Fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of a charging method of a charging pile according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method is applied to the overcharge controller 2. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
s110: and acquiring authentication information of the vehicle to be charged, judging whether the vehicle to be charged has a super-charging function according to the authentication information, and if so, executing a step S120, wherein the super-charging function is a function of charging by using current larger than preset power.
When the vehicle to be charged needs to be charged, the vehicle enters the charging parking space. Because not all electric vehicles have the overcharge function, the overcharge function is a function of charging with a current larger than a preset power, that is, a high-power quick-charging function, an overcharge controller of a charging pile needs to acquire authentication information of a vehicle to be charged, then judges whether the vehicle to be charged has the overcharge function according to the authentication information, and performs subsequent steps according to a judgment result, wherein the authentication information is information representing whether the vehicle has the overcharge function.
The method for acquiring the authentication information of the vehicle to be charged by the overcharge controller includes, but is not limited to, the following two methods:
firstly, the overcharge controller acquires picture information of a vehicle to be charged, and searches authentication information corresponding to the picture information from a cloud according to the picture information.
And the second method comprises the following steps: the super-charging controller obtains license plate information of a vehicle to be charged, and searches authentication information corresponding to the license plate information from the cloud according to the license plate information.
S120: and judging whether first handshake information sent by the vehicle to be charged is received, and if so, executing step S130.
After confirming that the vehicle to be charged has the super-charging function, the charging gun is manually connected with the vehicle to be charged.
Because the handshake protocol is a network protocol for the client and the server to confirm the identities of each other, if the charging gun 3 is successfully connected with the vehicle to be charged, the vehicle to be charged can send first handshake information to the overcharge controller 2, so that the overcharge controller 2 can judge whether the charging gun 3 is successfully connected with the vehicle to be charged by judging whether the first handshake information sent by the vehicle to be charged is received, and perform subsequent steps according to the judgment result.
S130: acquiring battery information of a vehicle to be charged, judging whether the temperature of the battery is higher than a preset battery temperature threshold value according to the battery information, if not, executing a step S140, and if so, executing a step S150.
When first handshake information sent by the vehicle to be charged is received, it is indicated that the charging gun is successfully connected with the vehicle to be charged. At this time, the cooling state of the vehicle to be charged needs to be confirmed, specifically, battery information of the vehicle to be charged needs to be acquired, whether the temperature of the battery is higher than a preset battery temperature threshold value or not is judged according to the battery information, and subsequent steps are performed according to the judgment result.
The battery information at least includes a temperature of the battery, and may further include a cell voltage and a remaining charge margin in the battery.
S140: and the control power conversion module transmits the electric energy of the water heating heater to a battery of the vehicle to be charged through the charging gun for heating and charging.
When the temperature of the battery is not higher than the preset battery temperature threshold, it indicates that there is a heating demand for the battery, and at this time, the power conversion module 1 needs to be controlled to transmit the electric energy of the water heater 12 to the battery of the vehicle to be charged through the charging gun 3 for heating and charging. From this, can directly heat the battery of treating the vehicle that charges through electric heating's mode, compare in heat-conducting mode, rate of heating is fast, consequently, can reach quick charge's purpose, realize preheating the battery when battery temperature is lower, promote battery temperature, ensure the security of charging under the low temperature to improve charge speed.
S150: and obtaining cooling state information of the vehicle to be charged, judging whether the vehicle to be charged supports external cooling of the charging pile according to the cooling state information, and if so, executing step S160.
When the temperature of the battery is higher than a preset battery temperature threshold value, the battery temperature is higher, a cooling requirement exists, at the moment, cooling state information of the vehicle to be charged needs to be acquired, whether the vehicle to be charged supports external cooling of the charging pile or not is judged according to the cooling state information, and subsequent steps are carried out according to a judgment result.

When the vehicle to be charged supports external cooling of the charging pile, the charging pile enters a complete overcharge mode, cooling connection state confirmation is needed, namely whether the connection between the liquid cooling gun and the vehicle to be charged is successful or not is confirmed, specifically, connection state information of the liquid cooling gun is obtained, whether the connection between the liquid cooling gun and the vehicle to be charged is successful or not is judged according to the connection state information, and subsequent steps are carried out according to the judgment result.
The method for acquiring the connection state information of the liquid cooling gun can be as follows: and the vehicle controller of the vehicle to be charged sends the connection state information of the liquid cooling gun to the super charging controller 2, and the super charging controller 2 receives the connection state information of the liquid cooling gun.
S170: and acquiring liquid cooling state detection information, judging whether the cooling module works normally according to the liquid cooling state detection information, and if so, executing the step S180.
When the liquid cooling gun is successfully connected with the vehicle to be charged, the liquid cooling state of the pile end is required to be detected, specifically, liquid cooling state detection information is obtained, whether the cooling module 4 works normally or not is judged according to the liquid cooling state detection information, and the subsequent steps are carried out according to the judgment result.
Wherein, the mode of obtaining the liquid cooling state detection information can be as follows: and receiving the liquid cooling state detection information sent by the cooling module 4. The liquid cooling state detection information identifies whether the cooling module 4 is operating normally.
S180: and acquiring communication information between the vehicle to be charged and the charging pile, judging whether the vehicle to be charged and the charging pile are in communication connection or not according to the communication information, and if so, executing the step S190.
After the cooling module 4 works normally, the vehicle-pile system detection is needed, specifically, communication information between the vehicle to be charged and the charging pile needs to be acquired, whether the vehicle to be charged and the charging pile are in communication connection or not is judged according to the communication information, and the subsequent steps are carried out according to the judgment result.
Continuing to refer to fig. 2, fill electric pile and still include communication module 6, the mode of obtaining the vehicle of waiting to charge and filling the intercommunication information between the electric pile can be: and receiving the communication information sent by the communication module 6. The communication module 6 is responsible for transmitting status information such as charging status and fault information to the server and transmitting a server requirement instruction.
And the communication information marks whether the vehicle to be charged is in communication connection with the charging pile.
S190: the control power conversion module charges a battery of a vehicle to be charged through a charging gun, acquires the ambient temperature around the vehicle to be charged, and judges whether the ambient temperature is smaller than a preset temperature threshold value or not; if yes, the first outlet of the electronic three-way valve 47 is controlled to be communicated with the inlet of the radiator 44, the water pump 48 and the cooling fan 43 are controlled to operate to cool the battery of the vehicle to be charged through the liquid cooling gun 5, and when the charging is finished, the water pump 48 and the cooling fan 43 are controlled to stop operating.
After the vehicle to be charged is in communication connection with the charging pile, the power conversion module 1 can be controlled to charge the battery of the vehicle to be charged through the charging gun 3.
When a battery of a vehicle to be charged is cooled, the ambient temperature around the vehicle to be charged needs to be acquired, and whether the ambient temperature is less than a preset temperature threshold is judged, wherein the preset temperature threshold can be 20-X, and X is the temperature determined according to actual calibration.
If the ambient temperature is lower than the preset temperature threshold, which indicates that the current temperature is lower, the battery of the vehicle to be charged can be cooled by performing a natural convection cooling mode, specifically, referring to fig. 3, the first outlet of the electronic three-way valve 47 is controlled to be communicated with the inlet of the radiator 44, the water pump 48 and the cooling fan 43 are controlled to operate, the battery of the vehicle to be charged is cooled by the liquid cooling gun 5, and when the charging is finished, the water pump 48 and the cooling fan 43 are controlled to stop operating.
In one implementation, the method may further include:
and collecting a resistance signal of the liquid level sensor 401, and outputting alarm information when the resistance signal is smaller than a preset resistance threshold value.
When the resistance signal is smaller than the preset resistance threshold value, it is indicated that the liquid in the liquid replenishing kettle 49 is less at this moment, and alarm information needs to be output to remind a worker to replenish the liquid.
As can be seen from the above, the present embodiment may obtain authentication information of a vehicle to be charged, determine whether the vehicle to be charged has a super charging function according to the authentication information, wherein the super charging function is a function of charging with a current greater than a preset power, if the vehicle to be charged has the super charging function, determine whether first handshake information sent by the vehicle to be charged is received, if the first handshake information is received, obtain battery information of the vehicle to be charged, determine whether a temperature of the battery is higher than a preset battery temperature threshold according to the battery information, if the temperature is not higher than the preset battery temperature threshold, control the power conversion module to transmit electric energy of the water heater to the battery of the vehicle to be charged through the charging gun for heating and charging, if the temperature is higher than the preset battery temperature threshold, obtain cooling state information of the vehicle to be charged, determine whether the vehicle to be charged supports external cooling of the charging pile according to the cooling state information, if the charging pile supports, obtain connection state information of the liquid cooling gun, determine whether the liquid cooling gun and the vehicle to be charged are successfully connected according to the connection state information, if the liquid cooling state detection information is successfully obtained, determine whether the cooling module normally works according to the cooling module according to the liquid cooling state detection information, determine whether the vehicle and the charging pile are connected, determine whether the charging environment communication between the charging gun and the charging environment to be charged is lower than the preset charging environment temperature, and the temperature of the vehicle to be charged, and determine whether the vehicle to be charged, if the charging gun, and the temperature of the vehicle to be charged are connected, and the vehicle to be charged; if yes, the first outlet of the electronic three-way valve 47 is controlled to be communicated with the inlet of the radiator 44, the water pump 48 and the cooling fan 43 are controlled to operate to cool the battery of the vehicle to be charged through the liquid cooling gun 5, and when the charging is finished, the water pump 48 and the cooling fan 43 are controlled to stop operating. And the existing charging pile has no function of cooling the vehicle battery, and in order to solve the problem of high-power charging and heat dissipation, the vehicle needs to be provided with a high-power battery liquid cooling system, and the battery liquid cooling system has heavy weight and high cost, and only operates at full power under a high-temperature quick charging scene, so that the utilization rate is low. In the embodiment of the invention, the charging pile is arranged to comprise the cooling module, so that the vehicle is not required to be provided with a high-power battery liquid cooling system, the vehicle space and the weight of the whole vehicle are not required to be occupied, the cost of the whole vehicle is reduced, and the problem of low utilization rate of the high-power battery liquid cooling system arranged on the vehicle is avoided.

Because the battery of the vehicle to be charged is heated continuously by the water heating heater 12, the temperature of the battery of the vehicle to be charged rises, and when the temperature of the battery reaches the preset battery temperature threshold, the power conversion module 1 can be controlled to intermittently output the pulse signal to the battery of the vehicle to be charged through the charging gun 3 to heat and charge the battery of the vehicle to be charged, wherein the frequency of the pulse signal is greater than the preset frequency.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of pulse charging according to an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 5, the power conversion module 1 may include a DC/DC module 11, and the overcharge controller 2 controls the power conversion module 1 to intermittently output a pulse signal to a battery of a vehicle to be charged through the charging gun 3 to heat and charge the battery of the vehicle to be charged, where: the overcharge controller 2 controls the DC/DC module 11 to intermittently output pulse signals to the battery of the vehicle to be charged through the charging gun 3 to heat and charge the battery of the vehicle to be charged.
Because the pulse signal that the frequency is greater than predetermineeing the frequency is that high frequency pulse signal's rate of heating is fast, consequently, can reach quick charge's purpose, from this, through adopting electric heating and high frequency pulse heating's mode to heat the battery simultaneously, compare in only heating the battery through electric heating, further improved rate of heating, realize preheating the battery when the battery temperature is lower, promote the battery temperature, ensure the security of charging under the low temperature to improve the speed of charging.
Because the existing fast charging pile has no energy storage device, when high-power fast charging is carried out, the requirement on a mains supply end is high, the impact on a mains network is large, the mains supply is interfered, and the power shortage in the power consumption peak period is easily caused.
The commercial power is stored in the energy storage battery through the energy storage device 7, and the direct current electric energy is provided for the super charging pile when the super charging pile works.
From this, through the mode that sets up energy storage equipment 7, when carrying out high-power quick charge, can provide the electric energy, avoid causing the influence to the commercial power.
On the basis of the method shown in fig. 1, after step S110, the charging method for the charging pile provided in the embodiment of the present invention may further include:
if the vehicle does not have the function of overcharging, judging whether second handshake information sent by the vehicle to be charged is received;
if the charging pile is received, acquiring first state information of the charging pile, and judging whether the charging pile works normally or not according to the first state information of the charging pile;
and if the charging gun is normal, controlling the power conversion module 1 to charge the battery of the vehicle to be charged through the charging gun 3.
When the vehicle to be charged is confirmed not to have the overcharge function, a common direct-current quick charge mode needs to be carried out, and the charging gun 3 is manually connected with the vehicle to be charged.
Because the handshake protocol is a network protocol for the client and the server to confirm the identities of each other, if the charging gun 3 is successfully connected with the vehicle to be charged, the vehicle to be charged can send second handshake information to the overcharge controller 2, and therefore, the overcharge controller 2 can judge whether the charging gun 3 is successfully connected with the vehicle to be charged by judging whether the second handshake information sent by the vehicle to be charged is received.
When the second handshake information sent by the vehicle to be charged is received, it is indicated that the charging gun 3 is successfully connected with the vehicle to be charged. At the moment, first state information of the charging pile is obtained, whether the charging pile normally works is judged according to the first state information of the charging pile, and whether the charging pile normally works is identified according to the first state information.
After confirming that the charging pile works normally, entering a common direct-current quick charging process, the super-charging controller 2 controls the power conversion module 1 to charge the battery of the vehicle to be charged through the charging gun 3, and at the moment, the charging is only carried out in a direct-current mode and pulse signals are not involved.
Therefore, when the vehicle to be charged does not have the super-charging function, the battery of the vehicle to be charged is charged in the ordinary direct current quick-charging mode.
On the basis of the method shown in fig. 1, after step S150, the charging method for the charging pile according to the embodiment of the present invention may further include:
when the vehicle to be charged does not support external cooling of the charging pile, second state information of the charging pile is obtained, and whether the charging pile works normally or not is judged according to the second state information of the charging pile;
and if the charging gun is normal, controlling the power conversion module to charge the battery of the vehicle to be charged through the charging gun.
When the vehicle to be charged does not support external cooling of the charging pile, second state information of the charging pile is acquired, whether the charging pile normally works is judged according to the second state information of the charging pile, and whether the charging pile normally works is identified according to the second state information.
After confirming that the charging pile normally works, the charging pile enters a common super-charging mode, the super-charging controller 2 controls the power conversion module 1 to charge the battery of the vehicle to be charged through the charging gun 3, at the moment, the charging is only carried out in a direct current mode, and pulse signals are not involved.
Therefore, when the vehicle to be charged does not support external cooling of the charging pile, the battery of the vehicle to be charged is charged in a common super-charging mode.
Continuing to refer to fig. 2, fill electric pile and can also include metering module 8 and financial module 9, and metering module 8 and financial module 9 all are connected with surpassing and fill controller 2, and metering module 8 is used for counting the electric energy that the charging process consumed, and financial module 9 is used for counting the calculation amount of consumption according to the electric energy of consumption to undertake the relevant function of payment.
With continued reference to fig. 2, the charging pile provided in the embodiment of the present invention may further include a human-computer interaction module 10, where the human-computer interaction module 10 is connected to the overcharge controller 2.
The main carrier of the human-computer interaction module 10 is a touch screen, collects user input information, displays charging pile state information, and interacts with the overcharge controller 2.
After each judgment step of the charging method of the charging pile, human-computer prompting can be performed through a human-computer interaction module, for example: when confirming that the vehicle to be charged has the super charging function, the vehicle to be charged can be prompted by a person and a machine with the super charging function, and when confirming that the vehicle to be charged supports external cooling of the charging pile, the vehicle to be charged can be prompted by the person and the machine with the function of supporting external cooling of the charging pile.
Therefore, by means of the human-computer interaction module 10, human-computer prompting can be carried out, and checking is convenient.
