A high pressure cleaner for magnetic shoe production, its characterized in that: the device comprises a machine case (1), a water tank (3), a cleaning device (4) and a drying device (6), wherein a cleaning chamber (11) is arranged on one side of the upper part of the machine case (1), and a drying chamber (12) is arranged on the other side of the upper part of the machine case; the cleaning device (4) is arranged in the cleaning chamber (11), the drying device (6) is arranged in the drying chamber (12), the upper part of the machine case (1) is also penetrated with a conveying track (2) for conveying magnetic shoes, and the cleaning device (4) and the drying device (6) are respectively positioned on the upper side and the lower side of the conveying track (2); the water tank (3) is arranged at the top of the case (1), and the water tank (3) filters the circulating water and then conveys the circulating water to the cleaning device (4) through the water pump (42);
the cleaning device (4) comprises a high-pressure nozzle (46), a universal adjusting frame (41) for assisting the high-pressure nozzle (46) in cleaning the magnetic shoe is further arranged in the cleaning chamber (11), and the universal adjusting frame (41) adjusts the high-pressure nozzle (46) in the directions of an X axis, a Y axis and a Z axis;
the universal adjusting frame (41) comprises a supporting frame (43), a first adjusting frame (44) and a second adjusting frame (45), the supporting frame (43) is fixed on the inner wall of the cleaning chamber (11), the first adjusting frame (44) is in sliding connection with the supporting frame (43) in the vertical direction, the second adjusting frame (45) is in sliding connection with the first adjusting frame (44) in the front-back left-right direction, and the high-pressure nozzle (46) is arranged at the end part of the second adjusting frame (45);
the universal adjusting frames (41) are provided with two adjusting frames which are respectively positioned at the upper side and the lower side of the conveying track (2), each universal adjusting frame (41) is internally provided with two second adjusting frames (45), and the two second adjusting frames are respectively connected with the first adjusting frames (44) in a sliding way in the front-back left-right direction;
the drying device (6) comprises a plurality of flat head blowing nozzles which are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the conveying track (2) in a staggered manner; the input end of the flat head blowing nozzle is connected with a heating box (62), each part of the heating box (62) is provided with an electric heating wire, and the input end of the heating box (62) is connected with a fan (61).

A high pressure washer for use in magnetic shoe production as claimed in claim 1, wherein: a water inlet pipe (31) is arranged at one side of the water tank (3), at least one layer of filter plate (32) is arranged in the water tank (3), and a water outlet pipe (33) is arranged in one side of the water tank (3) away from the water inlet pipe (31); the water outlet pipe (33) is of an upper drainage type water outlet structure.

A high pressure washer for use in magnetic shoe production as claimed in claim 1, wherein: a fixed seat (21) is arranged on the inner side of the upper part of the chassis (1), and a carriage (22) for supporting the conveying track (2) is fixed on the fixed seat (21); a base plate (24) is further arranged on the inner side of the upper part of the case (1), a sliding groove is formed in the top of the base plate (24), limiting blocks (25) which are connected with the sliding groove in a sliding mode are arranged on two sides of the sliding groove, and the limiting blocks (25) are blocked on two sides of the conveying track (2); the bottom of the cleaning chamber (11) is provided with a water collecting bin (14), and a liquid outlet of the water collecting bin (14) is connected with the water tank (3) through a pipeline.

A high pressure washer for use in magnetic shoe production as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the upper part of the case (1) is also provided with a driving device (5) for driving the magnetic shoe to run on the conveying track (2), the driving device (5) comprises two driving wheels (54), the two driving wheels (54) are positioned on the upper side and the lower side of the conveying track (2), and the rotation power of the driving wheels is provided by a transmission device.

A high pressure washer for use in magnetic shoe production as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the driving device of the driving wheel (54) comprises a servo motor (51), a driving gear (52), a first driven wheel (55) and a second driven wheel (56), wherein the output end of the servo motor (51) is in transmission connection with the driving gear (52), the driving gear (52) is respectively in transmission connection with the first driven wheel (55) and the second driven wheel (56) through a chain (53), the rotation directions of the first driven wheel (55) and the second driven wheel (56) are opposite, the axle center of the first driven wheel (55) is fixedly connected with one driving wheel (54) through a rotating shaft, and the axle center of the second driven wheel (56) is fixedly connected with the other driving wheel (54) through the rotating shaft.
