Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of chemical ink for medical sterilization, in particular to water-soluble indicating ink for hydrogen peroxide and peracetic acid sterilization, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
With the rapid development of medical technology, many precise medical instruments such as thoracoscopes, laparoscopes and the like cannot be sterilized by using a conventional pressure steam sterilization mode. The peroxide low-temperature plasma sterilization technology taking hydrogen peroxide and peracetic acid as sterilizing agents is used as a sterilizing means of sterilization departments in hospital disinfection supply centers, and is increasingly widely applied. The sterilization technology is mainly used for medical instruments which are not high in temperature resistance, particularly precise medical instruments. Such low-temperature sterilization techniques using peroxide sterilants have a short sterilization cycle, and the final products of the sterilants are water and oxygen, which is highly favored in the field of disinfection.
For such low temperature sterilization techniques, it is often necessary to monitor the sterilization of instruments by the introduction of chemical indicators. Most of chemical indicator printing ink used for low-temperature sterilization in the market at present is organic printing ink, a large amount of organic chemical reagents are required to be used for blending, certain harm is generated to the environment, and the treatment cost of the waste printing ink is relatively high.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the existing sterilization indicating ink technology, the invention aims to provide the peroxide sterilization water-soluble indicating ink which can be simultaneously used for sterilization monitoring of two main-stream peroxide sterilizing agents, namely hydrogen peroxide and peracetic acid, and has the advantages of visual and accurate result, no toxicity and harmlessness and capability of effectively avoiding the harm of an organic solvent to the environment.
In order to achieve the purpose, the water-soluble indicating ink for peroxide sterilization is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight:
wherein:
the resin binder is one or a mixture of more of waterborne acrylic resin, polyvinyl alcohol, water-soluble phenolic resin or water-soluble rosin resin.
The color-changing agent is one of basic fuchsin, bromopyrogallol red and reduction red 6B. The color-changing agent presents carmine color, and is compounded with yellow pigment to display red color which is convenient to identify.
The yellow pigment is one of sun-proof yellow G, benzidine yellow or lemon yellow.
The accelerant is one or a mixture of more of ammonium nitrate, ammonium sulfate, ammonium molybdate, ammonium bicarbonate or ammonium chromate. During the peroxide sterilization process, the accelerator and the color-changing agent act together to indicate that the color is suddenly changed from red to yellow.
The auxiliary agent is one of polyethylene glycol 200, polyethylene glycol 400 or polyethylene glycol 600.
The solvent is a mixture of distilled water and absolute ethyl alcohol.
The preparation method of the peroxide sterilization water-soluble indicating ink comprises the following steps:
(1) Adding the resin binder into a mixture of distilled water and ethanol, and stirring and dissolving by using an electric stirrer;
(2) Adding a color-changing agent into the resin binder solution obtained in the step (1), and uniformly stirring;
(3) Adding the yellow pigment and then continuously stirring uniformly;
(4) The accelerator and the auxiliary agent are added in turn and stirred for 1 hour.
The total stirring time is about 6 hours, and the stirring time is required to be prolonged or reduced according to the preparation amount. At the beginning of the study, all the materials were mixed together, and it was difficult to obtain a uniform mixed solution even with continuous stirring. Through constantly testing discovery earlier dissolve the resin binder, then add other raw materialss step by step, can effectively be with the material misce bene of different solubilities, avoid adding in step and appear being difficult to the problem of dissolving.
The water-soluble indication ink for peroxide sterilization is specifically applied to flexography or silk-screen printing to prepare a peroxide low-temperature plasma sterilization chemical monitoring product in the form of an indication card, an indication label or a Tyvek paper-plastic packaging bag.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following positive and beneficial results:
