As shown in fig. 3, the method for switching the playing page of the present embodiment includes the following steps S310 to S330:
step S310, a first playing page of the first video is displayed.
In this embodiment, the first video is a video currently being played, and the first video may be any type of video, such as a video of a movie, a video of a drama, or a medium video with a duration of about 15 minutes, and is not limited herein.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the first playing page P1 is a page for playing a first video, that is, the first playing page P1 has a playing window of the first video, which is referred to as a first playing window in this embodiment, where the playing window is a window for playing a video by a player.
In this embodiment, the playing pages, including the first playing page and the second playing page, refer to page portions located in the display area of the terminal device.
Taking the terminal device 1000 as a mobile phone as an example, the display direction of the first playing page may be vertical or horizontal, that is, the first playing page P1 may be a vertical playing page as shown in fig. 5b, or a horizontal playing page as shown in fig. 9 a.
In some embodiments, the first playing page P1 may be a full-screen playing page of the first video, and the full-screen playing page may be as shown in fig. 5b or fig. 9a, that is, the first playing page only displays information related to the first video, including the first playing window W1 of the first video M1, and may also have barrage information of the first video, creator information and interaction information of the first video, and the like, but does not have information of other videos, so that the user may perform immersive viewing on the first playing page P1, thereby improving the viewing experience of the user.
Step S320, a first user input on a first playing page is received.
In the process that a user watches a first video on a first playing page, if browsing or watching other videos is needed, first user input can be executed on the first playing page according to a set operation mode so as to switch playing pages.
The first user input may be a click operation or a slide operation, etc. set by the user on the first playing page through the touch screen of the terminal device.
In some embodiments, the first playback page displays a switch operand for the user to perform the first user input. By setting a clear switching operation object for the user to operate, on one hand, clear operation prompt can be performed on the user, on the other hand, the accuracy of user input detection can be improved, and misjudgment is avoided. The switch operand may be any type of operand that a user may trigger a switch. In these embodiments, the receiving of the first user input on the first playing page in step S320 may include: a first user input to switch an operation object is received.
In some embodiments, the switching operation object is an operation object that appears in the first playing page without user triggering, for example, the switching operation object may always remain in the first playing page, or for example, the switching operation object may also appear in the first playing page automatically when a set condition is met, and instead of being called out by a user operation, the switching operation object is advantageous to shorten an operation link.
Step S330, switching the first playing page to a second playing page according to the received first user input.
In this embodiment, the second playing page not only displays the first video in the playing process, but also displays a second video different from the first video. The second playing page may display one second video or multiple second videos, which is not limited herein.
The first video M1 is in the playing process, which means that the first video M1 is in the first playing window, and it may be in a playing state or a pause playing state in the first playing window.
