(1)将甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸羟丙酯、丙烯酸丁酯和丙烯酸按配方量加入滴加罐,搅拌均匀,加入配方量70%的偶氮二异丁腈,开动搅拌使之溶解备用;
(2)将配方量巯基乙醇分子量调节剂及配方量各5%的丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯和脱水石油二甲苯加入滴加罐,搅匀备用;
(3)将配方量的叔碳酸缩水甘油酯及配方量各85%的丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯和脱水石油二甲苯加入反应釜中,开搅拌升温;
(4)当釜内温度升到混合溶剂回流温度时,即140-145℃时,开始分别滴加步骤(1)的产物和步骤(2)的产物,在3-4h内滴完;
(5)滴完后在回流温度下保持共聚1h,补加配方量15%的偶氮二异丁腈及配方量各5%的丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯和脱水石油二甲苯,再继续保持共聚1h后,再补加配方量15%的偶氮二异丁腈及配方量各5%的丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯和脱水石油二甲苯,加完后在回流温度下保持共聚3h,取样测粘度和固体含量,计算转化率;当转化率达到95%以上,反应停止加热,通冷却水降温至50℃以下过滤包装。
优选的,所述甲组份的制备方法为:将配方量70%的叔碳酸缩水甘油酯改性高固体羟基丙烯酸树脂(质量固体75%)加入配料罐中,搅拌下加入配方量50%的溶剂搅拌均匀,然后加入附着力增进剂,高速分散8-12分钟,再加入分散剂、消泡剂、颜填料和无铬防锈颜料,高速分散15-30分钟,将高速分散后的浆料进入砂磨机研磨,细度达到30微米后将浆料打入制漆罐,加入余下30%的自制叔碳酸缩水甘油酯改性高固体羟基丙烯酸树脂搅拌均匀,然后加入流变助剂、迪高450和余下50%的溶剂,在600-800转/分下搅拌中检测粘度、细度、固体分和光泽,合格后过滤包装。
优选的,所述颜填料为金红石型钛白、沉淀硫酸钡、滑石粉和碳酸钙中的一种或几种。
优选的,所述无铬防锈颜料为ZAPP无铬多磷酸铝锌水合物、低铅磷酸锌和三聚磷酸铝中的一种或几种。
优选的,所述溶剂为二甲苯、醋酸丁酯和丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯中的一种或几种。
优选的,所述分散剂为BYK161、DA-325和德谦903中的一种或几种。
优选的,所述流变助剂为X-8800、A630-20X和4200-10X中的一种或几种。
本发明提供了一种防腐面漆,采用丙烯酸羟乙酯和丙烯酸羟丙酯两种羟基单体复配,有利于与乙组分交联成膜均匀干燥;采用偶氮二异丁晴引发剂引发效率高,树脂转化率高,产生的游离基不具有氧化作用,很少发生支化,所以相对分子质量分布较窄;采用巯基乙醇分子量调节剂既调节了树脂的分子量,又克服了常用硫醇分子量调节剂的臭味;采用叔碳酸缩水甘油酯改性的纯丙烯酸高固体羟基丙烯酸树脂(质量固体75%),不含苯乙烯,树脂耐候性好,保光保色,羟值为140%,具有优异的物理机械性能及高固体低粘度的特性,与乙组分脂肪族二异氰酸酯交联反应形成不溶不融的网状结构。
本发明将叔碳酸缩水甘油酯改性高固体羟基丙烯酸树脂与乙组分脂肪族二异氰酸酯交联反应,形成不溶不融的网状结构,同时优选耐候颜料、无铬防锈颜料、防流挂剂、流平剂和防沉剂,制备高固体无铬丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆,使漆膜的丰满度、耐候性、附着力、耐盐雾和保光保色性等综合性能更加优异,特别是耐候性自制高固体羟基丙烯酸树脂1000h失光率<1级,市售羟基丙烯酸树脂1000h失光率>2级,较市售羟基丙烯酸树脂提高1倍,同时该产品的固体含量高,挥发性有机化合物(VOC)低,不含重金属铬,对环境污染小,满足长效重防腐的涂装要求。
具体实施方式
一种高性能环保工业装饰用防腐面漆,由甲、乙组分按照4:1的比例混合而成。
其中,甲组分按重量份数计为:
叔碳酸缩水甘油酯改性高固体羟基丙烯酸树脂(质量固体75%)50kg
乙组分按重量份数计为:脂肪族二异氰酸酯50kg,醋酸丁酯30kg。
所述叔碳酸缩水甘油酯改性高固体羟基丙烯酸树脂(质量固体75%),按重量份数计,由以下组分组成,
所述叔碳酸缩水甘油酯改性高固体羟基丙烯酸树脂(质量固体75%)的制备方法,按以下步骤进行,
(1)将甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸羟丙酯、丙烯酸丁酯和丙烯酸按配方量加入滴加罐,搅拌均匀,加入配方量70%的偶氮二异丁腈,开动搅拌使之溶解备用;
(2)将配方量巯基乙醇分子量调节剂及配方量各5%的醋酸丁酯和脱水石油二甲苯加入滴加罐,搅匀备用;
(3)将配方量的叔碳酸缩水甘油酯及配方量各85%的醋酸丁酯和脱水石油二甲苯加入反应釜中,开搅拌升温;
(4)当釜内温度升到混合溶剂回流温度时,即140-145℃时,开始分别滴加步骤(1)的产物和步骤(2)的产物,在3-4h内滴完;

当转化率达到95%以上,反应停止加热,通冷却水降温至50℃以下过滤包装。

所述颜填料为金红石型钛白、沉淀硫酸钡、滑石粉和碳酸钙中的一种或几种。
所述无铬防锈颜料为ZAPP无铬多磷酸铝锌水合物、低铅磷酸锌和三聚磷酸铝中的一种或几种。
所述分散剂为BYK161、DA-325和德谦903中的一种或几种。

本发明自制高固体羟基丙烯酸树脂采用纯丙烯酸单体并引入叔碳酸缩水甘油酯进行改性,使其具有良好的耐候性、保光保色性和耐化学品及耐水性。
本发明通过研制叔碳酸缩水甘油酯改性高固体羟基丙烯酸树脂,设计适宜的羟基含量使之与乙组分脂肪族二异氰酸酯交联反应形成不溶不融的网状结构,再优选耐候颜料、无铬防锈颜料和各种助剂,使漆膜的丰满度、耐候性、附着力、耐盐雾和保光保色性等综合性能更加优异,特别是耐候性,自制叔碳酸缩水甘油酯改性高固体羟基丙烯酸树脂1000h失光率<1级,市售羟基丙烯酸树脂1000h失光率>2级,较市售羟基丙烯酸树脂提高1倍。
本发明的固体含量高,挥发性有机化合物(VOC)低,不含重金属铬,可满足环境污染小和长效重防腐的涂装要求。作为桥梁、钢结构和大型重防腐工程涂装体系中的面漆产品,其丰满度和耐候性优异,使用寿命长,维护成本低,经济效益和社会效益显著。
应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明。本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明实施例技术方案的范围。
Claims (10)
3.根据权利要求1所述的防腐面漆,其特征在于,所述固含量75wt%的叔碳酸缩水甘油酯改性高固体羟基丙烯酸树脂中还含有如下重量份数的原料:
99%丙烯酸 0.5-1.5
偶氮二异丁腈 1.0-3.0
巯基乙醇分子量调节剂 0.5-3.0。
4.根据权利要求3所述的防腐面漆,其特征在于,所述固含量75wt%的叔碳酸缩水甘油酯改性高固体羟基丙烯酸树脂的制备方法,按以下步骤进行:
(1)将甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸羟丙酯、丙烯酸丁酯和丙烯酸按配方量加入滴加罐,搅拌均匀,加入配方量70%的偶氮二异丁腈,开动搅拌使之溶解备用;
(2)将配方量巯基乙醇分子量调节剂及配方量各5%的丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯和脱水石油二甲苯加入滴加罐,搅匀备用;
(3)将配方量的叔碳酸缩水甘油酯及配方量各85%的丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯和脱水石油二甲苯加入反应釜中,开搅拌升温;
(4)当釜内温度升到混合溶剂回流温度时,即140-145℃时,开始分别滴加步骤(1)的产物和步骤(2)的产物,在3-4h内滴完;
(5)滴完后在回流温度下保持共聚1h,补加配方量15%的偶氮二异丁腈及配方量各5%的丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯和脱水石油二甲苯,再继续保持共聚1h后,再补加配方量15%的偶氮二异丁腈及配方量各5%的丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯和脱水石油二甲苯,加完后在回流温度下保持共聚3h,取样测粘度和固体含量,计算转化率;当转化率达到95%以上,反应停止加热,通冷却水降温至50℃以下过滤包装。
5.根据权利要求1-3所述的高固体无铬丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆,其特征在于:所述甲组份的制备方法是:将配方量70%的叔碳酸缩水甘油酯改性高固体羟基丙烯酸树脂加入配料罐中,搅拌下加入配方量50%的溶剂搅拌均匀,然后加入附着力增进剂,高速分散8-12分钟,再加入分散剂、消泡剂、颜填料、无铬防锈颜料、高速分散15-30分钟,将高速分散后的浆料进入砂磨机研磨,细度达到30微米后将浆料打入制漆罐,加入余下30%的自制叔碳酸缩水甘油酯改性高固体羟基丙烯酸树脂搅拌均匀,然后加入流变助剂、迪高450及余下50%的溶剂,在600-800转/分下搅拌中控检测粘度、细度、固体分、光泽,合格后过滤包装;所述叔碳酸缩水甘油酯改性高固体羟基丙烯酸树脂的固含量为75wt%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防腐面漆,其特征在于,所述颜填料为金红石型钛白、沉淀硫酸钡、滑石粉和碳酸钙中的一种或几种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的防腐面漆,其特征在于,所述无铬防锈颜料为ZAPP无铬多磷酸铝锌水合物、低铅磷酸锌和三聚磷酸铝中的一种或几种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的防腐面漆,其特征在于,所述溶剂为二甲苯、醋酸丁酯和丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯中的一种或几种。
9.根据权利要求2所述的防腐面漆,其特征在于,所述分散剂为BYK161、DA-325和德谦903中的一种或几种。
10.根据权利要求2所述的防腐面漆,其特征在于,所述流变助剂为X-8800、A630-20X和4200-10X中的一种或几种。
