The irregular disc bottom deburring and cleaning device for the air conditioner chassis processing is characterized by comprising a mechanical arm (1) and a connecting frame (2) fixedly installed at the driving end of the mechanical arm (1), wherein a connecting sleeve ring (3) is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the connecting frame (2), a sealing component (4) is installed at the lower end screw of the connecting sleeve ring (3), an air cylinder (5) is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the connecting sleeve ring (3), a deburring mechanism (6) is fixedly installed at the driving end of the air cylinder (5), the deburring mechanism (6) is positioned at the inner side of the connecting sleeve ring (3) and the sealing component (4), a deburring component (7) is fixedly sleeved at the outer side of the sealing component (4), and the lower end of the deburring mechanism (6) is rightly opposite to a chassis fixing component (8) of the air conditioner;
the burr cleaning assembly (7) comprises a gas flow guide pipe (71) and a hollow sleeve ring (72) fixedly arranged on the outer side of the sealing assembly (4), the hollow sleeve ring (72) is communicated with the gas flow guide pipe (71), a dust collection pipe (73) is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the hollow sleeve ring (72), an inner dust collection assembly (74) is arranged on the inner side of the hollow sleeve ring (72), and an air inlet end of the inner dust collection assembly (74) is inserted into the inner side of the burr cleaning mechanism (6);
the air conditioner chassis fixing assembly (8) comprises a supporting table (81), and a tool clamping piece (82) arranged on the supporting table (81), wherein an air conditioner chassis (83) is clamped on the inner side of the tool clamping piece (82);
the burr cleaning mechanism (6) comprises a connecting block (61) and a servo motor (62) fixedly arranged on one side of the connecting block (61), a driving gear (64) is arranged at the driving end of the servo motor (62), the driving gear (64) is meshed with a driven gear (65), the driving gear (64) and the driven gear (65) are located on the outer side of a protective shell (63), a guide stabilizing column (68) penetrates through the middle of the protective shell (63), one end of the guide stabilizing column (68) is fixedly connected with a closed tube (41), a triangular tube (66) is fixedly arranged on one side of the driven gear (65), and a cleaning head (67) is arranged at one end, far away from the driven gear (65), of the triangular tube (66);

the cross (673) is located at the middle part of the inner side of the cylindrical pipe (671) and is movably provided with a connecting pipe (674), the outer side of the connecting pipe (674) is fixedly provided with a triangular cleaning sheet (675), one end, far away from the cross (673), of the connecting pipe (674) is fixedly provided with a driving pipe (676), and the outer side of the driving pipe (676) is provided with a spiral groove (677);
the inner dust collection assembly (74) comprises a guide fixing pipe (741) and an air duct (743) fixedly arranged at one end of the guide fixing pipe (741), one end, far away from the air duct (743), of the guide fixing pipe (741) penetrates through the connecting block (61) and is fixedly connected with the connecting sleeve ring (3), and an air inlet pipe (742) is arranged at one side, connected with the guide fixing pipe (741), of the air duct (743).
