< example >
See fig. 1. The vehicle storage device 10 (hereinafter, simply referred to as "storage device 10") is, for example, a center console provided between a driver seat and a passenger seat in a vehicle cabin. Hereinafter, a center console will be described as an example of the storage apparatus 10.
Reference is also made to fig. 2A. The storage device 10 includes: a storage portion 11 that is open at an upper surface thereof and that can store luggage and the like (hereinafter referred to as "storage object") of a passenger therein; a bracket body 12 fixed to a rear surface portion 11a of the rear surface of the housing portion 11; a shaft member 13 supported by the bracket body 12; a lid 20 which is swingably supported by the shaft member 13 and can open and close the opening of the housing 11; and a torsion coil spring 30 that is provided so as to surround the shaft member 13 and biases the lid body 20 in the opening direction.
Refer to fig. 3. The storage device 10 opens the lid 20 from the fully closed position P1 to a position P2 of a predetermined opening degree by the biasing force of the torsion coil spring 30 (fig. 2A). On the other hand, the occupant can manually swing the lid 20 from the position P2 of the predetermined opening degree to the fully opened position P3. That is, the torsion coil spring 30 does not apply the biasing force in the direction of opening the lid body 20 from the position P2 of the predetermined opening degree to the position P3 of the full opening degree.
When the fully closed state of the lid body 20 is set to 0 °, for example, the predetermined opening degree is 60 ° and the fully opened state is 90 °.
By providing the damper in the housing 11 and/or the lid 20, the lid 20 can be opened and closed while attenuating the biasing force of the torsion coil spring 30. In addition, when the damper is used, the lid body 20 can be easily held at an arbitrary position from a predetermined opening degree to a full opening degree. More specifically, a known rotary damper can be used as the damper.
Refer to fig. 2A. For example, a resin molded product is used for the housing portion 11. The rear surface portion 11a of the housing 11 may also be referred to as an attachment surface portion 11a to which the bracket body 12 is attached. Hereinafter, the rear surface portion 11a may be referred to as a mounting surface portion 11a. A stopper 16 for limiting the opening degree of the lid body 20 is integrally formed on the mounting surface portion 11a.
Refer to fig. 2B and 4. When the lid 20 is opened to a predetermined opening degree, a part of the torsion coil spring 30 abuts against the stopper 16. Thereby, the displacement of the lid body 20 due to the biasing force of the torsion coil spring 30 is restricted. In other words, the stopper 16 is provided on the track of the torsion coil spring 30 so as to be able to abut against the torsion coil spring 30, and is able to restrict the displacement of the lid body 20 due to the biasing force of the torsion coil spring 30 when the lid body 20 is opened to a predetermined opening degree.
The stopper 16 has: an abutment surface 16a which can abut against the torsion coil spring 30; and a protruding portion 16b protruding from the contact surface 16a to a side of the torsion coil spring 30. At least a part of the protruding portion 16b includes an inclined surface portion 16b1 inclined toward the abutment surface 16a.
The stopper 16 may be integrally formed with the bracket body 12 or may be formed of a separate member.
Refer to fig. 2A. The carriage body 12 is formed from a single metal plate. The bracket main body 12 has: a general surface portion 12a which forms a general surface along the mounting surface portion 11a and is formed in a substantially rectangular planar shape; a spring fixing portion 12b which is a tongue-shaped portion formed on the general face portion 12a and to which a part of the torsion coil spring 30 is fixed; a screw through hole 12c which is opened in the general surface portion 12a and through which a screw 17 (see fig. 4) fastened to the housing portion 11 passes; an upper extension 12d extending rearward from an upper end of the general surface portion 12 a; and a support portion 12e extending downward from the left and right ends of the upper extending portion 12d and supporting the shaft member 13. In the drawing, only the left support portion 12e is shown as the support portion 12e.
The shaft member 13 is a rod-shaped member extending in the left-right direction, and is supported by the support portion 12e to rotatably support the lid body 20.
The lid body 20 has: cover arm portions 21 disposed on the left and right sides of the support portion 12e, respectively, and through which the shaft member 13 passes; and a lid main body 22 provided in front of the lid arm portions 21 and capable of opening and closing the upper side of the storage portion 11.
Refer to fig. 5A. A spring support portion 21a that receives the biasing force of the torsion coil spring 30 is formed in the lid arm portion 21. The spring support portion 21a is formed in a substantially U-shaped concave shape along the biasing direction of the torsion coil spring 30.
Refer to fig. 2A. The torsion coil spring 30 has: left and right winding portions 31, 31 wound around an axis; a bracket fixing portion 32 that connects and fixes the winding portions 31 and 31 to the bracket main body 12; an arm portion 33 extending from an end of the winding portion 31 in a substantially tangential direction; and a lid body abutting portion 34 that extends from the tip of the arm portion 33 toward the lid body 20 and can abut against the lid body 20.
The operation of the storage apparatus 10 described above will be described.
Refer to fig. 5A. Fig. 5A shows the lid 20 in a closed state. In this state, the lid 20 is held by the housing 11 (see fig. 3). When the holding of the lid body 20 is released from this state, the lid body 20 swings by the urging force of the torsion coil spring 30.
More specifically, the arm 33, the lid arm 21, and the lid main body 22 rotate clockwise about the shaft member 13.
Refer to fig. 5B. The rotated arm portion 33 abuts against the stopper 16 and stops. Thereby, the lid 20 is also stopped. The opening at this time is a predetermined opening. That is, the lid body 20 is opened from the closed state to a predetermined opening degree by the biasing force of the torsion coil spring 30.
Reference is also made to fig. 6. Fig. 6 shows the cover 20 in a fully open state. The lid body 20 can be swung from a predetermined opening degree to a full-open position by an operation of an occupant. Within this range, the arm 33 is kept in contact with the stopper 16, and only the lid 20 swings. That is, by swinging the lid 20 from the predetermined opening degree toward the fully open position, the lid arm portion 21 is separated from the lid abutting portion 34, and the abutting state is released.
Conversely, when the lid body 20 is closed from the fully open state to the fully closed state, all the operations are performed by the occupant. When the lid body 20 is swung to a predetermined opening degree, the lid body arm portion 21 comes into contact with the lid body contact portion 34. The occupant swings the lid body 20 from the predetermined opening degree to the fully closed state against the biasing force of the torsion coil spring 30.
Only one arm portion 33 of the torsion coil spring 30 may be brought into contact with the stopper 16. In this case, the spring force is retained in the lid arm portion 21 in a state where only the other arm portion 33 biases the lid arm portion 21 between the predetermined opening degree and the fully open position, and a high-grade feeling can be expressed at the time of manual operation to the fully open position.
The storage device 10 described above is summarized as follows.
The storage device 10 includes: a housing section 11 having an opening on one surface thereof and capable of housing a storage object therein; a bracket body 12 fixed to the housing portion 11; a shaft member 13 supported by the bracket body 12; a lid 20 which is swingably supported by the shaft member 13 and can open and close at least a part of the opening; and a torsion coil spring 30 for biasing the lid body 20 in the opening direction. The torsion coil spring 30 has: a winding portion 31 wound around an axis line; an arm portion 33 extending from an end of the winding portion 31 in a substantially tangential direction; and a lid body abutting portion 34 that extends from the tip of the arm portion 33 toward the lid body 20 and can abut against the lid body 20. The storage apparatus 10 is further provided with a stopper 16 which can abut against the arm 33 on a track of the arm 33 so as to be able to restrict displacement of the lid 20 due to the biasing force of the torsion coil spring 30 when the lid 20 is opened to a predetermined opening degree smaller than the full opening.
In the storage apparatus 10, the stopper 16 is brought into contact with the arm portion 33, thereby stopping the swing of the lid body 20 in the opening direction. The stopper 16 may have a small size, as long as it abuts against the arm 33 of the torsion coil spring 30. Since the angle of swing of the lid 20 can be limited by using the small stopper 16, the storage apparatus 10 can be downsized.
In addition, the stopper 16 is provided on the rail of the arm 33. The stopper 16 can be abutted with a portion closer to the winding portion 31 than in the case where the lid abutting portion 34 is abutted with the stopper 16. This can suppress the deflection of the torsion coil spring 30 and more reliably restrict the swing of the lid body 20. Further, by forming the stopper 16 at a position close to the winding portion 31, the size of the storage apparatus 10 can be further reduced.
In addition, the storage device 10 restricts the angle of swing of the lid 20 using the stopper 16. Therefore, the structure can be simplified as compared with the case where the angle of swinging of the lid body is limited using a plurality of springs.
The stopper 16 is integrally formed with the housing 11. The number of parts can be reduced as compared with the case where the stopper 16 is formed of a separate member.
In addition, when the housing 11 is made of resin, the stopper 16 integrally formed with the housing 11 is also made of resin. In this case, the impact sound generated when the arm 33 abuts against the stopper 16 can be reduced, and the quietness in the vehicle interior can be improved.
The stopper 16 may be integrally formed with the bracket main body 12. In this case, the number of components can be reduced as compared with the case where the stopper 16 is formed of a separate member.
In the storage device 10, the storage portion 11 is generally heavier than the carriage body 12. Therefore, when the stopper 16 is integrally formed in the housing portion 11 having a large weight, the swing of the lid body 20 can be more accurately regulated, which is more preferable.
Refer to fig. 4. The stopper 16 has a contact surface 16a that can come into contact with the arm portion 33, and a protruding portion 16b that protrudes from the contact surface 16a to the side of the arm portion 33 that comes into contact with the contact surface 16a. The arm portion 33 can be suppressed from coming off the abutment surface 16a due to vibration of the vehicle or the like. Further, by forming the arm portion 33 into a shape that is difficult to detach, the stopper 16 can be further miniaturized, and the entire storage apparatus 10 can also be miniaturized.
The storage device of the present invention has been described by taking a center console as an example, but the storage device can be applied to a glove box and the like. The present invention is not limited to the embodiments as long as the effects and effects of the present invention are obtained.
The storage device of the invention is suitable for a center console of a passenger vehicle.
