Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of non-setting adhesive materials, in particular to a novel environment-friendly non-setting adhesive.
Background
The self-adhesive label material is a composite material which takes paper, film or special material as a plus material, the back surface is coated with adhesive, and silicon-coated protective paper is taken as base paper. The non-setting adhesive is originated in the last 30 th century, and has wide application in various industries because of the advantages of no need of brushing adhesive, paste, dipping water, pollution, labeling time saving and the like. The self-adhesive material mainly comprises a surface paper layer, an adhesive layer and a bottom paper layer. Wherein, the adhesive layer is an important component of the self-adhesive label. The non-setting adhesive material often has the phenomena of wrinkling, edge warping, falling off and the like, which are related to the performance quality of the adhesive layer.
The adhesive sticker materials are formed in different grades due to various coating technologies, the current development direction is to develop from the traditional roll coating and scraper coating to the high-pressure tape casting coating direction so as to ensure the uniform sensitivity of the coating to the maximum extent, avoid the generation of bubbles and pinholes and ensure the coating quality, the technology of the tape casting coating is not mature in China, and the traditional roll coating is mainly adopted in China.
The gluing (bonding, adhering, cementing, gluing) refers to a technique of connecting the surfaces of homogeneous or heterogeneous objects together by using an adhesive, and has the characteristics of continuous stress distribution, light weight, sealing, low temperature of most processes and the like. The glue joint is particularly suitable for connecting different materials, different thicknesses, ultrathin specifications and complex components. The glue joint has the fastest recent development and extremely wide application industry, and has great influence on the improvement of high-tech scientific and technical progress and the daily life of people. Therefore, it is very important to research, develop and produce various adhesives. The synthetic adhesive consists of a main agent and an auxiliary agent, wherein the main agent is also called as a main material, a base material or a bonding material; the auxiliary agent comprises curing agent, diluent, plasticizer, filler, coupling agent, initiator, thickener, anti-aging agent, polymerization inhibitor, stabilizer, complexing agent, emulsifier and the like, and can also comprise flame retardant, foaming agent, defoamer, colorant, mildewproof agent and the like according to requirements and purposes.
The traditional adhesive sticker material is difficult to degrade and recycle, and causes great pressure to the environment. With the global requirement on the environment becoming higher and higher, the environment-friendly adhesive sticker material has become a new product in the field of adhesive stickers at home and abroad. The adhesive layer of the biodegradable self-adhesive material becomes a key point and a focus of research due to the advantages of degradability, no pollution to the environment and the like, so that the improvement of the adhesive layer of the existing self-adhesive material is necessary.
Therefore, a new environmental-friendly adhesive sticker is urgently needed to be researched to solve the above-mentioned problems.
