Further, a positioning shaft 236 is connected to the spacing position of the isolation plate 232;
a troweling plate 237 for troweling paint is rotatably connected to the outer side of the positioning shaft 236;
the lower part of the troweling plate 237 is connected with the upper end of the guide rod 234;
the troweling plates 237 are connected through a linkage shaft 2371;
the upper portion of the isolation plate 232 is provided with a recess 2321.
It should be noted that, in the present invention, by providing a plurality of groups of coating assemblies 22 and a plurality of groups of leveling assemblies 23 in one-to-one correspondence, after the coating assemblies 22 fill the repair material into the recess, the leveling assemblies 23 move along the recess of the lip tile, so that the partition plate 232 moves along the horizontal plane of the working surface of the lip tile, the leveling plate 237 compresses the thrust spring 235 and rotates around the positioning shaft 236 under the reverse acting force with the working surface of the lip tile, the linkage shaft 2371 at the side of the leveling plate 237 falls into the recess 2321, when the recess of the lip tile, the leveling plate 237 always maintains the same pressure to level the repair material, and under the action of the partition plate 232, the repair material at the recess will not spread to the horizontal working surface in the leveling process, thereby achieving the effect of centralized leveling in the process of leveling the repair material and preventing the repair material at the recess from spreading all around.

Claims (10)
1. A repair apparatus for a lip preform, comprising:
a clamping unit;
the repairing unit is arranged on the upper part of the clamping unit;
the repair unit includes:
the boxing assembly is connected with the clamping unit and arranged at the upper part of the clamping unit;
the paint assembly is used for detecting the position of the concave position and sending the paint into the concave position and is arranged inside the boxing assembly; and
the floating assembly is used for floating the concave position filled with the coating assembly and is arranged on the side part of the boxing assembly;
when the automatic repairing device works, the repairing unit moves along the lip brick working surface installed on the clamping unit, the coating assembly automatically detects the concave part of the lip brick and fills the repairing material, and the repairing material is automatically leveled by the leveling assembly.
2. The apparatus for repairing a lip preform according to claim 1,
the clamping unit comprises:
a base plate;
the supporting plate for supporting the lip tile is connected to the upper part of the bottom plate;
the drawing rod is connected inside the supporting plate in a sliding manner;
the pre-supporting rod is connected to the side part of the drawing rod;
and two ends of the pre-supporting rod are connected with jacking blocks for centering the lip bricks.
3. The apparatus for repairing a lip preform according to claim 1,
the encasement assembly comprises:
a box body;
the charging tank is used for storing the repairing material and is connected to the upper part of the box body;
the driving rod is connected to the upper part of the box body; and
and the limiting block is used for propping the surface of the lip tile and is arranged on the side part of the box body.
4. The apparatus for repairing a lip preform according to claim 3,
a material storage area is arranged in the box body and is positioned under the charging tank;
a plurality of groups of material transferring areas are arranged on the side of the material storing area and positioned in the box body from top to bottom;
a pre-blocking cavity is formed in the lower part of each group of material transferring areas and positioned in the box body;
a blanking cavity is arranged at the lower part of the pre-blocking cavity and positioned in the box body;
a valve block is inserted into the inner part of the pre-blocking cavity in a sliding manner;
the side part of the valve block is provided with a discharge hole for selectively blanking according to the size of the sunken part;
the side part of the valve block is connected with a first return spring;
and the rear part of the valve block is connected with a second return spring.
5. The apparatus for repairing a lip preform according to claim 1,
the paint assembly includes:
a guide block;
the pre-baffle is arranged on the side part of the guide block;
the plurality of groups of sleeves are inserted in the pre-baffle in a sliding manner;
the groups of telescopic shafts are inserted in the pre-baffle in a sliding manner and are parallel to the sleeve;
the guide sleeve is arranged on the side part of the sleeve.
6. The apparatus for repairing a lip preform according to claim 5,
a first limiting plate is arranged on the outer side of the sleeve;
a first pre-tightening spring is sleeved outside the sleeve and between the first limiting plate and the pre-baffle;
a driving wheel is rotatably connected to one side of the lip brick inside the sleeve;
the outer side of the driving wheel is connected with a chain;
a bevel wheel is rotatably connected inside the sleeve and at one side opposite to the lip brick;
the bevel gear is connected to the outer side of the driving wheel through a chain.

a second limiting plate is arranged on the outer side of the telescopic shaft;
a third pre-tightening spring is sleeved outside the telescopic shaft and between the second limiting plate and the pre-baffle;
a rolling ball is rotatably connected to one side of the lip tile in the telescopic shaft;
and a third push rod is vertically connected to the side part of the telescopic shaft.

a first push rod is inserted in the guide sleeve in a sliding manner;
one side of the first push rod, which is positioned on the helical gear, is connected with a second guide rail;
a linkage rod is inserted in the second guide rail in a sliding manner;
the lower part of the linkage rod is connected with a toothed bar meshed with the helical gear;
the lower part of the first push rod is positioned at one side, opposite to the helical gear, of the first push rod, the first push rod is inserted into the third push rod, and the lower end of the first push rod is positioned inside the third push rod and is connected with a second push rod.
9. The apparatus for repairing a lip preform according to claim 1,
the troweling assembly comprises:
a bump;
the isolating plates are connected to the side parts of the lugs at equal intervals;
the inclined bracket is connected to the side part of the lug and positioned between the isolation plates;
the guide rod is inserted in the inclined bracket in a sliding manner;
and a thrust spring is sleeved on the outer side of the guide rod.
10. The apparatus for repairing a lip preform according to claim 9,
the spacing part of the isolation plate is connected with a positioning shaft;
a troweling plate for troweling paint is rotatably connected to the outer side of the positioning shaft;
the lower part of the troweling plate is connected with the upper end of the guide rod;
the troweling plates are connected through a linkage shaft;
the upper part of the isolation plate is provided with a concave part.
