
It should be noted that the first data type may refer to test data, and the second data type may refer to official data.
It should be noted that the second value is different from the first value, the first value may be greater than the second value, and the first value may be smaller than the second value, which is not limited in the present invention.
And S105, according to a second rule, reducing the grade value for the user identification.
In the embodiment of the present invention, if the user annotation information is analyzed and determined to be abnormal information, the server may identify, according to the second rule, a reduction level value for the user, so as to prompt the user to process the data to be processed more seriously.
It should be noted that, the fact that the user annotation information is analyzed and determined as abnormal information may mean that the matching degree of the user annotation information and the standard annotation information is smaller than a preset matching degree value.
It should be noted that the second rule may be set according to the matching degree value, or may be set according to the type of the data to be processed and the matching degree value.
As an alternative implementation, a specific manner in which the server performs step S104 may include: if the user marking information is analyzed and determined to be abnormal information, determining the data type of the data to be processed, if the data to be processed is determined to be the first data type, reducing the grade value for the user identifier according to a third numerical value indicated in the second rule, if the data to be processed is determined to be the second data type, reducing the grade value for the user identifier according to a fourth numerical value indicated in the second rule, wherein the fourth numerical value is different from the third numerical value.
For example, if the user annotation information is analyzed and determined to be abnormal information, the server may determine the data type of the data to be processed, identify a decreasing level value for the user according to a third value (e.g., 18) indicated in the second rule if the data to be processed is determined to be the first data type, and identify a decreasing level value for the user according to a fourth value (e.g., 15) indicated in the second rule if the data to be processed is determined to be the second data type.
In the embodiment of the present invention, if the user annotation information is analyzed and determined to be abnormal information, the server may set a reduction level value for the user identifier according to the data type of the data to be processed. If the user marking information is analyzed and determined to be abnormal information, determining the data type of the data to be processed, if the data to be processed is determined to be the first data type, reducing the grade value for the user identifier according to a third numerical value indicated in the second rule, and if the data to be processed is determined to be the second data type, reducing the grade value for the user identifier according to a fourth numerical value indicated in the second rule, wherein the fourth numerical value is different from the third numerical value.
It should be noted that the third value is different from the fourth value, the third value may be greater than the fourth value, and the third value may be smaller than the fourth value, which is not limited in the present invention.
It should be noted that the first numerical value and the third numerical value may be the same or different, and the second numerical value and the fourth numerical value may be the same or different, which is not limited in the present invention.
As an optional embodiment, if the user annotation information is analyzed and determined to be compliance information, determining whether the current level value of the user identifier is greater than a second preset threshold; if so, increasing the grade value for the user identifier according to the fifth value indicated by the first rule, otherwise, increasing the grade value for the user identifier according to the sixth value indicated by the first rule.
For example, if the third predetermined threshold is 100, if the user label information is analyzed and determined to be compliant information and the current level value of the user identifier (the current level value is 120) is greater than the second predetermined threshold, the user identifier may be incremented by a level value according to a fifth value (the fifth value is 6) indicated in the first rule, and if the current level value is 90, the user identifier may be incremented by a sixth value (the sixth value is 8) indicated in the first rule.
It should be noted that the fifth value may be different from the sixth value, and the fifth value may be smaller than the sixth value.
In the embodiment of the invention, if the user marking information is analyzed and determined to be the compliance information, the server can add different grade values to the user identifier through the current grade value of the user identifier. Specifically, if the user annotation information is analyzed and determined to be compliance information, the server may determine whether the current level value of the user identifier is greater than a third preset threshold; if so, increasing the grade value for the user identifier according to the fifth value indicated by the first rule, otherwise, increasing the grade value for the user identifier according to the sixth value indicated by the first rule.
As an optional embodiment, if the user tagging information is analyzed and determined to be abnormal information, determining whether the current level value of the user identifier is greater than a third preset threshold; if so, reducing the grade numerical value for the user identifier according to a seventh numerical value indicated by the second rule, otherwise, reducing the grade numerical value for the user identifier according to an eighth numerical value indicated by the first rule.
For example, if the third predetermined threshold is 100, if the user tag information is analyzed and determined as abnormal information and the current level value of the user identifier (the current level value is 150) is greater than the third predetermined threshold, the seventh value (the seventh value is 18) indicated in the second rule may be the user identifier reduction level value, and if the current level value is 90, the eighth value (the eighth value is 15) indicated in the second rule may be the user identifier reduction level value.
In the embodiment of the invention, if the user marking information is analyzed and determined to be abnormal information, the server can reduce different grade values for the user identifier through the current grade value of the user identifier. Specifically, if the user tagging information is analyzed and determined to be abnormal information, the server may determine whether the current level value of the user identifier is greater than a third preset threshold; if so, reducing the grade numerical value for the user identifier according to a seventh numerical value indicated by the second rule, otherwise, reducing the grade numerical value for the user identifier according to an eighth numerical value indicated by the first rule, so that the grade numerical value can be reduced according to the current grade numerical value of the user identifier.
It should be noted that the seventh value may be different from the eighth value, and the seventh value may be smaller than the eighth value.
It should be noted that the fifth numerical value and the seventh numerical value may be the same or different, and the sixth numerical value and the eighth numerical value may be the same or different.
It should be noted that the first numerical value may be the same as one of the fifth numerical value and the sixth numerical value, or may be different from both the fifth numerical value and the sixth numerical value, and on the premise that the second numerical value is different from the first numerical value, the second numerical value may also be the same as one of the fifth numerical value and the sixth numerical value, or may be different from both the fifth numerical value and the sixth numerical value, for example, if the first numerical value may be the same as the fifth numerical value, the second numerical value may be the same as the sixth numerical value.
The third value may be the same as one of the seventh value and the eighth value, or may be different from both the seventh value and the eighth value, and the fourth value may be the same as one of the seventh value and the eighth value, or may be different from both the seventh value and the eighth value, on the premise that the fourth value is different from the third value.
As an alternative embodiment, when the current level value of the ue is within the preset value range, the level value of the ue is increased according to a third rule.
For example, the server may determine that the current ranking value of the ue is within the preset value range, and may increase the ranking value of the ue by a value (e.g., 5) indicated by the third rule, where the current ranking value of the ue is-8 and the first value range is [ -100, 0 ].
In this embodiment of the present invention, before the server performs step S101 or after the server performs any one of steps S101 to S105, it may be detected whether the current level value of the user identifier is within a preset value range, and when it is detected that the current level value of the user identifier is within the preset value range, the server may increase the level value of the user identifier according to a third rule, so as to prevent the level value of the user identifier from being at a lower value.
As an alternative, the server may set an initial rating value for the user id, such as 30 for the user id.
In the embodiment of the invention, the server can analyze the user marking information of the data to be processed, if the user marking information is analyzed and determined to be the compliance information with higher accuracy, the level numerical value is increased for the user identifier according to the first rule, if the user marking information is analyzed and determined to be the abnormal information with lower accuracy, the level numerical value is reduced for the user identifier according to the second rule, and a reasonable level setting mechanism can be provided based on the marking information of the data to be processed by the user so as to accurately measure the quality of the data processed by the user.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a data processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method may include the following steps.
S201, publishing the data to be processed on a task publishing interface.
S202, receiving user marking information of the data to be processed, wherein the user marking information is associated with a user identifier.
And S203, when the data to be processed comprises the first type of data, searching the standard marking information of the data to be processed from a preset database.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the data to be processed includes the first type of data, since the server stores the first standard annotation information of the data to be processed, the server may search the standard annotation information of the data to be processed from a preset database, so that the user annotation information may be compared with the first standard annotation information.
It should be noted that the preset database may include standard annotation information of the data to be processed, and the database may also include other data.
S204, comparing the user annotation information with the standard annotation information to determine whether the matching degree of the user annotation information and the standard annotation information is greater than or equal to a first preset threshold, if so, performing step S205, otherwise, performing step S206.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the server may compare the user tagging information with the standard tagging information, determine the user tagging information as compliance information when the matching degree of the user tagging information and the standard tagging information is greater than or equal to a first preset threshold, and otherwise determine the user tagging information as abnormal information, so as to determine whether to increase a level numerical value for the user identifier or decrease the level numerical value for the user identifier according to the comparison result.
For example, if the first predetermined threshold is 60%, the first type of data is test data (e.g., news data), the standard label information of the to-be-processed data stored in the server is political affairs, foreign country, and united states, and if the user label information is political affairs, foreign country, and united kingdom.
And S205, increasing a grade numerical value for the user identifier according to the first numerical value indicated in the first rule.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the user annotation information is determined to be compliance information, the server may add a ranking value to the user identifier according to the first value indicated in the first rule.
S206, according to the third numerical value indicated in the second rule, the grade reduction numerical value is identified for the user.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the user tagging information is determined to be abnormal information, the server may decrease the level value for the user identifier according to a third value indicated in the second rule.
For example, when the data to be processed includes the first type of data, if the user annotation information is analyzed and determined to be compliant information, a ranking value is increased for the user identifier according to a first value (e.g., the first value is 12) indicated in a first rule, and if the user annotation information is analyzed and determined to be abnormal information, a ranking value is decreased for the user identifier according to a third value (e.g., the third value is 18) indicated in a second rule.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the data to be processed is of the first data type, the server may search the standard annotation information of the data to be processed from the preset database, determine whether the user annotation information is compliant information according to the standard information, increase a rating value for the user identifier when determining that the user annotation information is compliant information, that is, when the accuracy of the user annotation information is high (for example, higher than 60%), decrease the rating value for the user identifier when determining that the user annotation information is abnormal information, that is, when the accuracy of the user annotation information is low (for example, lower than 60%), and provide a reasonable rating setting mechanism based on the annotation information of the data to be processed by the user to accurately balance the quality of the data processed by the user.
