Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of decorative materials, and provides slow-release aromatic wallpaper and a preparation method thereof. The aromatic wallpaper contains slow-release aromatic filler. The slow-release aromatic filler is prepared by cutting a composite fiber membrane which takes polyvinyl alcohol/essence as a core layer and takes a styrene-isoprene-styrene elastomer as a skin layer and coating the cut part with polyethylene glycol. The slow-release aromatic filler is in a sheet shape, each sheet of filler is composed of a plurality of sections of composite fibers, each section of composite fiber is in a skin-core structure, and two ends of each fiber section are blocked by polyethylene glycol. When the wallpaper prepared by the invention is impacted or extruded by the outside, the cortex of the sheath-core composite fiber in the slow-release aromatic filler can not be greatly broken, and the essence can be prevented from being released in a short time, so that the slow-release effect of the aroma is maintained.

Description

Slow-release aromatic wallpaper and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of decorative materials, and provides a slow-release aromatic wallpaper and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Wallpaper is increasingly popular among consumers as an interior decoration material. The wallpaper has the advantages of various colors, rich patterns, luxury style, safety, environmental protection, convenient construction, proper price and the like, can cover stains and cracks on a wall body, and has a strong decorative effect. The aromatic wallpaper is characterized in that certain essence or essence extract is added into the wallpaper, so that the wallpaper emits corresponding aroma, and the additional value of the wallpaper is improved.
The simplest method for preparing the fragrant wallpaper is to directly spray or soak the essence or the extracting solution into the wallpaper, or to coat the surface of the wallpaper with an adhesive. The essence is usually formed by mixing a plurality of substances, on one hand, the essence is easily deteriorated by heat, oxygen and light in the external environment, and on the other hand, the fragrance is quickly weakened due to the fact that the components of the essence are easy to volatilize. Therefore, the product prepared by the method has the defect of poor fragrance durability.
In order to improve the durability of the fragrance, the prior art often adopts a microencapsulation mode to coat the essence, and the wall material of the microcapsule not only can protect the essence from being influenced by the external environment, but also can reduce the volatilization of the essence and control and prolong the release time of the essence, thereby achieving the purpose of continuously releasing the fragrance.
However, because the wallpaper is often subjected to external pressure in the using process, especially in some special using environments, the wallpaper is frequently subjected to various impacts or extrusion, the spherical essence microcapsules have weaker pressure bearing capacity, and the microcapsules deform after being pressed, so that the phenomenon that the wall materials are broken in large quantity easily occurs, the essence in the microcapsules is released in a short time, and the sustained-release effect is difficult to maintain continuously.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, the invention provides a slow-release aromatic wallpaper and a preparation method thereof, which can prevent essence from being released in a short time when the wallpaper is impacted or pressed, so that the slow-release effect of aroma is maintained.
The invention realizes the aim through the following technical scheme:
the invention firstly provides a preparation method of slow-release aromatic wallpaper, which comprises the following specific preparation steps:
(1) Adding a styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer into a tetrahydrofuran/N, N-dimethylformamide/cyclohexane mixed solvent, stirring for dissolving, and defoaming to prepare a spinning solution 1; dissolving polyvinyl alcohol in deionized water, adding essence, stirring uniformly, and defoaming to obtain a spinning solution 2;
(2) Carrying out coaxial electrostatic spinning by adopting the spinning solution 1 and the spinning solution 2 to form composite fibers with polyvinyl alcohol/essence as a core layer and styrene-isoprene-styrene elastomer as a skin layer, obtaining a composite fiber membrane on a receiving plate, taking down the membrane and cutting the membrane into composite fiber sheets;
(3) Dissolving polyethylene glycol in deionized water, spraying on the cut part of the composite fiber sheet, and naturally drying to obtain the slow-release aromatic filler;
(4) Pulping the paper pulp, adding the slow-release aromatic filler and starch, uniformly stirring, making paper, printing and dyeing, embossing, covering a polyethylene film, and cutting to obtain the slow-release aromatic wallpaper.
Preferably, the essence includes, but is not limited to, at least one of rose essence, lavender essence, jasmine essence, lemon essence, sweet orange essence, and vanilla essence.
Preferably, in the spinning solution 1, the mass ratio of styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer, tetrahydrofuran, N-dimethylformamide and cyclohexane is 14-18.
Preferably, in the spinning solution 2, the mass ratio of polyvinyl alcohol, essence and deionized water is 12-18.
Preferably, the electrostatic spinning in the step (2) adopts a coaxial needle, the outer diameter of the outer needle is 1.2-1.3mm, the inner diameter is 1-1.1mm, the outer diameter of the inner needle is 0.6-0.7mm, and the inner diameter is 0.4-0.5mm.
Preferably, in the step (2), the spinning voltage of the electrostatic spinning is 18-22kV, the receiving distance is 15-25cm, the ambient temperature is 20-30 ℃, the relative humidity is 30-60%, the advancing speed of the spinning solution 1 is 0.8-1mL/h, and the advancing speed of the spinning solution 2 is 0.4-0.6mL/h.
Preferably, in the step (2), the composite fiber sheet has a cut length of 0.5-1mm and a width of 0.5-1mm.
Preferably, in the step (3), the mass ratio of the polyethylene glycol to the deionized water is 1.
Preferably, in the step (4), the mass ratio of the pulp raw stock, the slow-release aromatic filler and the starch is 100: 5-10.
The invention also provides the slow-release aromatic wallpaper prepared by the preparation method. The aromatic wallpaper contains slow-release aromatic filler. The slow-release aromatic filler is prepared by cutting a composite fiber membrane which takes polyvinyl alcohol/essence as a core layer and takes a styrene-isoprene-styrene elastomer as a skin layer and coating polyethylene glycol on the cut part. The slow-release aromatic filler is in a sheet shape, each sheet of filler is composed of a plurality of sections of composite fibers, each section of composite fiber is in a skin-core structure, and two ends of each fiber section are blocked by polyethylene glycol.
Compared with spherical essence microcapsules, the slow-release aromatic filler is in a sheet shape, each sheet of filler is composed of multiple sections of composite fibers, the fibers are mutually overlapped, the stress area is large, stress is easy to transfer and disperse, and stress concentration is prevented.
Further, in electrospinning, the macromolecular segment is in a state of being oriented in the drawing direction by the electrostatic drawing force, which is a thermodynamically unstable state, and at the moment when the macromolecular segment reaches the receiving device, the electrostatic drawing force disappears, and the macromolecular segment tends to be changed from the oriented state to the relaxed state by the residual solvent. The lower the Tg of the macromolecular segment, the more readily relaxation occurs, forming entanglements. The polyvinyl alcohol and polystyrene segments cure after being oriented by stretching due to their high Tg, at which relaxation is difficult to occur. The polyisoprene segment has a Tg of room temperature or lower, and is relaxed to some extent at the moment of reaching the receiving device, and is entangled to form crosslinking points. The formation of the cross-linked structure in the skin layer of the composite fiber can further prevent the skin layer from being largely broken when the wallpaper is pressed or impacted.
Therefore, compared with the prior art, the slow-release aromatic filler is prepared by cutting the composite fiber membrane which takes polyvinyl alcohol/essence as the core layer and takes a styrene-isoprene-styrene elastomer as the skin layer and coating the cut part with polyethylene glycol, when the wallpaper is impacted or extruded from the outside, the skin layer of the skin-core composite fiber can be prevented from being broken in a large amount, and the essence can be prevented from being released in a short time, so that the slow-release effect of the aroma can be maintained.
