the lifting frame body group comprises a lifting frame body (3-1), a first universal wheel (3-2), a connecting frame (3-3), a second universal wheel (3-4) and a hinged rotating sleeve (3-5), wherein the first universal wheel (3-2) is installed at the lower end of the lifting frame body (3-1), one end of the connecting frame (3-3) is fixedly installed on the lifting frame body (3-1), the second universal wheel (3-4) is installed at the other end of the connecting frame (3-3), and the hinged rotating sleeve (3-5) is rotatably installed on the connecting frame (3-3);
the lifting driving group comprises a driving chain (3-6), a driving chain wheel (3-7), a chain wheel connecting column (3-8) and an execution cylinder II (3-9), one end of the driving chain (3-6) is arranged on the lifting frame body (3-1), the other end of the driving chain (3-6) is arranged on the matched sleeve group, the driving chain (3-6) is matched and connected with the driving chain wheel (3-7), one end of the chain wheel connecting column (3-8) is connected onto the driving chain wheel (3-7), the other end of the chain wheel connecting column (3-8) is connected onto the execution cylinder II (3-9), and the execution cylinder II (3-9) is fixedly arranged on the lifting frame body (3-1);
