as shown in fig. 9-10, when the driving wheel 2232 rolls out of the recess, under the effect of clamping the lip bricks into a parallel state, the working surfaces of the two lip bricks can be used as reference surfaces, so that when the driving wheel 2232 is in a plane, the working surfaces of the lip bricks can drive the sleeve 223 to compress the first pre-tightening spring 2231 under the effect of the first limiting plate 22311 through the driving wheel 2232, the sleeve 223 drives the bevel gear 2234 to be separated from the toothed bar 22431, so that the valve block 21131 is longitudinally reset, meanwhile, at the horizontal working surface of the lip bricks, the lip bricks drive the telescopic shaft 225 to compress the third pre-tightening spring 2251 through the rolling ball 2253, and the telescopic shaft 225 drives the second push rod 2245 to transversely reset the valve block 21131 through the third push rod 2254, thereby achieving the effect of timely preventing the repairing materials from falling into the blanking cavity 2114 when the lip bricks are separated from the recess, and preventing the released repairing materials from being excessively causing difficulties for subsequent cleaning;
after the repair material is released into the blanking cavity 2114 according to the depth and the length of the recess, when the discharge pipe 21141 passes through the recess, the third driving mechanism 226 is started, and the third driving mechanism 226 drives the piston 2262 through the fourth push rod 2261 to extrude the repair material in the blanking cavity 2114 to the recess through the discharge pipe 21141 for filling.

Claims (6)

1. A lip brick preform repair apparatus, comprising: clamping units; the repairing unit is arranged at the upper part of the clamping unit; the repair unit includes: the boxing assembly is connected with the clamping unit and is arranged at the upper part of the clamping unit; the paint component is used for detecting the position of the concave position and sending paint into the concave position, and the paint component is arranged in the boxing component; the trowelling assembly is used for trowelling the filled concave part of the coating assembly and is arranged on the side part of the boxing assembly; when the repairing unit works, the repairing unit moves along the lip brick working surface mounted on the clamping unit, and after the coating component automatically detects the concave position of the lip brick and fills the repairing material, the repairing material is automatically smoothed by the smoothing component;
the paint assembly includes: a guide block; the pre-baffle plate is arranged on the side part of the guide block; the sleeves are in sliding connection with the inside of the pre-baffle; the telescopic shafts are connected in a sliding manner in the pre-baffle and are parallel to the sleeve; the guide sleeve is arranged on the side part of the sleeve;
a first limiting plate is arranged on the outer side of the sleeve; a first pre-tightening spring is sleeved outside the sleeve and between the first limiting plate and the pre-baffle plate; a driving wheel is rotatably connected to one side of the lip brick inside the sleeve; the outer side of the driving wheel is connected with a chain; a bevel gear is rotatably connected to one side of the sleeve opposite to the lip brick; the bevel gear is connected to the outer side of the driving wheel through a chain;
a second limiting plate is arranged on the outer side of the telescopic shaft; a third pre-tightening spring is sleeved outside the telescopic shaft and between the second limiting plate and the pre-baffle plate; a rolling ball is rotatably connected to one side of the lip brick inside the telescopic shaft; a third push rod is vertically connected to the side part of the telescopic shaft;
a first push rod is inserted into the guide sleeve in a sliding manner; a second guide rail is connected to one side of the first push rod, which is positioned on the bevel gear; a linkage rod is inserted into the second guide rail in a sliding manner; the lower part of the linkage rod is connected with a toothed bar meshed with the bevel gear; the lower part of the first push rod is inserted into the third push rod at the side opposite to the bevel gear, and the second push rod is connected to the lower end of the first push rod and the inside of the third push rod;
the second push rod lateral part just is located third push rod internal connection has the guiding axle, the guiding axle outside just is located the inside cover of third push rod is equipped with the second pretension spring.

The repair apparatus of a lip brick preform according to claim 1, wherein the clamping unit comprises: a bottom plate; the support plate is used for supporting the lip bricks and is connected to the upper part of the bottom plate; the drawing-in rod is connected inside the supporting plate in a sliding way; the pre-supporting rod is connected to the side part of the drawing rod; and the two ends of the pre-supporting rod are connected with an aligning block for centering the lip brick.

A repair device for a lip brick preform according to claim 3, wherein a stock area is provided inside the box and directly below the charging bucket; the side part of the material storage area is positioned in the box body, and a plurality of groups of material transferring areas are arranged from top to bottom; the lower part of each group of material transferring areas is provided with a pre-baffle cavity positioned in the box body; a blanking cavity is arranged at the lower part of the pre-blocking cavity and positioned in the box body; a valve block is inserted in the pre-blocking cavity in a sliding manner; the side part of the valve block is provided with a discharging hole for selectively discharging according to the size of the concave part; the side part of the valve block is connected with a first reset spring; and the rear part of the valve block is connected with a second reset spring.

A lip brick preform repair apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the trowelling assembly comprises: a bump; the isolating plates are connected to the side parts of the convex blocks at equal intervals; the inclined support is connected to the side part of the convex block and positioned between the isolation plates; the guide rod is inserted into the inclined bracket in a sliding manner; and a thrust spring is sleeved outside the guide rod.

The repair device for a lip block preform according to claim 5, wherein a positioning shaft is connected to the spacer at a distance; a trowelling plate for trowelling paint is rotatably connected to the outer side of the positioning shaft; the lower part of the trowelling plate is connected with the upper end of the guide rod; the trowelling plates are connected through a linkage shaft; the upper part of the isolation plate is provided with a concave part.
