and for each second multimedia content set, performing content attribute information clustering on the multimedia contents in the second multimedia content set to obtain a plurality of preset multimedia content sets corresponding to the second multimedia content set, wherein the attribute similarity between the content attribute information of the multimedia contents in the preset multimedia content sets is greater than or equal to a second preset threshold value.
Taking multimedia content as a video as an example, when a video publisher publishes the video, the video publisher can select the content type of the published video, so that the video can carry video content classification marks. The server can obtain the video content classification labels of each video, and then cluster the videos with the same video content classification labels into a first class, so as to realize content type clustering and obtain a plurality of first video sets. The server can also identify entities involved in each video in each first video set, and then, for each first video set, the videos involved in the same entity in the first video set are grouped into one type, so that entity clustering is realized, and a plurality of second video sets corresponding to each first video set are obtained. The server may finally calculate attribute similarity between content attribute information of each video in each second video set, and then, for each second video set, group videos in the second video set, of which the attribute similarity is greater than or equal to a second preset threshold, into one group, so as to implement entity clustering, and obtain a plurality of preset video sets corresponding to each second video set.
Further, in the case that the first multimedia content set includes a first video set, the multimedia content includes videos, and the second multimedia content set includes a second video set, the server may implement the entity clustering process by using any one of the following methods:
in one example, the performing entity clustering on the multimedia content in the first multimedia content set to obtain a plurality of second multimedia content sets corresponding to the first multimedia content set may specifically include: performing image identification on each video in the first video set to obtain an entity corresponding to an entity image in each video; and clustering videos with entity images corresponding to the same entity to obtain a plurality of second video sets corresponding to the first video set.
Specifically, for example, in a first video set, the server may obtain at least one of a video cover image and a video key frame image corresponding to each video in the first video set, perform image recognition on each image, detect a subject image such as a person, an animal, food, a vehicle, a building, and the like in the image, match the subject image with a pre-stored entity image, determine an entity image with the highest matching degree with each subject image, then obtain an entity to which the determined entity image corresponding to each subject image belongs, obtain all entities related to each video cover image and video key frame image corresponding to each video, and finally cluster videos having entity images corresponding to the same entity to obtain a plurality of second video sets corresponding to the first video set.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the server may determine the entity corresponding to the small video based on mining of understanding of the small video entity, for example, understanding of the screen body, and further mine the video set of the small video by using the entity.
In another example, the performing entity clustering on the multimedia content in the first multimedia content set to obtain a plurality of second multimedia content sets corresponding to the first multimedia content set may specifically include: performing original film matching on each video in the first video set to obtain an entity corresponding to the video resource to which each video belongs; and clustering videos belonging to the video resources corresponding to the same entity to obtain a plurality of second video sets corresponding to the first video set.
Specifically, taking a first video set as an example, the server may obtain a video key frame image corresponding to each video in the first video set, perform original matching on the video key frame image and a video resource in a video resource library (for example, a video resource library of a movie or a tv show that has acquired a copyright), determine a video resource to which each video belongs, then obtain an entity corresponding to the video resource of each determined video, and finally perform clustering on videos belonging to the video resources corresponding to the same entity to obtain a plurality of second video sets corresponding to the first video set.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the server may determine, for example, by using an original matching technology, an entity corresponding to the small video based on mining of understanding of the content of the small video, and further mine the video set of the small video by using the entity.
In another example, the performing entity clustering on the multimedia content in the first multimedia content set to obtain a plurality of second multimedia content sets corresponding to the first multimedia content set may specifically include: extracting an entity name of each video in the first video set to obtain an entity corresponding to each video; and clustering videos corresponding to the same entity to obtain a plurality of second video sets corresponding to the first video set.
Specifically, taking a first video set as an example, the server may obtain at least one of video titles, video cover texts, video key frame texts and first N seconds of audio texts corresponding to each video in the first video set, perform entity extraction on each information by using a named entity recognition algorithm to obtain an entity corresponding to each video, and then cluster videos corresponding to the same entity to obtain a plurality of second video sets corresponding to the first video set.
N is an integer, which may be preset as needed, and is not limited herein.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the disclosure, the server may determine the entity corresponding to the small video based on the mining of the understanding of the small video text, and further mine the video set of the small video by using the entity.
In another embodiment of the present disclosure, after a plurality of preset multimedia content sets are generated, set preview information corresponding to each preset multimedia content set may also be generated in real time.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, before receiving the search request, the multimedia content search method may further include:
acquiring an entity image and a content title with the highest real-time popularity in each preset multimedia content set;
and generating set preview information corresponding to each preset multimedia content set according to the entity image with the highest real-time popularity and the content title.
Specifically, taking multimedia content as a video as an example, for each preset video set, the server may take a video title of a video with a real-time video priority in the preset video set as a content title with the highest real-time popularity, and may further obtain, in real time, an entity image with the most comments in all entity images related to each video in the preset video set, take the entity image with the most comments as an entity image with the highest real-time popularity, and further generate set preview information corresponding to the preset video set according to the entity image with the highest real-time popularity and the content title.
Further, the entity image may include at least one of a video cover image and a video key frame image.
In addition, the server can also obtain the time for generating the preset video set as set generation time, obtain the number of videos in the preset video set as the number of set videos, use the number of times that the user selects the preset video set as the number of set playing times, and use the number of times that the user comments on the preset video set as the number of set comments.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, before receiving the search request, the multimedia content search method may further include:
acquiring multimedia content with the highest content priority in each preset multimedia content set;
and generating set preview information corresponding to each preset multimedia content set according to the content cover image and the content title of the multimedia content with the highest content priority.
Specifically, taking multimedia content as a video as an example, for each preset video set, the server may obtain a video title and a video cover image of a video with the highest video priority in the preset video set, and generate set preview information corresponding to the preset video set according to the video title and the video cover image of the video with the highest video priority.
In addition, the server can also obtain the time for generating the preset video set as set generation time, obtain the number of videos in the preset video set as the number of set videos, use the number of times that the user selects the preset video set as the number of set playing times, and use the number of times that the user comments on the preset video set as the number of set comments.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the disclosure, the server may automatically generate set preview information of the preset video set according to the video information of the plurality of videos.
In the following, the procedure of generating the playlist will be described in detail by taking the video collection as the playlist.
Fig. 10 shows a flowchart of a playlist generation process provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 10, the play list generation process includes the following steps.
S1001, the server divides the small videos in the video database into a plurality of content types, for example, the small videos in the video database are clustered into a movie type video, a sport type video, a history type video, a culture type video, a food type video, a music type video, and the like.
S1002, the server extracts the video information of the small video under each content type according to the information extraction mode corresponding to each content type. For example, the small video is a movie type video, and at least one of a video title, video cover text, video key frame text, video cover image, and video key frame image of the small video may be extracted. For another example, the small video is a music type video, and at least one of a video title, video cover text, video key frame text, video cover image, video key frame image, and the first N seconds of audio text of the small video may be extracted.
S1003, the server determines an entity related to each small video according to the extracted video information by using a named entity recognition algorithm, and clusters the small videos under each content type according to the entities to obtain the small videos corresponding to a plurality of entity classifications. Wherein a small video, if it relates to multiple entities, can be clustered into multiple entity classes.
S1004, the server groups the small videos corresponding to each entity classification under the content type to obtain a plurality of groups of small videos. Specifically, the small videos may be randomly scattered and grouped, or the small videos whose similarity of the video titles is greater than or equal to the second preset threshold may be grouped.
S1005, the server filters the low-heat and low-quality small videos in each group of small videos. For example, the small videos with click rate smaller than the preset click rate threshold in each group of small videos are filtered out as the low-heat small videos. For another example, the small videos with the video quality smaller than the preset quality threshold in each group of small videos are filtered out as low-quality small videos.
And S1006, the server generates a play list corresponding to each group of the small videos according to the video preview information of each group of the filtered small videos.
Therefore, the server can fully utilize the small video database to automatically dig out a plurality of structured video collections in the small videos stored in the small video database.
Fig. 11 is a flowchart illustrating a multimedia content searching method according to an embodiment of the disclosure.
As shown in fig. 11, the multimedia contents searching method may include the following steps.
