In order to reduce the probability of missing accessories or excessive accessory lists when goods leave a factory, the application provides a goods weighing and screening method, a goods weighing and screening system and terminal equipment.
The goods weighing and screening method, the goods weighing and screening system and the terminal equipment adopt the following technical scheme:
a cargo weighing and screening method comprises the following steps: acquiring the standard weight of goods to be weighed and the actual weight of the goods;
judging whether the standard weight is the same as the actual weight or not;
if the standard weight is the same as the actual weight, the goods to be weighed are normal;
if the standard weight is smaller than the actual weight, calculating the missing weight;
based on the missing weight, a missing part type is predicted.
If the standard weight is larger than the actual weight, calculating an excess weight;
based on the excess weight, an excess accessory type is predicted.
By adopting the technical scheme, after the goods are packaged, in order to prevent the number of the accessories in the packaged product package from being lost or the number of the accessories from being more than the accessory list, the product package needs to be checked, the actual weight of the goods and the standard weight of the goods are obtained, the standard weight is the theoretical weight of the packaged goods, if the actual weight is the same as the standard weight, the goods are proved to have no accessory loss or excessive parts in the packaging process, if the actual weight is more than the standard weight, the excessive weight is calculated, compared with the weight of the accessories according to the excessive weight, the excessive parts or a plurality of accessories can be predicted, if the actual weight is less than the standard weight, the goods are proved to be packaged in the packaging process, the accessories are packaged, the actual weight of the packaged goods is lower than the standard weight, and compared with the weight of the accessories according to the lost weight, and the lost accessory type is obtained. According to the missing weight or the exceeding weight, specific missing accessories or excessive accessories can be known, so that follow-up workers can conveniently take out the redundant accessories or supplement the missing rated accessories in time, and the phenomena that loss is caused to manufacturers due to the fact that the accessories are excessively given out and influence is caused to reputation of companies due to the fact that the accessories are not sold out are prevented.
Optionally, the predicting the type of the missing part based on the missing weight includes:
obtaining an accessory weight for the accessory type;
predicting a missing part type based on a part weight when there is a single part whose part weight is the same as the missing weight;
when the sum of the accessory weights of at least two accessories is equal to the missing weight, the missing accessory type is predicted based on the sum of the accessory weights.
By adopting the technical scheme, when goods are packed, various accessories can exist, and each accessory type has the own accessory weight, so that according to the accessory type, the matched accessory type has more corresponding accessory weights, if the weight of a single accessory is not the same as the missing weight, but the sum of the weights of a plurality of accessories is equal to the missing weight, more than one type of the missing accessory is represented, and according to the fact that the sum of the weights of the accessories is equal to the missing weight, the missing accessory types can be matched. According to the relation between the missing weight and the accessory weight, the missing type or types of the accessories can be predicted, the goods missing the same type of the accessories are transported to the same place, the missing type or types of the accessories can be supplemented conveniently and pertinently by follow-up workers, namely the missing accessories are supplemented, the goods do not need to be checked to check the missing type of the accessories after being accelerated, and the working efficiency is improved.
Optionally, predicting a missing part type based on the part weight when there is a single part with the same part weight as the missing weight previously comprises:
acquiring the production error of the accessory;
based on the production error, judging whether the weight of the accessory is within the production error;
if the weight of the accessory is within the production tolerance, no accessory is lost.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, the accessory has the production error when production, and the weight of accessory can be in the fluctuation of the upper and lower certain limit of the weight of accessory promptly, if some accessory weight ratio is lighter, in the production error within range of heavier product, just judge this moment that there is not the accessory to lose. Production errors are taken into account, and wrong judgment caused by the existence of the production errors is prevented.
Alternatively, the accessory type is wrong when there is no accessory weight of a single accessory or the sum of the accessory weights of at least two accessories equals the missing weight.
By adopting the technical scheme, when the weight sum of the fittings of a single fitting is not the same as the missing weight, and the weight sum of the fittings of two or more fittings is not the same as the missing weight, the weight of goods is not corresponding to the weight due to the wrong placement of the fittings when the fittings are packed, and the type of the fittings is determined to be wrong.
Optionally, the predicting the excessive accessory types based on the excess weight includes:
acquiring the excess weight;
matching an accessory type based on an excess weight when there is a single accessory weight equal to the excess weight;
when there are at least two accessories with an accessory weight equal to the excess weight, the excess accessory types are matched based on the excess weight.
By adopting the technical scheme, when the actual weight is larger than the standard weight, the number of packaged accessories is possibly more than that of accessory lists during packaging, the accessory lists are the types of the accessories which should be packaged for goods and the number of the accessories, and the actual weight is caused to be the standard weight due to the fact that the number of the accessories is more than the normal number, so that loss is brought to a manufacturer, when the weight of a single accessory is equal to the excess weight, a plurality of accessory types are predicted, if the weight of the single accessory is not equal to the excess weight but the sum of the weights of a plurality of accessories is equal to the excess weight, more than one type of accessories are represented, and the loss caused to the manufacturer due to the fact that the accessory lists are more than the accessory is prevented as much as possible according to the types of the accessories predicted according to the excess weight.
Alternatively, the accessory type is wrong when there is no accessory weight of a single accessory or the sum of the accessory weights of at least two accessories equals the excess weight.
By adopting the technical scheme, when the actual weight is larger than the standard weight, if the weight of no single accessory is equal to the excess weight or the sum of the weights of the accessories of no multiple accessories is equal to the excess weight, the accessories are possibly added and the types of the added accessories are wrong.
Optionally, the accessory type error includes:
acquiring an accessory list;
acquiring a correct accessory type based on the accessory list;
scanning the profile shape of the fitting;
comparing the outline shape with a standard shape to obtain a comparison result;
and obtaining the wrong accessory type based on the comparison result and the correct accessory type.
By adopting the technical scheme, no matter the accessory type judged by the missing accessory is wrong or the accessory type judged by the excessive accessory is wrong, the specific wrong accessory type cannot be determined, and the subsequent worker cannot conveniently operate the accessory, so that the accessory list is obtained, the correct accessory type is obtained according to the accessory list, then the scanned accessory outline is compared with the standard shape, the wrong accessory type is obtained, and the subsequent worker can conveniently replace the wrong accessory with the correct accessory.

Detailed Description
The present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The embodiment of the application discloses a goods weighing and screening method, which comprises the following steps of with reference to fig. 1:
s100, acquiring the standard weight of the goods to be weighed and the actual weight of the goods.
Specifically, the goods to be weighed are the goods after the goods are packaged, and the goods comprise accessories, such as accessories, a charger, a mouse and the like, which are packaged together with some accessories after the production of the notebook computer is completed. The standard weight is the actual weight of the packed goods, including the weight of the goods and the weight of the parts, and the obtained actual weight is the weight obtained by weighing.
And S110, judging whether the standard weight is the same as the actual weight.
Specifically, whether the goods have the missing accessories in the packaging process can be known by judging whether the standard weight is the same as the actual weight.
And S120, if the standard weight is the same as the actual weight, the goods to be weighed are normal.
Specifically, if the standard weight is the same as the actual weight, the phenomenon of part omission does not occur in the packaging process, and the goods are normal and can be directly delivered for sale.
And S130, if the standard weight is smaller than the actual weight, calculating the missing weight.
Specifically, when the standard weight is smaller than the actual weight, it means that in the packaging process, the fitting is omitted, resulting in the actual weight being lower than the standard weight, and the missing weight is a difference between the standard weight and the actual weight.
And S140, predicting the type of the missing part based on the missing weight.
Specifically, the type of the accessory is obtained by comparing the weight difference of different accessories with the missing weight.
And S150, if the standard weight is larger than the actual weight, calculating the excess weight.
Specifically, the excess weight is an excess weight compared with a standard weight, for example, the standard weight is 10kg, the actual weight is 12kg, and the excess weight is 2kg.
And S160, predicting the types of the spare parts which are excessive based on the excess weight.
Specifically, each accessory has its own accessory weight, and the accessory weight is compared with the excess weight to predict the types of the accessories, wherein the types of the accessories are specific accessory types, such as a charger, a mouse, a memory bank and the like.
The implementation principle of the cargo weighing and screening method in the embodiment of the application is as follows: after the goods are packaged, in order to prevent the number of accessories in the packaged goods package from being lost or the number of the accessories from being more than the number of accessory lists, the goods package needs to be checked, the actual weight of the goods and the standard weight of the goods are obtained, the standard weight is the theoretical weight of the packaged goods, if the actual weight is the same as the standard weight, it is proved that no accessories are lost or are excessive in the packaging process of the goods, if the actual weight is more than the standard weight, the excessive weight is calculated, according to comparison between the excessive weight and the weight of the accessories, which kind or kinds of accessories are excessive can be predicted, if the actual weight is less than the standard weight, it is proved that the accessories are forgotten in the packaging process of the goods, the actual weight of the packaged goods is caused to be less than the standard weight, and according to comparison between the lost weight and the weight of the accessories, the type of the lost accessories is obtained.
In step S140 of the step of the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the type of the missing component is predicted based on the missing weight, and how to predict the type of the missing component by the missing weight is specifically described in detail by the embodiment shown in fig. 2.
Referring to fig. 2, predicting the missing part type based on the missing weight includes:
and S200, acquiring the weight of the accessory type.
Specifically, each accessory has its own accessory weight, each accessory has its own accessory type, and the accessory type and the accessory weight are matched, for example, the weight of the charger is 1kg, and the weight of the mouse is 100g. The charger is of the accessory type, and 1kg is the weight of the accessory represented by the charger.
S210, when the weight of the single accessory is the same as the missing weight, predicting the type of the missing accessory based on the weight of the accessory.
Specifically, when the missing weight is exactly the same as the weight of the fitting of one of the fittings, the missing fitting is proved to be the type of fitting corresponding to the weight of the fitting. For example, if the missing weight is 1kg and the weight of the charger is 1kg, it can be predicted that the type of the missing part is the charger.
S220, when the sum of the weight of the accessories of at least two accessories is equal to the missing weight, predicting the type of the missing accessories based on the sum of the weight of the accessories.
Specifically, when the weight of a plurality of accessories is equal to the missing weight without a single accessory being equal to the missing weight, it means that more than one accessory is missing, for example, the missing weight is 1.1kg, the weight of the charger is 1kg, the weight of the mouse is 0.1kg, and the weight of the charger and the mouse is just 1.1kg, so that the two missing accessories are the mouse and the charger.
And S230, when the weight of the accessory of a single accessory does not exist or the sum of the weights of the accessories of at least two accessories is equal to the missing weight, the type of the accessory is wrong.
Specifically, when the weight of a single accessory or the sum of the weights of multiple accessories is not equal to the missing weight, the accessories may be misplaced, for example, a total of 3 accessories a, B and C, the weight of a is 5, the weight of B is 3, the weight of C is 2,3 accessories is 10, the missing weight is 1, which is different from ABC, and 5+2+ 9, but just 1, it may be the case that two C are packed when the accessories are packed, and therefore it is determined that the type of the accessory is wrong, and the type of the specifically missing accessory cannot be determined.
The implementation principle of predicting the type of the missing part based on the missing weight in the embodiment of the application is as follows: when the goods are packed, a plurality of accessories can exist, each accessory type has own accessory weight, so that according to the accessory type, the matched accessory type has more corresponding accessory weights, if no single accessory weight is the same as the missing weight but the sum of the weights of a plurality of accessories is equal to the missing weight, more than one type of the missing accessory can be represented, and according to the sum of the weights of the accessories is equal to the missing weight, the missing accessory types can be matched. According to the relation between the missing weight and the accessory weight, the missing type or types of the accessories can be predicted, the goods missing the same type of the accessories are transported to the same place, the subsequent workers can conveniently and pertinently supplement the missing type or types of the accessories, namely the missing accessories are supplemented, the goods do not need to be checked after being accelerated, and the working efficiency is improved.
In step S210 of the embodiment shown in fig. 2, when the weight of a single component is the same as the missing weight, the error determination caused by the influence of the production error of the product is reduced as much as possible before predicting the type of the missing component based on the weight of the component, which is specifically described in detail by the embodiment shown in fig. 3.
Referring to fig. 3, predicting the missing part type based on the part weight when there is a single part with the same part weight as the missing weight previously includes:
s300, acquiring production errors of the accessories.
Specifically, the production error of the accessory is the weight fluctuation range of the accessory during production, for example, the standard weight of the charger is 1kg, and the fluctuation is 10% up and down, that is, the weight is between 0.9kg and 1.1 kg.
And S310, judging whether the weight of the accessory is within the production error or not based on the production error.
And S320, if the weight of the accessory is within the production error, the accessory is not lost.
Specifically, for example, the weight of the part A is 100g, the weight of the part B is 1kg, the production error is 10% above and below, and the production error is 0.1kg, that is, 200g, in this case, the part of 100g is within the error range of 200g, and it is not considered that the part A is missing due to the error.
And S330, if no weight of the accessory is within the production error, executing the next step.
Specifically, when no part weight is within the production tolerance, the missing weight represents the missing part.
When the weight of a single accessory is the same as the missing weight, the implementation principle before predicting the type of the missing accessory based on the weight of the accessory is as follows: when the accessories are produced, production errors exist, namely the weight of the accessories fluctuates in a certain range up and down stream of the weight of the accessories, if some accessories are light, when the weight of the accessories is within the production error range of a heavy product, the situation that no accessories are lost is judged. Production errors are taken into account, and wrong judgment caused by the existence of the production errors is prevented.
In step S160 of the step of the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the types of the spare parts that are excessive are predicted based on the excess weight, and the details will be described in detail with the embodiment shown in fig. 4.
Referring to fig. 4, predicting the type of accessory that is excessive based on excess weight includes:
and S400, acquiring the excess weight.
Specifically, the excess weight is a difference between the standard weight and the actual weight calculated.
S410, when the weight of the accessory of the single accessory is equal to the excess weight, matching the type of the accessory based on the excess weight.
Specifically, when the weight of the accessory of a single accessory is equal to the excess weight, it means that one more accessory is packed in the packing process, for example, the excess weight is 1kg, and the weight of the charger is 1kg, which proves that one more charger is packed inside.
And S420, when the weight of the accessories of at least two accessories is equal to the excess weight, matching the types of the excessive accessories based on the excess weight.
Specifically, when there is no accessory weight of a single accessory but there is a sum of the weights of multiple accessories equal to the excess weight, it is proved that in the packaging process, there are more than one accessory, for example, the excess weight is 1.1kg, while the charger has a weight of 1kg, the mouse has a weight of 0.1kg, which is just equal to the excess weight, and the types of accessories that can be obtained are the charger and the mouse.
S430, when the accessory weight of a single accessory does not exist or the sum of the accessory weights of at least two accessories is equal to the excess weight, the accessory type is wrong.
Specifically, when neither the weight of a single accessory is equal to the excess weight nor the sum of the weights of a plurality of accessories is equal to the excess weight, it means that there may be more than one accessory packaged during the packaging process, and the type of packaged accessory is not the accessory required for the packaged goods. For example, a certain fitting has a standard weight of 10 and consists of three fittings ABC, wherein the weight of the fitting A is 5, the weight of the fitting B is 3, the weight of the fitting C is 2, the actual weight is 11, the excess weight is 1, the fitting ABC is not matched, and the type of the fitting is wrong.
The implementation principle of predicting the types of the spare parts based on the excess weight is as follows: when the actual weight is larger than the standard weight, the number of packaged accessories is possibly more than that of accessory lists during packaging, the accessory lists are the types of the accessories which should be packaged for goods and the number of the accessories, and the actual weight causes loss to manufacturers for the standard weight due to the fact that the number of the accessories is larger than the normal number, so that when the weight of a single accessory is equal to the excess weight, more types of the accessories are predicted, if the weight of the single accessory is not equal to the excess weight but the sum of the weights of a plurality of accessories is equal to the excess weight, more than one type of the accessories is indicated, and the loss to manufacturers due to the fact that the accessory lists are more than the accessories are predicted according to the excess weight is prevented as much as possible.
Referring to fig. 5, the accessory type error includes:
and S500, acquiring an accessory list.
Specifically, the accessory list is a list formed by accessory types when goods are packaged.
And S510, acquiring a correct accessory type based on the accessory list.
Specifically, which types of accessories should be provided when the goods are packaged can be obtained through the accessory list.
And S520, scanning the outline shape of the accessory.
Specifically, the outline shape of the accessory is obtained by scanning the packed goods, and the outline shape can be obtained by X-ray scanning.
And S530, comparing the outline shape with the standard shape to obtain a comparison result.
Specifically, the standard shape is a correct outline pattern of each accessory, the scanned outline shape is compared with the standard shape, the standard shape of the accessory list is compared with the scanned outline shape, different outline shapes are found, and the comparison result is the outline shape of the accessory with packaging error.
And S540, obtaining an error accessory type based on the comparison result and the correct accessory type.
Specifically, the wrong outline shape is compared with the standard graph to obtain the accessory type specifically represented by the wrong outline shape, the wrong accessory type is obtained, and then the comparison with the accessory list is carried out, so that the poor accessory type or the excessive accessory type is known.
The implementation principle of the type error of the accessory in the embodiment of the application is as follows: no matter the type of the accessory judged by the missing accessory is wrong or the type of the accessory judged by the excessive accessory is wrong, the specific wrong type of the accessory cannot be determined, and the subsequent worker cannot operate the accessory conveniently, so that the accessory list is obtained, the correct type of the accessory is obtained according to the accessory list, the scanned outline of the accessory is compared with the standard shape, the specific wrong type of the accessory is obtained, and the subsequent worker can replace the wrong accessory with the correct accessory conveniently.
The above describes a method for weighing and screening goods in detail, and a system for weighing and screening goods based on a method for weighing and screening goods is described in detail below.
A cargo weighing and screening system comprising:
the acquiring module 1 is used for acquiring the standard weight of the goods to be weighed and the actual weight of the goods.
And the judging module 2 is used for judging whether the standard weight is the same as the actual weight.
And the first execution module 3 is used for determining that the goods to be weighed are normal if the standard weight is the same as the actual weight.
And the second execution module 4 is used for calculating the excess weight if the standard weight is greater than the actual weight.
A first prediction module 5 for predicting the type of accessory that is excessive based on the excess weight.
And the third execution module 6 is used for calculating the missing weight if the standard weight is smaller than the actual weight.
And a second prediction module 7 for predicting the missing fitting type based on the missing weight.
The implementation principle of the cargo weighing and screening system in the embodiment of the application is as follows: the method comprises the steps of obtaining a standard weight of goods to be weighed from a module 1 and an actual weight of the weighed goods, judging whether the standard weight is the same as the actual weight or not by a judging module 2, judging whether the goods are normal or not by a first executing module 3 when the standard weight is the same as the actual weight, calculating an excess weight when the standard weight is larger than the actual weight by a second executing module 4, predicting types of excessive parts by a first predicting module 5 according to the excess weight, calculating a missing weight when the standard weight is smaller than the actual weight by a third executing module 6, predicting the type of the missing part by a second predicting module 7 according to the missing weight, and comparing the missing weight with the weight of the part to obtain the type of the missing part.
